Super nice people horrible quality cars. i'm not one to post reviews but i've bought 2 vehicles here and both were total trash lasts a few months then a major issue arises. cost to fix these cars is more then they are even worth. i know lots of people who have had very similar issues with cars from here would not recommend if your looking for long lasting. (btw the last car i bought didn't even come with a spare tire)
I just purchased a 2020 Nissan versa in May. Didn't have it a week when 4 lights came on my dash. Took it to a shop that hooked a computer to it and he said he's not seen so many codes pop up. My fault for needing a vehicle and buying from the first place I stoped at. But it is very apparent those lights were cleared before selling the car. Shame on you guys for doing that to people!
Sold us a truck that had transmission issues, refused go fix it. I highly recommend not buy something from this piece of junk place, can’t wait to see them in the court room to sue them - just remember there is a lemon law in wv
Very poor customer service and attention to detail.
Hard to get responses out of them, got approved for a loan for a 90k truck. Had the cashier check ready and coming to the day of to head down and wouldn’t respond with what time to be there and couldn’t get a response weather the truck was ready or not. So I told them I was no longer interested in buying from a company who treats people like that.
I give one 1 star, because they was so nice, but other then that I'd give 0 star. My Denali Acadia has been in the shop more times then I can count and I've not even had it but alittle over a year. 1 month after buying this vehicle it needed new timing chains and cadillac converters. That's not even the half of it......
Bought my 1988 Chevrolet 1500 from this dealership. I drove up from Charlotte, NC and these folks made the entire experience very pleasant and exciting. I communicated with Ashley via phone and email before and after the sale. The owner, Tony, and his brother were also very friendly and honest. I bought a 2017 Subaru Outback from Kevin. The whole staff was great to me, Kevin the finance department to the guy that worked out the figures. I highly recommend them.
I Wouldn't want any one to get taken advantage of like I did. I Brought a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado from Tony Hill he said that he put the Bed Liner in the Bed. I Ask them to fix body damage from rust every month that I Made Payment Never Would Fix it just wanted to keep collecting payments. So I stop Payments to save money to get it fixed on my own then I was going to start making payments again but they Repo It. This Is Not like a Transmission or Motor Issue Where You Can Blame a Person for not Having Transmission Fluid in it or No Oil in it or not Changing The Oil This is a Rusted Out Truck That Falls Back On You That Will Not Pass Inspection. Good news in November 2023 they settled with me for $7800.00 I got $ 5000.00 after the Lawyer fee. But they claim no fault. But settled out of court.
Went looking for a car found a Jeep Commander fair price. Was going to put 3500 down and they got me the rest financed thru Lendsmart for the remaining 10,000. Except my bank card had a daily spending limit on it so had to contact the bank. Lift the spending limit temporarily. The sales person and the financial lady both heard exactly what was going on. I could not make it back to them that next day and I told them that. The sales man said" that he would take it off the lot. Get it cleaned up. Fix something small I noticed. On that 2nd day I was just about there when they opened. And the financial lady calls. Says the jeep was sold.. I said I know I be there in 5 minutes or so. She goes on to tell me No "we sold it to someone else". I don't know if I was mad or confused. But I continued to the car lot. Sure enough the Jeep is gone. The salesman comes out like yeah I said I would hold on but someone else came in that next day. Long story short. There is to many car lots out there to shop then to go to cherry Lane and be lied too
Stopped in to look at a jeep liberty that is listed on their website. We were told that vehicle was at their shop as it needs a front differential. We were also told that 3 to 4 people were trying to get financing on this vehicle. Not sure how to get financing on something that is not even safe to drive. My guess, they were desperate to sell this vehicle and thought we wouldn't want to miss out. We were told that if we wanted to look at or test drive that we would have to drive to Caldwell. Really don't want to test drive something that needs a major part. Very misleading and deceptive. Why list a vehicle that needs major work. We went someplace else, paid more and had a much much better experience and customer service. Definitely would not recommend.
Traded in my car for an suv, they were awesome and so patient while I looked at all they had in stock! No pressure to choose just very informative, chose a ford escape and realized it had a Bluetooth problem AFTER I drove it off the lot. I took it back and they got the part and fixed it for me! You won’t find another used lot that will stand by their cars even after you take it off the lot. They also have a great mechanic who we still take our cars to for maintenance. Will absolutely work with them all again!
everyone I've spoken to and my mother included who have bought from here has had a horrible experience with the vehicles sold here. These people only sell Lemons. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!
These are the absolute best of me for a lot more I think I have to be the one who is good to be a little bit I was very happy to see it was just a good person for the real deal and I'll always love the one who is good for the real deal with best lady I've been a good deal with the same as well. Got sold a lemon.Right off the bat, the horn didn't work, although they said it passed inspection.In 28 days, the engine blew. They told me because I had driven it over 1000, legally they were not obligated to fix it. They did however offer to get it repaired. THEY said it had no oil, that's why the engine blew. If it was serviced like they promised, it shouldn't be out of oil in 28 days. Mechanic said the timing belt broke, breaking the engine. They are keeping my car. Demanding I pay 1500 of the repairs, then came and took back the loaner car (my trade in) WITHOUT notice behind my back from my job!! Leaving me with no ride home. I work 45 min from home. Sneaky horrible business ?
Service was amazing until purchase was complete. We asked about an oil leak, we were told he took it to his mechanic and he said it was just from where he changed the oil and there was no leak. This was in writing in a text. There was in fact an oil leak and the mechanic said it hadn’t been brought in to check. The dealership did pay for the vacuum pump for that but the bigger issues they are unwilling to handle. We have also learned that there have been major engine repairs that were not disclosed. We’ve had this truck for less than a month and it is having major issues that their mechanic “says” he cannot find and the dealership is not willing to fix it, more than the 50/50. Seems like we are working with completely different people than the ones we purchased it from. I believe we were taken advantage of knowing we were out of town buyers. Their kindness and amazing customer service won us over. They took advantage of a young guy with major health issues who worked very hard to save his money for this truck. They are not looking for repeat customers.
We were very satisfied with the treatment by the staff at Cherry Lane. We got a nice vehicle and a decent deal. Had a couple minor problems which they were able to get corrected. Would recommend and would do business again.
Nice vehicles however very overpriced. People go to used car dealerships to find a nice reliable vehicle in a reasonable price range. Not $10,000 if I can afford that I'd just go to a car dealership.

I checked out Cherry Lane on Wednesday because someone had suggested them after I was offered a 26% apr from another car lot. They had a car that I liked ok, I test drove it and was considering buying but when I went back by, Tony said “I hate to throw ya a curveball but we got this car I think you’ll really like.” Yesterday, I bought the “curveball “ and I am in love. They completely serviced the car, put a new inspection sticker on it before I drove it off the lot, all the staff were great. They were tremendously helpful with everything I needed and they got me in a car I’m over the moon about. And the the bank they use approved me for a loan for the car at a very fair, 13.99%apr.
They went out of their way to get me in the vehicle I needed. Once I got the vehicle, that's when the customer service ended. After only two weeks of owning it I noticed an oil leak and several of the features stopped working. It was still under warranty at the time but they couldn’t manage to find time to get it in their garage see what was wrong or get a quote for repairs. I traded from a paid off vehicle that drove most of the time to a vehicle with payments that don't run at all. Absolutely horrible experience.
Friendly and professional staff, good, fast and efficient service. When we had an issue with the vehicle they fixed it with no problems. I highly recommend this company. They are amazing.
I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle today and I dealt with a guy names Tony. He was courteous, considerate, police, helpful, and what more can I say. The guy is a gem! I will definitely buy from Cherry Lane again. They treat their customers right and the prices are right.
