Horrible customer service and pickup service. Our road is skipped frequently while road on each side of us are serviced. Place a pickup request it gets canceled. Driver will state it is not accessible. Been hung up on several times.

I signed up for service on 1/20 and still have not received a trash container. The newest scheduled delivery, after 3 delays now, is 2/16.

WM consistently exceeds my expectations from the moment a person answers my call to the actual pick up of yard waste or used furniture.

I heard things about the dump, but when I went out I was surprised how clean and neat it was. It was hard to believe that I was actually at a garbage dump 😂

Absolutely nothing but a pain to try and contact just for a simple answer!! (Ex. How much they charge per ton to drop off at this location?) Number provided is just a recording that refers you to go online to their site. Then once you go on there it tells you to contact local landfill. Went to support (waited 15+ minutes) only to be disconnected multiple times after not even 2 minutes to write in my answersto their questions. Then when I finally do contact someone get told to call and say these "certain phrases" to connect with an agent. Which was easier said than done bc the automatic system kept saying 1/yes 2/no for a random addresses, or was it residential, commercial, business to connect to this department even after stating don't have one and residential and speak with an agent. But after 15 minutes of back/forth with automated system I finally got it to transfer me to an actual agent!! Only for me to give agent all information needed and be put on hold then within the 5+ minutes on hold, it disconnected us, and apparently put me back to the automated system so I had to do that whole process OVER AGAIN!!! After all that I finally got to talk with another agent (her customer service was beyond amazing; tyvm) to FINALLY get the answer I wanted after almost 3 hours!! So then since I was FINALLY getting somewhere, I asked about a quote on getting a new residential service started only to be told WM is NOT ACCEPTING NEW CUSTOMERS FOR NOW IN MY AREA AND HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THEY'LL BE AVAILABLE!!! So all together 0 stars for WM and all the online chat representatives. To the 2 agents I talked with over the phone. The 1st agent I talked with 0 stars for him and to the 2nd absolutely 5 🌟 stars for her. WM fix these issues asap!!

Overall good service, but billing is horrible. They didn’t pick up for a week due to the weather and I’m sure billing won’t be adjusting our bills

They haven’t came to pick up my businesses trash in 3 months I’ve paid all 3 months still nothing. I try to call and can’t even get ahold of anybody. It’s ridiculous.

It would be easier if you all came at approximately the same time each week. We are elderly and some weeks it's difficult to get the cans down to the road. If we had a set time it might help, even when we have to try to get help.

I requested a new curbside container. It was due 3 weeks ago , the lid is broken. Still not replaced and I found a raccoon trapped in it tonight. Terrible customer service

Every week we have to put the wheels back on the cans! Items land on ground and are left there through no fault of the home owners!

Nobody answers the phone. Website AI does nothing. Ordered extra can that is 1 month past the original delivery date. Bulk pickup is a joke too.

This trash service is excellent! They are always reliable and alert me if there are any changes in pick ups. 10/10 would recommend.

Waste Management's pickup service is horrible. They come at random times of the day and if there is a holiday, they just don't come but you still have to pay the same amount. You can request a missed pickup, but they still don't come. You cannot talk to anyone on the phone, either. Whoever they sent to pick up my container can't read the numbers on a mailbox because they said it wasn't there but it was and they sent me a picture of my neighhor's house, then they told me they'd try again in a week. Terrible company that is too large to care about it's customers.

Sadly, after setting up an account and finally finding someone to service our rual area, after the driver drove my one lane road, he told the manager he wasn't coming back. She "supposedly" called me and informed me. I never heard from anyone. I found out after my trash wasn't picked up the following week and my account said inactive online. It's been 3 weeks and Im still waiting on my refund!!!! Poor customer service! Poor refund service. I'm a mile off the 2 lane road...come on.

We moved to our present location in April. The garbage pickup is great but I have had to complain a lot about pickup of my recyclables. Only once did they pick it up since moving here and that was after I reported it. So after many weeks of no pickup, today my recyclables were picked up. I have no idea if it was really the recycling truck or just picked up with my regular garbage. I’m just thankful they finally did what they are supposed to do. So thank you.

Missed pickups that took 3 weeks to finally get and yet I am charged as if I had service but wasn't. What the heck is up with that? Why is there no credit for WM not doing their job? This happens a lot more than is acceptable.

I met with a female manager who answered all my questions and helped me get my service changed due to a death in the family. I don't want to mention her name as to not flood her with emails, but she knows who she is and I appreciate your help. Instead of Assistant Manager, she should be running the whole damn landfill. Thanks

Zero Stars. Terrible to non-existent service. Straight four weeks skipped pick-up. When called, they say next day pick up but that doesn't happen. Then won't refund when services aren't rendered. Even reported to BBB with no resolve. Need a drop off area for inclement weather or put chains on trucks. Next time, they'll be reported to Public Service Commission of West Virginia. You get paid for a service, do it or don't charge for it. Unacceptable. We have bear and coyote and trash can't sit out for extended periods. It's unhealthy and unsafe.

My garbage hasn't been picked up for 3 weeks, hoping the rescheduled pick up will happen tomorrow. Its been bad weather, and I understand the danger of the trucks, I'm just hoping there might be a discount on my bill since I basically haven't had service this long??

The men that work for Waste Management are friendly and thorough. I have noticed when they come to do the pick up if something falls as it is being put into the truck they pick it up. I have also noticed the driver will get out and assist the man picking up the trash when like last week there are more bags then usual due to the weather. I am very happy with the service they provide.

Our drivers are always on time, always put the container back with the lid down (no rain or snow inside!). I get timely information and reminders re changes in pick-up dates, times when there is a holiday or weather event. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

I've had WM for a few years now. The crew that drives in my area do a great job. One particular morning, I was rushing to get can out to curb and he waited for me and took my can anyways. I've not had any problems. Great service!

I canceled my service and my latest invoice says you owe me $42.25 on 8/25/24. Why do I have to wait for up to 60 days to get a refund? If we're one week late paying you our trash doesn't get picked up.

Live on a road that is not easy to get a big truck in and out. These guys handle it with ease. Friendly and efficient. Tracy on Monarch st.
