Bub was the driver.. he was very kind and kept me updated on his response time because roads were a little bad. He also worked with me because I had no transportation and offered ride but didn't need.. also had a lot I was dealing with this particular day.. very kind and professional.. would highly recommend him and company for future needs.

So I hope you take the time reading my review and know that it was done with careful consideration of the customer that's reading it...
We end up running into Kelly's Towing out of Bridgeport, WV after our car broke down in the parking lot of a Dollar General just a mile and a half from my home. After talking to the supervisor of the store, letting him know our situation. Letting him knowing that I would be back once I had the tools to fix the problem and that we would be back the following day. We came back the following day, tried working on the vehicle, but was still missing some items to complete the fix so we had to walk back home.
After showing up the very next day - now Sunday morning - to finish working on the vehicle, we come to find out that our car had been towed! After finding out who towed the vehicle, we contacted Bill Kelly - the owner of Kelly's Towing.
Upon explaining my situation to Mr. Kelly and letting him know that that was in fact our vehicle, this man ended up being very considerate and understanding to our situation. Even after explaining to Mr. Kelly that we would have to finish working on the vehicle in his lot if we were going to be able to go anywhere, he showed no bother to plan. He was GRADE A as far as tow truck companies are concerned, and I've dealt with at least four different ones just in our tri-county area!
We got to Kelly's - which surprisingly ended up being out in the middle of NOWHERE - the following morning. Upon showing up, we get to the front desk and make our introductions to this huge, burley, brute of a man named Mike! I thought FOR SURE, upon our first introductions, that this very well may not end up going as planned.
Boy was I surprised when we got to talk to Mike, that he was a very pleasant and professional individual. We spoke a bit about the family and fishing and within 10 minutes I felt as though I was talking to an old friend rather than a Tow Truck Buck! Lol
He not only was willing to help us out but he was pleasant and polite about it. Something that you don't really get in the tow truck business. He even helped us get the charge covered by our insurance and completely shed the grief of having to pay a tow bill that we really did have the money to pay for.
We set up for him to bring the car to my house the following morning, traded phone numbers and left it at that! He ended up showing up the following day at 11am. He stayed in contact with us from the time he hooked up at the tow lot, to the time he showed up outside. The whole time being kind and professional. Never ONCE making us feel as we were more of a burden than business.
If you run into the trouble of needing a tow, I can save you a lot of time and tell you now, YOU WILL BE HARD-PRESSED to find a tow company as kind and professional as Kelly's Towing. Though, I cannot speak for every man that works at this place, I can say with absolute CERTAINTY that if their drivers are even HALF of the men that Mr. Kelly and/or Mike are? You won't have a thing to worry about!
I can also say with certainty that if you end up running into a driver that's representing Kelly's Towing and he ends up giving you any trouble? You just contact the shop and talk to either Mike or Bill Kelly and I can assure you they will make things right!
Highly recommend. They were the only ones who would come out at 1am. I called around 20 different towing companies. When the cops shut the road down and told them they couldn't try and recover my truck they were super nice about it. They came back out a few days later and quickly recovered my truck. I will only use this towing company from now on!
Highly recommend Kelley’s towing! Kody, my driver was exceptionally helpful and very polite, easy to talk to and got to me quickly. Will be calling him in the future for all my towing needs
Unprofessionalism. We recently had a truck that needed pulled out of a culvert, and the driver was very rude. For starters, we were told the driver was 15 minutes away. It took about another hour for the truck to reach us (after equipping the chains). That’s all fine, however the driver repeatedly mentioned how our bill was running up when he thought we were being untimely. That would also be fine, but the time we could’ve spent discussing this situation was instead used to help the driver get the vehicle hooked and unhooked repeatedly. The driver was rude upon giving instructions, yelling at our driver while he was just following instructions, the road was slick. The driver also couldn’t get himself onto the flatbed, so that was assigned to one of us as-well. This company was very shy about telling us our rate, the driver only mentioned the $350 minimum after we had the truck pulled mostly out. Pricing is high and we were constantly ‘reminded’ how much more expensive they could’ve made it, so we wouldn’t complain about the price. The total was $470. Overall we are grateful for you guys pulling us out, but the experience was dodgy and uncertain. Price was relatively high for around the area, but I’d be willing to look past it had there been a little more gracious professionalism.
I’m giving two stars only because the driver was occasionally funny, but overall the experience was unprofessional and uncomfortable.
From the start, he kept reminding us that our bill was “running up” the longer things took, which felt like pressure when we didn’t really have any other option. He also yelled at the driver for following his instructions when those instructions didn’t work.
What really bothered me was how unprofessional the process was. We had a group of people who were freezing, and he had them put the tow hook on the truck. He had me pull the winch line out myself, and even had someone climb up onto the rollback to tighten a chain because he couldn’t reach it. That should never be the customer’s responsibility.
The bill was almost $500 (for a simple pull from a ditch), and while I realize he could have charged more, it still felt like we got “got” and didn’t have a choice but to pay in the moment
Overall, the job got done, but the attitude, lack of professionalism, and how much work was put on the customers made this a bad experience. I wouldn’t use them again unless there was absolutely no other option.
Bub was the only driver to come out last night and rescue us. I called over 6 other companies who wouldn’t even send out a driver or have a person working. My car broke down around 10 oclock and bub was there to tow my car home within 30 min. He was super nice and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my service. I can’t thank him enough!
This place was an absolute joke! Called for a pull out and was told they couldn't give me a price until after they looked but swore it would be reasonable... OK sure ill bite... driver finally shows up almost 3 hours later... when asked again how much was told they where waiting on dispatch... again ok 5 mins to pull it out not tow, shouldn't be much right... right... nope $400 blew my mind... won't be recommending

Our breaks locked up in Clarksburg going to Burnsville and they were so helpful! Bub was our driver and he was so nice and was able to help get us home. We will definitely call him again if we ever need help

was doing some shopping with the family and my car would not start. called kelley’s towing and in a short amount of time they were there to save the day. Bub is a great guy and very helpful and most of all very down to earth. very thankful they were able to help me out and get it towed to the dealership.
Bub was our driver. He was very courteous and professional. Treated us with kindness and was an all around good experience. Service was excellent and we have no complaints whatsoever. Omg y'all are saints! My car broke down with some electrical issues and Bub got out to where me and my sister was in like 20 minutes. Super friendly and a really sweet guy. Easy to talk to and the patience to explain my car problems to my car-illiterate self. He gave us a ride home and y'all let me tell you those trucks are super comfy. Cost us 100$ cheaper than other places and more reliable.
They hauled my 40 foot camper like a piece of cake and did it for a very low price, about 500 dollar difference from everywhere else. so nice and caring. treated me like family
