Brought car in to get looked at for someone that wanted to buy it and the mechanic didn’t even have a conversation with us about it because it has a rebuilt title. Just handed us back the keys and left the office. The car runs and drives with no issues. We have taken it to Spokane and back and now Chewelah and back to with no issues. We were even dropping the price below blue book value for the person that was going to buy it. I would not recommend going to this shop. Yes I did tell her son who first drove the car that it was a rebuilt title. It even said it on the for sale signs that were on it. Nothing was being hidden and you could have had a discussion with us instead of being rude and walking out. I had no clue that her son that brought her to check it out didn’t pass on the info and that she didn’t read the for sale signs that say what I was selling. The car has no issues and since it has a rebuilt title it has already gone through an inspection to say that it is safe to be on the road. If you would get the full story instead of assuming something from less than a 1 minute interaction. We also did tell her before hand and understand maybe she misheard or her son didn’t pass it on but for you to act that way without having a conversation is wrong. You have a nice waiting area but you are rude and disrespectful. We let them test drive it two separate times. We even drove it from Colville to Chewelah asking for no money to do so so that you could check it out. Just because you don’t like rebuilt titles does not mean you can’t take a second to have a conversation about it. Yes you should of had a conversation because also I was doing a courtesy of going out of my way to bring it to you. Just because you have had those bad experiences does not mean you can’t judge the car without even looking at it. We also already had it gone through my the local shop in Colville and they found only that a oil coolant line needed replaced which we did. I would of been more than ok if you would of took the time to say hey I have had bad experiences with rebuilt and under maybe some miscommunication happen but since it does have a rebuilt title that I suggest we shouldn’t do the inspection and she shouldn’t buy the car. Also you could of asked her before you set up the appointment what the title was like so that you didn’t waste your time. Even now with your response I would never recommend anyone to come to you.
Brought my car in to have a look at what needed to be done, Randy was very fast at getting back to me, quick to return calls, even did some research for me on my options. Will definitely return again for future needs

Coming through town on work and had a break part break. They were able to fit me in, order parts from Deer Park and have me back on the road in a short few hours.
I would advise everyone to go here when in need.
This is the second time I've used Randy's auto for issues with my 02 7.3 powerstroke. First time was a simple pinion seal leaking and the second was for a water pump i noticed was beginning to leak. The work was done professionally, from the front office to the mechanic I can highly recommend this business! Pricing is very fair and the work is completed in a very timely manner.
I take both of our vehicles to this business and have always had good service, fair prices and friendly service. They don't try to sell what is not needed. I certainly recommend this establishment.
Blew the engine in my truck and had a new engine sent there, it showed up a day and half late so my truck sat there for another 2 weeks still with nothing done had to do it with another company. I would have gave no stars if I could have.
