I have had great service several times over the years. Good body work and office staff has kept me up to date. Works well with insurance companies. My go-to place for autobody work.
They have had my car for almost 2 months at first they were waiting on insurance and a part to come in spoke to insurance and they said they were waiting on them fine whatever I waited patiently. Three weeks ago I was told even though they haven’t got the part that she would start working on it and do what she could till the piece arrived . Next Wednesday comes and they finally get the piece so they said it would be done by last Wednesday. So I call again. They say this week. So I wait. Still don’t have my car.. They told me I would have it DEFINITELY by today. Called last night and they said “they are still putting it together, we are going to try and get it painted by tomorrow” more excuses something like “we have Christmas too”, which if it was day of or day after Christmas I would totally understand but it’s not and they’ve had my car for A MONTH if not longer now and have said they “would start working on it” since end of November. The cherry on the cake she told us to call today, and Check, it is currently 10:44 and all my calls have gone unanswered they are completely unprofessional and it does not take waiting A month and three weeks to fix the bit of damage they do not care about their customers and put them on the back burner all while making up excuses. Before publishing this review I wanted to make sure I gave them a chance to answer the phone. It rang once and went straight to voicemail. So not only has she been unprofessional but rude as well. So here’s to caring about your customers. Let’s hope they don’t delete this because I’ve asked around and many people have said they left bad reviews but magically they’re gone.
