I bought 4 brand new tires at NTB and had tire sensors replaced. There was a small mishap when my vehicle was backed into another in the parking lot but i wasnt mad and didnt throw a fit as some would do. But the manager called to get the estimate taken care of and the car parts and pai ting was all taken care of with NTB paying the bill also to Jacksons Towing and Auto Body Shop. I am very happy with the work that was taken care of. All went very great. The manager there is absolutely great and responsible for maintenance care for vehicles and awesome to customers.
I will go back to NTB and have things done on my vehicle.
The guys at NTB are awesome I came in for a flat repair and it ended up with a cracked rim thankfully my spare was a full size and Michael got me in and out for a great price

My wife had a tire emergency with our 3 year olds. Michael and his guys took great care of her and were more than patient with our rambunctious kids to the extent this is where we came to get our new tires which weren't all that expensive.
The guys helped figure out what was needed to get my car running at top level and fix the issues while hooking me up with a NTB financing card to help with expenses.
My experience here was better than I could have expected. Once arriving, I was greeted promptly by Michael, whom was polite and professional. I had my vehicle towed because of a flat tire right before closing time. Michael and the guys was super nice and stayed past closing time. So I wouldn’t have to come back in the morning.
I am for sure a parts changer. Not a mechanic. I get by working on my Mini Clubman and my Silverado. But let me tell ya….. when I go to this particular spot, I get treated as a truly valuable customer. They listen, offer advice, and we make a plan. It’s always been in my budget. Never an outrageous amount and the work has been done quickly and efficiently. The manager gets right in with his employees what ever the workload. Thank you guys for being trustworthy in today’s society.
In from South Carolina, and needed an oil change before heading back on road. The guys in there were great. The service was excellent, and quick. Definitely will be back when back in town.
I live out of state but have used New Martinsville store when visiting family. Today I again received excellent service. Professional and customer focused. I have always been impressed with this store and highly recommend!
Does everything possible to get out of a warranty.
Husband took vehicle over on October 3rd to have them replace my tires under warranty. They claimed that my bushings and struts were bad and that they wouldn't honor the warranty because of that. Ended up having to buy tires from Walmart because they weren't honoring the warranty. Got my vehicle in for a service appointment with the Subaru dealership since the vehicle is still under warranty. They looked at said vehicle and asked us why we had it there because the struts and bushings were fine and not near anywhere needing replaced. Let me be clear. I don't have the highest opinion of Wheeling Subaru either, but they have never lied about my vehicle.
I was traveling and got a nail in my tire. I stopped at the Moundsville, WV NTB shop, but they weren’t taking walk ins. I continued South to the New Martinsville, WV store and they were very happy to help me out and get me back on the road. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I even added on my rear brakes pad replacement since they were so nice. Thanks for the Five Stars service
I scheduled online for a front end check due to a popping noise in my car. When arriving at new martinsville location the worker was rude right off the bat saying before checking anything did I check my struts.. after waiting for 30 minutes the same guy comes out to inform me he thinks it might be my struts or it might be a worn bushing. I didn’t bring my car for a might or a maybe this shop is not professional and needs a lot more training or they might just need some new workers

Lots Of Laughs While Waiting So Worries Were Less And Took Care Of My New Tire Patch From A Pesky Screw!! Asked For Review While Waiting On My Vehicle And Would Have Been 5 Stars But Instead Was Lied To About Pricing And Over Charged.....Never Has Been This Expensive For A Quick Fix In The Past, Now I See Why The Five Star Review Was Asked For Prior To Charging Me Hmmmm
