Eddie always answers the phone when I call for parts for my sled. He usually has the parts waiting, if I call ahead of time. Hes a busy man, so ya better talk fast. Honest guy that will go out of his way to find what you need - big or small .
Called for some used parts got Nothing but an impatient person rudely trying to get me off the phone and being disrespectful when I was asking questions and trying to figure out what we needed. Highly recommend going to arts snowmobile over these jerks! If you don’t have the time to help your lifetime customers then don’t do it. You guys make working on older sleds a lot worse when you can’t do what you offer! Terrible customer service!!!
Very rude people. Extremely pour customer service. I will never be getting ahold of these people ever again. Getting bad mouth and swore at by the owner on the phone... terrible business I suggest everyone to never use this place and not only is is bad service but look at this place. Terrible example for a business. Maybe clean it up a little bit and make it look more presentable
Fantastic friendly customer service! He always has what my husband is looking for when it comes to used snowmobile parts for his older wedge snowmobiles! He's(my husband) a regular customer and we both highly recommend this place!!
So rude, I called 3 times looking for a clutch for my excited son. I was told I wasted his time with my calls. He could of taken 50 more calls if I didn’t bother him. We own a small business and would never treat our customers that way. Please understand customers can go anywhere!
Bought what was supposed to be a new suspension part for my Polaris snowmobile. It was not, t was an old broke part that they welded together. I sent it back and was told I would get a credit when they received the part. No credit was issued, a week later on a Monday I made another phone call and they claimed they do all their billing and credits on the weekends and would issue the credit then. The following Monday still no credit (It has been a month now) so I called again and they said they will handle it that day. Tuesday I called again and this time they apologized and said it has been a slow winter with lack of snow and that is why I haven't got my credit because their business is down. So basically they are holding my money to operate their business since their business is slow. After further talks they said I would have to dispute the charge. So I had to get my money back by contacting my credit card company and disputing this charge. NEVER would I recommend this business to ANY ONE, what a joke they are!!
