Who doesn't have change for a $100 bill when I'm buying $48.59 worth of merchandise?? NAPA auto parts in Chewelah Washington doesn't that's who. Such a waste of time. Very disappointing.
Really disappointed with how poor service is here I swear only like 1 of the guys here has ever worked on a vehicle and even with that there costumer service is terrible I’ve had many poor interactions with them, including one time when I asked a question and the guy just rolled his eyes and answered with idk ??♂️
Really bad service, the people there don't know what their talking about, I asked on of the guys their for 5w-30 full synthetic high mileage oil and he brought me 10w-30 low synthetic oil and I literally had to teach him what it all meant. And that's just one example. Then we ordered something for our AC in our car, and then we got to the napa shop and they said the driver forgot it in colville so we had to drive all the way to colville to pick it up our self's
Really bad service, the guy was really rude to me, I needed help i was streesed about my car, instead of being kind and helpfull, he just smirked and rolled his eyes at me like I was just stupid, offered no assistance no smile, I walked out and said to myself I will never go to this store again, I went across the street to the other auto place that's family owned, they where so kind as so helpful, you lost a customer for life, for sure!
Never orders the right parts! Always have to return what I waited days to get just to have to make a trip back to return it. Won't be returning. Stores is going down hill very fast since corporate took over!
Our local Napa shop isn't as big as the one's in Spokane but the service here is twice as good. If the part isn't in stock they can get it in relatively quickly. Fair pricing and fast service.
Jack was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right wiper blade for my car. He talked me through putting it on. He was very friendly and personable.
I went into the store asking for help with checking my oil I'm disabled I cannot lift the hood he came out and helped and then decided to help another customer leaving me stranded I was forced to ask somebody from the martial arts place across the street to close my hood so I could leave and I was accused of stealing oil that was out of my car
Everyone there is very friendly and the prices are very comparable to other places. Plus most of the time they actually have what you need which is very helpful.
They were so helpful. They even came out to my car, looked at the part I needed, actually took the broken pieces off and installed my new wiper for me. I was back on the road again in just a matter of a few minutes. Service with a smile. You gotta ? love it. I love small towns. They're friendly and are willing to go the extra mile when it comes to customer appreciation. There are still businesses like this around, and people remember them when it comes time to buy their products. Kudo's to Nappa and their employees. A large Corporation with the small town friendly attitude and personal service.
Had just what I needed I was looking for transfer pump. The guys in there were friendly knowledgeable of what my needs were helpful polite courteous everything you want from a business.. Definitely recommend
Pleasant place & atmosphere. People are friendly & very accommodating as to what I'd gone there for. Very helpful & I paid for the item & he took it outside with me & put it on my car. I went there for two windshield wipers & he only had one as their shipment comes in tomorrow so I'LL go there tomorrow & to get the other one & pay for it. He's going to hold one for me. That was Pat Davidson. He's s very helpful and nice, they all are.
Not very happy. My husband called them and asked about a handle for his vehicle. He was told they can't get it and he would have to go to pull-n-save. He called another store and they got the handle the next day. I don't think they even checked at Napa.
Chewelah NAPA is where I get most of my vehicle repair parts. Mike really knows his parts and paint, Don helps you out in his calm way and Pat livens the place up. All 3 guys will do all they can for you.
These guys are always super helpful. If I come in with a problem they are always willing to take the time to help. They have also actually put the parts on my car for me when I haven't been able to figure out how to do it myself. Always a wonderful experience.
When they weren't sure which part would fit my needs, they let me borrow the parts and just pay for what I didn't return. They were small, cheap parts, but the instant trust was unbelievable to me. If you need parts or service in a hurry, check these guys out.
Great service! They came out to the house to install our golf cart batteries. Two years our we had a problem with one battery and Mike came out same day to fix the problem. Very happy with this business.
The owner of the place, and most of his employees are great and really helpful, every once in a while you'll run into one that is impatient and not very helpful, but besides that , really great place to get parts and other stuff for your vehicles.
These guys are the best they worked endlessly to help me with my 72 RV their knowledge is 2nd to none and Mike mixed paint to restore the exterior and it looks amazing thank you all so much I like in KY now and still call Chewelah Napa
