Highly recommend!! I drove in, without an appointment bc my car was shuddering and making a noise. Within 15 minutes, I had a diagnosis, estimate, and could get my car back, fixed, the next morning. Broken axle! True to the estimate-car back, fixed, the next morning, at the quoted price! I also needed an oil change and 2 tires. ALL DONE! With a friendly attitude and professional service.

TRASH ? car sat here for 4 days and their only excuse was “we’ve been busy, yea if an ambulance or emergency vehicle comes in we have to service that first” ummm I’m paying the same green dollar they pay so why do they have priority and why is there not enough mechanics to check out more than one vehicle over a 4 day span. Then I told her I was getting ready to have a tow truck come up there to remove my car and she said “yea that’s probably your best bet because he’s not going to look at it today”
Disappointed in my overall experience. (IMO) The ladies in the office were nice & considerate on the phone... however, after being offered $250/$300 for a Junk vehicle, after getting the vehicle onto the tow truck, Ed Zatta then lowered the price ?. I reluctantly agreed on $200. When you offer someone a fair price, you should stick to your word (as a man & as a businessman) and when you don't you show your true character... or lack of

They replaced the engine in my Highlander quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. Great price for the amount of work involved and it’s been running like a dream for months!
Zattas in Wellsburg is great. The ladies there are awesome. Needed my car inspection, got me right in got it done. Got to see a great friend , George Mozingo. Great people.
I’m so happy I found this place I was on the search for a rare tired and amazingly enough they had it !! Service was beyond what was expected and I’m very happy that I went there and will also be back if I need anything in my tire selection from now on front desk was very nice and helpful and so was the guy that change the tire on my truck and he did an amazing job no shakes or anything and drives great !! Thanks guys for taking care of me in my time of need I would definitely be back
We have been dealing with Zattas since 2007. They have always treated us fairly and have gone out of their way to accommodate us. They are trustworthy and have your best interest in mind. Super great people to deal with.

This was my first time going there to find a rim for my car. Even though they didn’t have it they got me one in two days. And Aubrey is Fantabulous. She stayed later for me to get there to get my rim! The service is friendly and unbeatable. Expect to be on hold a bit if you call, but Aubrey will take care of you for sure.
Online the internet says the hours on Saturday are 8:00Am to 12:00Pm, so I woke up at 7:00am because I'm about a hour away from Zatta's! So we drive there get there about 8:00am, nobody's there! "No big deal maybe nobody is here yet" so we wait around till 9:00am, Still nobody there! 9:30am rolls around and there still is nobody there! Why have false hours online? This just screwed my entire day up! Thank you Zatta's for the money you costed me and I didn't even get to get the parts I needed!??
