John is always nice and offers to wait on the front line but other employees are usually in the back of the store and disengaged from customers. John did a "check engine" diagnostic. He was very helpful.
We went here because our lawn mower battery died. We called around to a few stores and this was the least expensive. We went in, and the staff was INCREDIBLY helpful. We also received a credit for returning the old dead one. Great people, quick, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and kind. We will return to this location in the future if we need any other car parts. I've purchased my windshield wipers from here, too, in the past, and u don't know how to remove the old ones and put the new ones on. An associate did this for me. This store is outstanding with their customer service and the support they provide. The prices are so far unmatched to other local stores. Thank you
Right before close the two guys working were not polite and acted as if we were bothering them although there were 15 minutes until close. We had driven over 30 minutes to get there to no part and no kindness to boot
Advance Auto Parts is mainly just a parts location. They have everything to change oil, tires, wiper fluid. Really anything you would expect. I do think that the customer service could have been a bit better, instead of being on their phone they could help customers. In fact we did ask for help and had to wait for them to reply to a message.. A bit disappointing.
Awesome and helpful staff. Josh got tje utem off the shelf for me and came outside to install it on my car. Didn't even have to ask him. Very friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else after experiencing customer service like this!
Helpful and friendly staff. Usually has parts you need in stock, but they occasionally have to order them though it only takes a few days at most to get them in.
You get what you pay for per say. Addy, John, Tuck are awesome guys and will help you out anyways possible. Been going here for years and always a pleasure to deal with those three.
Y'all saved my butt the last time I was in town. The staff was on it and kind! When I couldn't figure out my headlight they went above and beyond to help me figure out my problem. There was no dismissiveness or "mansplaing" towards me. Just kind people willing to help out. 10/10
The customer service is good but they need help. Other than needing help the guys and gals here are great they treat you like a person and very outgoing.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and cooperative. The store is always clean and well ordered. We took advantage of the loaner tool program, which is great for cutting down on the purchase of seldom-used tools. We had an excellent experience.
Store is clean and well kept. Friendly staff and usually have what you need on hand or is there in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone for their vehicle needs.
Had the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time here thanks to James B(that’s the name printed on my receipt). I came here bc I’m in town visiting a very sick family member and my headlight went out so my maw maw told me to come here bc the store is so friendly and long story short James B apparently hates his job so much he couldn’t be bothered to help me makes sure what headlight was out (There are several areas of lights on my car) so when he asked what light was out I said I wasn’t sure and asked if he could help me look and make sure and he actually ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME! Feeling embarrassed for not knowing which set of lights was out I told him the regular one and paid and left and I can promise you I will never again stop in an Advance Auto for literally anything. Like I am a single mother of 2 kids that works a sales job, not a trained car professional, thanks James B for making an already stressful day even worse.
This is a typical auto parts store. There's nothing special. Some prices are good and some prices are not. The only downfall is their reward system is not the greatest. No one likes it when your rewards that you earn expires.
Not impressed with much and many of the car cleaning products are cheaper at Walmart. The "buy X number of select products of a certain brand and get this free" signs, are confusing sometimes and not just to me, as some employees couldn't understand it either and one didn't know it existed in the store and the rack was 10 feet from his register.
They were able to process our return just fine and they were very friendly, but there was an associate behind the counter who was drinking soda and eating a granola bar while he was dealing with a customer. I'm not sure of the company policy, but it just seemed a bit unprofessional.
