I would not recommend going to this place unless you want to get treated like a dog by the Pillsberry doughboy. I believe his name is Austin. Very rude and very disrespectful and as he was helping me, he had to go on his phone to check his notifications.

Was an hour away from home, my front passenger tire fell off. This was at 4pm. I sat and waited for help to come, I bet at least 3 hours. OReillys had exactly what I needed under $40.

I took my lawn mower battery in to see if they had a replacement similar without having to order a special one from John Deere. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and friendly. They had a battery that was just a tad bit different. I decided to purchase it after discussing I could bring it back as long as I kept the receipt. Well, it worked just fine, but it was good knowing that it could have been returned if need be. I definitely recommend this store and location.

Horrible service. Went for a replacement headlight bulb; one guy behind the counter helping another customer while the other employee was "hanging" with his buddies, taking cars and smoking. I waited for 17 minutes without anyone approaching me. Nope, never again.

Great for all your needs, I really like the fact that you can fix what you need to right there if it's something fairly easy. Needed to get brakes fixed Thanks for great help and allowing your patrons to do quick fixes. Definitely a place you should go for vehicle needs. Staff friendly and very helpful. Thanks so much.

We went there today 04052025 to get a battery for a vehicle and was told it needed to be scanned I'm like OK so we went to grease monkey got it changed and told them what happened and they the guy is lazy I'm very disappointed in this because I buy a lot of things there.

I have visited this store on multiple occasions each time it's a nightmare. 1st time I ordered a part they gave me wrong part in box. 2nd time I ordered a part and when I got it home n went to put it on. The part had a Crack in it. Due to these issues I will not be giving o rileys my business any longer.

Not a bad place, but I went there in need of a part, that only Oreilly had in stock, but theirs was the most expensive by at least $25 more than online or the other stores. The person at the counter smirked in glee at the thought that I had to pay a higher price for what they had. Not the kind of behavior that makes you want to return.

Had good and bad experiences. Parts are expensive. Most of the time if you don't have the part you need(so you can compare), you're getting the wrong part. If it's an emergency I go there otherwise I shop at rockauto for a fraction of the price

The one lady that was there that I saw first was very unhelpful. She did, however, point me in the direction of the product I needed. No so much with the help I needed as I'm not a mechanic, or do I know what type of antifreeze my car needed. All she said was, "There's a cart there that will tell you." Ah, ok, how do you read said chart? It was scratches and colors to me. Then, when I grabbed whatever I thought was the color, there was a guy standing there. He asked if I found everything ok. I said I hope so I said. He then said, "We'll let's see." He came over to check, and sure enough, I got the wrong color product. He was super helpful as he asked what make and model my car was. I said it's outside. He then got me the correct coolant. If not for the dude I'd have put the wrong coolant in my car. All in all it was a good experience as he tough me something about my car.

O'Relly's has always been my go-to auto part store. This last visit may have changed that. Went in to get a spark plug. The person at the counter(3 standing there). said, "we don't have it, go to our other location 13 miles away.!" I asked if they knew if it was in stock there? He said, "Go check." My grandson cross referenced the plug in his phone and found one on the shelf, but I decided to go across the street and buy from a different store.

They do their best sometimes sometimes they don't it all depends on the day and who you talk to Chippewa falls has a good manager so you can always count on that place to do what they can some of the other ones not so sure Company discount could be better

We went there to get a battery and the kid said he could test it, we already knew it was the battery, it was raining, and the kid had my husband shut it off saying he could jump us if it didn't start, needless to say, he wouldn't install a new battery because it was raining and we couldn't get it started again and he wouldn't help us like he said he would. Thank God for Walmart they did a great job, got us right in and now we are good. Oh did I mention we live 5 hours away. Worst customer service, I will probably never go to another O'Reilly store again.

Stopped in on Sunday December 26th with car trouble with a car full of luggage and in-laws and asked for help with a scan tool with the employee who was working couldn’t have been more rude and unprofessional. Completely awful. Had NO interest in helping us. Gave us a scan tool and basically said, “figure it out…” Unbelievable. The owner would have been so embarrassed I couldn’t believe the terrible service. He should have a job. We went back in to ask him another question and he basically went in the back room to hide and not help. Wish I would’ve gotten his name.

Went here and worked with a lady named Kathy. She helped me get what I needed. At that time they did not have the oil I needed. I told her that I'd just order it on Amazon but she suggested to see if she could order it in. Turned out to be a good experience. Not only she got it in the next day. But it was much cheaper than Amazon. Thank you Kathy. Keep up the good work.

I must have looked like a deer in headlights. A very nice female employee greeted me and helped me pick out exactly what I needed, and she told me how to replace the part/clean the area. She was great! Thanks O'Reilly

I like their prices and they usually have a good inventory of most items I need, although I may need to go to a nearby store to obtain it. The employees are knowledgeable of their store, products, and system they use but few know much about cars or can help you when you have a request that isnt defined in their narrow scope of abilities. I also cant get that tune out of my head from the commercials - oh oh oh oreillys......auto parts, Yowww!!

This company will only allow you to buy stuff over the phone if you have a line of credit with them. It was quite the inconvenience. Then when you ask why you hear lots of stuttering and stammering for your answer. One employee said it was for fraud cases. There’s plenty of remedies you could come up with rather than trying to charge interest (the real reason why they want to establish credit) for stuff you can just flat out buy. I’ll take my business elsewhere. It’s too bad too because the staff seemed friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely sorry that this was company policy. I’ll drive twice the distance to go to their competitor now.
