I swear I know more about working on cars than anyone in this whole store combined. If you work in an auto parts store you should have some common knowledge about cars and how they work

Their prices went up per hour Was 40.00 an hour now 80.00 an hour my car was in for 1/2 hour and I was charged 42.40 with taxes. Better to ask about labor costs I was told all was double. I had my own oil and filter.

Last night I once again followed a friend with a car suddenly having difficulty, engine light … and the fellow in the store very kindly and patiently assisted. It was near closing and any other means of help certainty was not available. But they were and gratefully so. Thank you for your kindness and great customer service.

Pulled up to the store and the three people working were all standing, holding open the door smoking. No one even attempted to put out a butt until my husband was inside the store. Bad customer service.

I've always gotten the correct parts for my car but customer service is so-so. Sometimes is better than others but they are good for getting parts at because of accuracy and assistance when you need it. Also you can do a lot on their website.

Very poor customer service. They give you the wrong parts and we argue with you when you try to explain why the part won't work.

Not always the best place to buy parts, usually get the wromg one here.

They have helpful people working there. You don't have to search the isles looking for something they will go get an item for you or take you to item if there is a choice involved. They have loaner tools for your repair needs. They install items like wiper blades free. They test batteries alternators and starters free of charge so you don't buy something you don't need.

Great people and helpful, selling Walmart caliber products at NAPA prices.
