Advance Auto Parts are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

Drove a few miles to get my alternator and battery has been after breaking down and needing a jump. This was at 7 PM and the guy told me that he can’t and I asked why he said because he’s the only one in the store. There were no other customers in sight. Really shouldn’t offer services you cannot complete.

Wish I could give you a zero. Was treated with rude and ignorance from two of your employees. Will never go back to that place. Hope that employee was fired for his disrespectful mouth. Obviously they'll hire anyone.

We came in to get new windshield wipers, thinking we had the wrong ones, but the lady who helped us out actually showed us we didn't. She even was sweet enough to install them for us. My wife & I are very grateful, we don't know too much about cars lol. We need more people like her in this world these days with a heart of gold! Apologies for not catching her name, but she was awesome! Definitely a go to car place!

Was given the wrong brakes. No apology from the female employee who I bought them from.?

As a woman, I often get talked down to in "male dominated" stores, but never here. Always helpful, polite and willing to answer any questions.

Love their hours, makes it nice to not have to leave work early to get brake shors, etc

Needed to replace my battery. Tested it then replaced it, no problem. Great service

The guys were very helpful in helping me get the correct wiper blades.

Went to get new wipers and the associate was kind enough to put them on for me...

I went to buy brake pads and the employee behind the register did not care what I wanted, but instead pushed a pricier product I wasn't in the market for. When I explained why I wanted what I wanted he talked down to me and insinuated that I didn't know enough to make a proper decision.

The Wellsburg Advance Auto is the worst Advance ever. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse I speak to them today to get an alternator pulley for project Pat that I had looked up the part number for on their absolute trash website and the young lady on the other side of the call says that she cannot order the pulley I need. She then goes on to tell me that I can order it from their website but she cannot fulfill the request. I will not be calling this store back or stopping in for supplies anytime soon as this store is a joke and does not have any customer service. The valley needs a good parts store alternative to NAPA but this Advance is not it. I do not suggest using this store unless its for something you can buy off the shelf, which you will still pay too much for because of the jacked up margins on the merchandise in this store. Even the employees know that owner is a cheapskate as they have told me in the past to not even bother asking for donations when I was looking for items for the St John The Baptist car show. Sad but true. Sorry for the scathing review just thought you should know.

Prices where 5 times higher than Amazon. You better keep up or close down.

They always try to help you out and do their best get you back on the road

Have most all auto parts in store that you would inquire about. If not can have it shipping in by the next morning.

There is a woman who works there who only has half her teeth and is so unbelievably rude. I ordered a part they told me it wouldn't be there before the 11th of that month. They never called. Two weeks after that date I called. Spoke with a gentleman. He said it would be there for me to pick it up. Obviously they have so many 2007 Buick rendezvous's that come through ordering a driver's side headlight. Because when I got there that woman said she had no clue what I was talking about and that the guy I spoke with went on break and now I had to wait 20mins for him to come back. Another gentleman went in the back and found MY part. On the shelf, WITH MY NAME ON IT! She said, well I didn't know if that was yours or not. WHAT?!?!?! My name is clearly written on the box!!! And then she got ignorant with me because she is completely incompetent.

Staff immediately acknowledges you upon entering and are helpful to guide you to whatever your looking for. I do wish they carried or could order after market performance parts. Overall good experience and for the day to day wear and tear items as well as those for comfort and convenience they carry a good selection in most cases from the cheaper end to the high quality items as well.

Okay never have parts in stock due to all the changes they keep making.

Holy overpriced. If you have a day buy from Amazon and dont let them say amazon doesnt offer warranties cause they do.
