My story:
I was in West Virginia attending my college graduation and was on my way back to Richmond, VA, with plans to continue on to South Carolina. Unfortunately, I ran into an issue at a gas station where the pumps were mislabeled, and gasoline was accidentally put into my diesel truck. Thankfully, my truck went into protection mode and shut itself off, preventing further damage.
Being unfamiliar with the area and still facing a long trip home, I contacted several tow companies and my insurance provider. After weighing my options, it became clear that the best solution was to have my truck towed back to Richmond.
That’s when I called Kevin.
Although none of his drivers were available at the time, Kevin didn’t hesitate, he came out himself. He was absolutely incredible: professional, kind-hearted, and genuinely focused on helping. He safely towed my best friend and me back to Richmond and made sure we were taken care of the entire time.
I truly can’t thank him enough. It’s clear why Kevin is in business—he’s there to help people, and he absolutely did that for us that evening. If I lived in his area, I would recommend him to everyone without hesitation.

I just want to say this tow truck company is absolutely, hands down a God send. He's had to tow my vehicle a few times before for general car trouble and has always responded quickly and been very fair. Tonight I needed help again but it was because I'd gotten myself in a terrible fix on an icy road while trying to get home. I had no idea how in the world he was going to get my car off the tree I slid down into. It was in a tight spot between that tree on one side and a deep ditch on the other. Did I mention it was also a narrow one lane steep road?. He did it and did it perfectly with the utmost care. Just a super nice person who knows what he's doing. I can't say enough, and I highly recommend KB3!

Kevin made a stressful situation much easier by explaining everything clearly, taking care of my truck, and constantly checking to make sure I was okay. That kind of concern goes a long way, especially after a wreck. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping—not just the job.
On a personal note, Kevin was actually my gym teacher back in high school about 10 years ago, and he’s still the same solid, stand-up guy I remembered. Seeing him now running a business with the same integrity and professionalism says a lot about the kind of person he is.

Visiting from out of town when clutch gave out. Luckily I found Kevin to tow us to a local mechanic. Even gave us a ride to the rental car place. Super nice and helpful. Would highly recommend.
What a man local guy working helping the community very fast to come save the day let me ride back to Beckley with him so I wouldn't have to walk or find a ride from Alta thank God I didn't have to sit all evening waiting recommended using him

Great towing service, and super nice guy. My insurance couldn't get any tow company in the area to tow my car. KB3 towing took the job, and was there to get me within 15 minutes. I had already been waiting for 2 hours prior to him taking the job. I'm very thankful he came. He took super good care of my car plus let me & my husband ride home with it. We was 48 miles from home. 5 stars just isn't enough! Kevin was amazing, he was super responsive, stayed in contact until he arrived. He was very careful with my new car, his rig is beautiful and super clean. He got us where we needed to be on a Saturday evening. We will be forever thankful.
