Moving across the country and my tire kept going flat. I stopped at two other shops before this one and they couldn't find a leak. CJ's found the faulty valve stem in a couple of minutes and had it replaced in a couple more. Great service and great prices. Thanks for getting me back on the road.

George knows vehicle maintenance and repairs at a level beyond any other mechanic I've ever met. Has all the right tools and equipment to get the repairs done right the first time. Found and fixed issues other mechanics had missed. VERY grateful.

Mr. George went out of his way to fix our car. We were 2 hours into a 12 hour family vacation road trip and the belt broke. The part came quick and we were back on the road in under two hours. We can't thank them enough.

George is the best, hands down! He is kind, down to earth and will not take advantage and up charge. He has the best prices in the area and his work is top notch. I feel safe taking my car to CJ's knowing George will let me know exactly what my car needs (despite what I think), the work is done quickly and professionally! You can get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and they respect COVID protocols. George will explain what work needs to be done or what was done. He is very knowledgeable and patient in explaining things. I highly recommend CJ's auto!!

Had my car for almost a month I understand the ordeal with the parts not coming in the mail it whatever caus dog covid-19 but no contact to me what so ever and it's cost me 1,000 to get a clutch put in my car. Plus when I got it back my caliber bolts weren't tightened and lost one of them I wouldn't use then again ever it's the 1st & last time!

I am having a sheriffs officer accompany me tomorrow to pick up my daughters car from this place because the man who was working threatend to shoot her while she was in a friends car calling me as they were leaving. These people towed my daughters car, this man was angry and aggressive towards my young daughter. He terrified her. When I called this morning I was told they were open until 6pm. My daughter arrived at 5:40 and was denied access to her car unless she was willing to pay an extra $100 because they had already closed. After speaking to my daughter I called and spoke with the same man who told me earlier that they were open until 6 and he was angry and aggressive. He stated he was closed and would have to restart the computer to help her and that his wife would be angry if he was late going home. DO NOT give this person your business.

Son was in an accident. They towed the car. Gave us time to clear out stuff before taking it away. Helped with insurance company. They sent pictures and stuff to them..

I'm almost apologetic to leave such a negative review because, honestly, I liked George when he was feeling nice and found his narcissism oddly soothing in these pandemic days. I dont usually leave reviews but after leaving my truck there for a week and being charged $900 only to have the same problem (literally, nothing at all changed), this is frustrating. I took my broken truck to one of my hometown mechanics here in KY and explained the issue. 2nd and 4th gears unavailable. Without even looking at the truck, he says the transmission needed to be rebuilt. Was in the shop for 3 days and didn't charge me much more than George did. In retrospect, it feels a lot like George screwed us over.

I had a great experience at CJs. George obviously has a ton of knowledge and experience. All I needed was an alignment after a suspension install but he took the time to get it dialed in exactly how I wanted it. After this I'd recommend him to anyone who wants a job done well. I never write reviews but this level of service is so rare I had to.

My Hyundai Genesis had the the sad experience of driving on one of WV's rural roads and ended up getting TWO flat tires at the same time . Tires were beyond repair. Called George at CJ,s and he was there within 30 minutes. Vehicle wad taken to CJ'S shop. Tires replaced and back on the road in no time George was very courteous, professional and would not hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommend! George has a reputation of being one of the best mechanics in the area if not the BEST! Thanks George !!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I cannot stress how much I would NOT recommend this shop. This shop is UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT, DISHONEST, AND RUDE. If you need proof of that, please read the responses to other negative reviews. I took my truck to them for waxoyl undercoating. I made the appointment in October and was told that I would be able to drop it off Wednesday 11/27 and pick it up Saturday 11/30. I dropped my truck off on Wednesday and called on that Friday to ask if they could rotate my tires before I picked it up TOMORROW. He stated that would be fine. So they verified TWICE that I would be able to pick my truck up on Saturday. The NAPA website states that the shop is open on Saturday from 8am - 6pm. I had to take 4 hours off of work on Saturday to drive the shop. When I arrived at the shop (which is a 45 minute drive), it was closed. I called and left a message. Upon opening Monday morning, I received no call from the shop. I contacted the shop and asked what had happened with the Saturday pick up. He informed me that they have never been open Saturdays and accused me of lying. He stated that "maybe I thought you meant Monday" when asked about our conversation on Friday. I asked him if I may pay with a credit card and he could leave my truck with the keys locked so that I may pick it up after hours since I work until 730 pm tonight. He stated "since you're arguing with me you will need to pay in cash by 6pm to pick it up or else it will be locked in my garage". I asked him if he took credit cards and he stated, "there is no sign on my door that says I do". This also was not made clear to me when making the appointment. Finally, when trying to explain to him that I needed to find a way to receive my truck tonight, he hung up on me. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE customer service. I cannot stress the amount of burden and difficulty this shop placed on me with apparent disregard for their customer. Apparently this owner's narcissism does not allow him to appreciate or accept fault for any of his actions. This small business is everything that a business owner should strive NOT to be. I would urge anyone reading this to give your business to someone who will appreciate it and treat you with respect.

This guy George is No Good, he is a pompous windbag that thinks he knows it all. George has Predatory tendencies and practices of not giving any firm estimates until your vehicle is torn apart in his shop. Recommend finding another shop.

Our vacation was saved! All thanks to George at CJ's Automotive! We broke down on a highway--3 hours away from both home AND our destination, and long story short, ended up stumbling upon CJ's. George looked at our truck on his day off, got us into his shop the next morning ,fixed the problem, and now has it running better than ever --BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE-- Also gave us recommendations for a place to stay for the night, and an awesome campground to try for our next vacation! The world needs more people like him and his wife ? I'm only sad to say that our new mechanic is 3 hours away!

I was in a very tough predicament when I contacted George to tow my broken down car and take a look at the poor work that was performed by another auto mechanic. George was incredibly helpful and informative. When I asked him tough questions he did not sugar coat his answers or try and persuade me to proceed with repairs that he knew would not be worth it in the long run. It is rare to come across honest mechanics that perform quality work. This in one of them. I live in Washington DC and will be making the 3 hour drive to his location anytime I need work done in the future. Thanks again for your help George! - Adam

George is upfront, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and diagnose the problem. My A/C works GREAT now. I just wish he accepted credit cards.

I just want to say, this car repair shop CJ's Automotive located in Bruceton Mills, WV is very unprofessional, I would not recommend anyone to go there for a car repair. The owner is very rude and has a nasty demeanor about himself. There isn't any need to be nasty towards customers, maybe the owner of CJ's Automotive shop needs a lesson on how to give good customer service. "The Key is always listen and hear what your customers are saying" • Don't come on too strong-respect your customers • Have transparent-Honesty is crucial when it comes to errors. • Alert customers to large scale changes, good or bad. • Follow on your word • Recognize responsibility customer is always right no matter the circumstances. • Treat a customer like a valued partner communication is two way. • Always say THANK YOU-KINDNESS AND GRATITUDE These are key rules, guides to your BUSINESS through your GROWTH!

George was very helpful and understanding on initial call but once he towed our vehicle the whole repair process was a disaster.He would never answer calls or return messages and took longer to repair and more costly than I could have ever imagined.
