The first text I received from Cole Carder after sending my trade information and saying where I would like to be on both vehicles. I was trying to make a deal on a truck they’ve had for 4 months and he didn’t even try to respond with any level of professionalism. If this is the kind of customer service you get from the owner, to hell with the whole company.
Leaving 2 stars instead of one, because in-person assistance, courtesy and professionalism were great. Problem is, after shopping for a while, I e-mailed with a simple question on the truck because I'm 4 hrs away. No response. I followed up with a text. Salesman replied he'd call back in "a sec." No call back, so texted next day saying I'd be interested in talking about an offer. No response. I called two days later, got an answer and quickly made a reasonable (not lowball) offer that seemed to be politely received, was told I'd get a call back in 15 min. No response. Called next day, no answer. Texted day after that politely asking for status, no answer. Waited 3 days until Fri, rented a one-way rental just in case for Sat, texted that I was coming in person to talk, then got a text reply they sold the truck that morning but could they interest me in a totally different truck that requires a CDL and costs 70% more. I mean, I try not to sweat the small stuff in life, but come on. Would have saved me a lot of emotional energy if they'd just explained why they didn't want to take my money (not sure why they wouldn't, but heck, I don't know the used car business these days). I was a motivated customer ready to pay asking price if they'd just given the courtesy of a polite counter offer/negotiation. I hate negative reviews but blowing off/ghosting a customer like that is BS. I thought about trying to find a different salesman, but used to be the etiquette is you stick with the guy you started with. A constructive explanation of what the heck happened sure would be nice.
An amazing experience! Couldn’t ask for better people to work with! We worked with Wes and Bob and they were nothing but amazing from start to finish! Great communication and great service! In and out quickly which is a definite plus. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!
This place has great sales staff. They were honest and informative about the process and the vehicle I was looking at. They were also willing to work with me despite one negative item on my credit. I decided to wait, but only because of my own financial situation. I think they are a great dealer to do buisness with, and I'm planning on contacting them again when Iget ready to buy.

Engine failure on a $19k truck before first payment was made. Bought this truck and the engine blew on my first highway trip. Dealer refuses any responsibility and dodges phone calls despite clear signs this was a pre-existing issue. Would not recommend - find a dealer that stands behind their vehicles.
1st time purchasing from Carder Motors. When there was a misunderstanding on my part about the purchase, we parted ways ( in a civil and professional manner ). We went to get a bite to eat on the way home, as we sat talking my wife's phone alerted her of a message received and it was Wes informing us that Carder Motors wasnt satisfied with the offer that was given to use from the lender. Wes made a call to the uppers of Carder Motors and the individual stated "we can do better than that," make the deal happen". Wes asked if we liked the offer he sent to us better and if so, the Cadillac Escalade would be waiting out front for us. We immediately replied, be there momentarily. Paperwork was a breeze, best yet. Suv was sold in "as is" condition. The condition of the suv is immaculate inside,outside and underneath. Wasn't and am not worried about the "as is" condition, it's that nice. The entire crew we dealt with, give us our 1st experience of that "down home country feeling" and a no pressure to purchase feeling also from a car dealership. We will definitely return for our next vehicle purchase. There is no feeling like that Cadillac feeling !!

Your next vehicle purchase should be here! Between working with Cole and Bob, getting a car from them has been the easiest transaction I've made at a dealership. The communication is A+ and signing documents was a breeze. Thankfully, no one here is pushy so you dont have to worry about dealing with that. I live out of state and they still had everything ready to go when I got there. Everyone there seems to really care about you getting a quality vehicle and not worried and their sales pitch. So when it comes to purchasing your next vehicle, do yourself a favor and go here first!

I'm terrible with names, but the lady at the front desk & the 4 guys i spoke to were all extremely nice down to earth people. Bought a used truck off of them & the experience is exactly what you want when buying something. They told me all they knew about the truck, answered any question I had, whole process was quick & easy.
Sold me a car with a rotted out subframe. I could not get an inspection sticker, it was so bad. And they HAD to have known but didn't bother to warn me. Cost me over a grand in repairs, plus lost wages while I waited, and they cut me a check for a measly 200 bucks, as if that would even put a drop in the bucket of misery they sold me.
It just isn't right, to do someone this way.
It was hard to recover from this financially.
I will never ever do business with these people again.
We just bought a truck and the salesman told my husband "omg your wife" behind my back. Not sure why he would have said this maybe because I was making sure we weren't getting ripped off from our trade. Very unprofessional to make comments about people. Definitely won't be referring other's here because of this. Finance guy was very professional and great.
