I have never taken a vehicle to a place that plans so poorly. My wife was in for an air bag replacement and it took an hour and a half before anyone touched the thing, then 15min to swap it out. Should was told when she booked it that it would be an hour at most. It’s the same thing when we schedule oil changes, take an hour and a half to get a basic oil change and tire rotation. You guys are the largest dealer in town, this shouldn’t be that difficult. I’m new to the area and the amount of people that told me to stay away from your company was mind boggling.

I have purchased my last two vehicles from Markquart. The experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Both vehicle purchases have been from Rick who is extraordinary in every way in getting a buyer into a new vehicle. Then the finishing touches have also been by the same individual, Owen, who walks the buyer through all the details with the vehicle that has been purchased. He has also been great. Overall, it has been a great experience to work with Markquart and I look forward to them handling all my future services and new vehicle purchase needs.

I was looking for a used AWD SUV for under $10,000 and they were able to deliver. I am satisfied with the overall condition of the vehicle and how clean it was (2015 GMC Terrain) The sales staff were professional, helpful and honest... I would purchase from them again

Jake, Dan, Trevor, and Carly were amazing. This is my 11th car purchase experience and it was the best one. So fun, so honest, so transparent. Wish I didn’t live in MN, but I’ll definitely recommend this dealership. 10/10

From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was watching a well-oiled machine work together. This place had an amazing team approach, where I was able to speak with focused team members who knew their stuff in their given area (versus how so many dealers have a sales person faking their way through the questions). These guys get service, delivery and customer intimacy. This was my first time here, but I don't think I will ever buy anywhere else going forward.

Overall extremely happy with everyone who helped me get the car I wanted! They are knowledgeable, very friendly, and nothing about the process was rushed or dragged out beyond reason. I will definitely do business with them again!

We bought a used 2019 Blazer from Markquart in 2022. It was a good experience and I appreciated working with them. Fast forward to January 10th 2026... I couldn't be more disappointed. I contacted my previous Salesman, Andy Moon, to talk about a new Chevy Traverse. We met January 10th to get a trade price. After they showed me the numbers I told them I was very unhappy with the trade in price. The sales manager came in to explain that he knew he was right on the money with his number. He also said he could pick vehicles like ours cheap on auction, and then told me that if another dealer was showing a better price, ask them if they would write a check for the number they showed... So I took his advice! I just kept on looking. Found a dealership that offered me $3k more for the trade and had a better dealer discount. Best part is, they said they would write the check for my vehicle if I just wanted to sell it. We made the deal at another dealership and drove home the new one a week later. I thought Markquart always wanted to try and earn your business back but that wasn't my experience.

0 stars if possible. Absolute garbage experience. I test-drove a truck and was ready to buy it. The salesperson said it just needed detailing and they’d call me. No call ever came—just a text saying they sold it and asking if I wanted something else instead. I felt completely disrespected, and Steph even admitted they don’t honor commitments because they have “too many salespeople.” That’s not an excuse—that’s bad business. Don’t trust these people. Update, I tried again with the same results. When I contacted the sales manager he told me if I was interested in a vehicle I needed to buy it so I can inspect it and have it be there when the shop gets done repairing it. This is completely backwards of how this process would normally work and places undue risk on the consumer. Ive repeatedly been told they have too many salespeople people to keep track of people interested in vehicles and too few techs to get repairs done quickly. Moving forward I will be sure to avoid this dealership and let anyone I know to do the same. It genuinely seems as if matkquart is cashing in on the reputation they've spent years building. Good for them. Hopefully its a sustainable business model for them long term.

We scheduled an appointment on December 11 to have the radio touch screen fixed on my GMC Acadia. We were told, at drop off, the vehicle would be at the dealership until the first part of the following week. One week later, on the 18th, we hadn't heard anything so I messaged the service rep to see if the car had been repaired. She said the car hadn't been looked at yet. She explained other vehicles were ahead of ours. I asked "what the hell do we make an appointment for?" We live in a rural area where we need a car to get back and forth to work, go to the store, go to medical appointments, etc. We shouldn't have to incur additional cost so the dealership can backlog their service department. This was a big inconvenience for us when we could have been using our car as it was mechanically sound to drive. I feel the dealership is not very considerate of their customers and if this is going to be GM's service standard this will be the last GM vehicle we purchase.

Will not buy from Marquarts again after this experience. I've recently purchase my new to me 2009 Toyota Tundra through their budget lot. During my purchase of my truck they had informed me that they needed to finish up some work to the truck and they would do a detail as they had just got it in. Which I was fine with until I got the truck back and they had not touched the exterior of the car at all and basically put a spit shine on the inside, not to mention THEY DIDN'T PUT THE STEERING WHEEL ON STRAIGHT!! So not only did I have to go back for a service, BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE, I get home and not 2 hours later I go to start the truck and *click* THEY GAVE ME A BAD BATTERY! Not to mention bad wipers and they didn't top off the coolant overflow like I asked. There is very clearly a divide, on one side the actually helpful service department whom did what they were told and gave me no trouble when I asked them to complete the service. Then on the other hand the frankly disrespectful sales manager, who not only treated me like an idiot but intitially refused to do the stuff in which they had told me they would do. As this was my first experience buying from a dealership you would expect them to what is typically done at a dealership, well apparently not. Based on the experience with Marquart I encourage others to be weary as I was extremely dissatisfied and they will not see my business again.

I bought a used Equinox. Found out I need new tires, I have only put 5000 miles on my vehicle. Also got a card in the mail that said need brakes serviced. Have only had vehicle 6 months. Maybe I expect too much. Bought previously owned vehicles at Prestige in the past. All services done and new or newer tires on the vehicle. I’m so disappointed.

We had a great service experience with Markquart, starting with Brenden. He was very responsive and helpful while we had to wait 10 days for a part to come in for our 2025 Optiq. They honored the new car warranty without any complications or problems of any kind. We are an elderly couple and we greatly appreciate their patience as we tried to deal with the complex issues involved with this repair.

I brought my truck in because the backup camera needed a good cleaning (it was blurry due to the condensation), I specifically told them that all it needed was a good cleaning. The screen would occasionally go black but that was not an issue to me. Well, my truck sat there for a week and it was not fixed. I was told my extended warranty did not cover fully for a replacement of the camera and I needed to pay 400+ dollars out of pocket so I told them I would not replace it. When I picked up my truck, the screen went completely black, they had made it worse. I also found a scratch on the passenger side door with blue paint (possibly from another vehicle). I made them aware of this and I was told that a manager would call me, I never got the call. And I still had to pay them $259+ for the diagnosis. Now I have to find a place that can replace the camera since now it does not work at all and pay more. I felt extremely disappointed in their lack of communication and professionalism. I would definitely not recommend this dealership.

Everyone was so in tune to what I was looking for, and they deliverd! The service and knowledge was outstanding! It is a timely process, and everyone made it seem effortless. I am a return customer, and everytime, it has been a great experience that makes me come back for all of my vehicle purchases and needs. I love my New 2026 Trail Boss, "Raven Anne"!! I recently bought 2 vehicles this last week. Magnus Groom is an outstanding salesperson! He went above and beyond ensuring my daughter and myself had a great car buying experience. The process was very smooth. My daughter's deal was done in under 3 hours start to finish. Steve (The Tech/overview guy) did an amazing job as well. He explained and demonstrated all the new features of the vehicles that was easy to understand and remember. Overall the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. I really can't say enough. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop in.

I was very upset that I needed to have my brand new EV GM car serviced- only owned for 2 months- but was pleased with the service. Initially I was told I would need to leave it for several days but once the mechanic reviewed the issue, he was able to fix it within 30 minutes. This was very good news although I was upset that he thought it was a factory error-2 bolts were not tightened. This is very disappointing and now leaves me wondering if other bolts might loosen.

Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Chris Kaiser at Markquart Chevrolet made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. What really stood out was how much time he took with me, I was dealing with insurance and hail damage,—he didn’t push me or rush my decisions. Instead, he listened to what I needed, offered great advice, and presented real, viable options that made sense for my situation. Chris went above and beyond to find the vehicle I was looking for. His approach was calm, patient, and solution-oriented, and I always felt like I was working with someone who genuinely cared about helping me rather than just making a sale. Scheduling service is ridiculous. Schedule drop off of vehicle at 8:45 AM on Thursday and the vehicle doesn't get touched until late afternoon Tuesday. We are a family of 8 and accomplishing everything with 1 vehicle is no easy task. No other options were presented to us. There is no logical reason for my vehicle to sit in the dealers parking lot for 5 1/2 days for us not to use it, if it wasn't going to be looked at until Tuesday. Fix your system. I won't be using it again if it's like this as our family can't go without the 2nd vehicle.

There was a couple things I wanted fixed on my used car that I had bought and they didn’t have any issues getting them fixed and taking care of the recall of the airbag. My salesman was Ethen and he was awesome. I would recommend anyone to work with him. I told him what I was looking for and he kept his eyes open for a nice price and lower mileage car for me. He was excellent to work with.

I had an oil change yesterday and your Service Girl at the Service counter said that I should consider having the fuel injectors cleaned. I said we just bought the car here a couple of months ago. She said it's recommended every 5000 miles. Why are you selling unnecessary services? It's a $75.00 unnecessary Service. Fuel injector cleaning is recommended every 30000 to 60000 miles depending on your driving conditions, if at all. We bought our last 2 cars at your dealership and had all the service preformed there. You just lost a repeat customer. Quit trying to take advantage of Senior Citizens.

Ethan our salesman was very welcoming. He knew so much about the different models and features! Jon the financial person was great. We signed all the paperwork and he explained each document. Mitch trained us on all the technology. He is a wonderful teacher. He worked with me to help me to understand and basically set it all up. If I want to change things, I know how to. Summary: ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL MARQUART EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!!

I had a 9am appointment time for an oil change, tire rotation and recall on wiper assembly. My vehicle wasn't ready until the following afternoon. The worst part is I was told it was in being worked on when it really wasn't. I understand getting backed up but a whole day later seemed excessive when I was told it was a fast track lane fix. Having said that, Markquart shuttle service and loaner vehicle program is the reason I come back. They provided that service with a smile and I appreciate it.

Overall a great experience from trading in an existing Tahoe to driving the new one home. We are new to the area so this is our first encounter with Marquardt and will be repeat customers.

Jake was very prompt and professional in our email communication. He answered all of mine and my husband’s questions during our visit and helped us feel welcome from start to finish. He provided us with all of the information we needed and remained transparent throughout the entire process as we mulled over our options. It was overall a very positive experience and we would definitely recommend!
