He even called me after delivering her car to our mechanic in the 25311 area, which I really appreciated. None of that was something I asked for; he just did it!My daughter said the driver was super patient, which made the whole situation feel much more manageable for her. Do not call this company! They overcharge you and get your information wrong...probably because they have difficulty with the English language. It took 1 1/2 hours for the truck to arrive in Charleston. I asked for a discount because I was told it would take 30 minutes to an hour, but they wouldn't do that. Bad business =bad review.

Called Orange Ranger Towing and the dispatcher was warm and efficient and made the whole situation feel manageable. Driver there in 21 minutes, jumped the car, tested the battery, showed me the reading and told me it was not going to survive another West Virginia winter. Replaced it that weekend.
