This business is absolutely wonderful to work with. They are professional, polite and respectful. I am very pleased with their work and they kept me updated on everything. I would highly recommend them to any one.
They are great people, we just didn't have the best luck there. They did try to fix any issue we had, but 5 times is too many for me. The work is good enough for me, but not right and I ended up just asking for touch up paint so I could fix one of the problems myself. I would recommend them to other people, but just check over the work before you leave.
After moving away from the shop that my family has used for 30+ years, I was nervous about finding a shop to work on my car after a deer hit my driver's side door. I found Ultra Body through my insurance and could not be happier with the work they do. I needed a full door panel and mirror replacement. When I got my car back it was like new.

Ultra Body is Erie Insurance Blue Ribbon Certified. I had a run-in with a deer a few years ago. My insurance agent sent me to Greg. The process was seamless. Greg handled every detail including dealing with my agent directly. All I had to do was drop off the car and pay my deductible. It was a breeze. When the work was finished, I couldn't believe the quality of the work--both mechanical and superficial. I went over it and couldn't find a single spot where the new paint and old paint met. I know several people who have used this service, and the work is always impeccable. Highly recommended.
