They helped me find my part and I forgot my vehicle info. Left my car door open for the dog during summer it was closed when I returned. Chewelah seemed VERY nice town, but almost TOO nice??? ? city park has rv hookups and a creek my dog waded into. Amphitheater and bbqs spacious. There is Frisbee golf near by. And other recreation options.
Went to Napa, no smiles very rude didn't want to help, I was having such a bad day, I went here and they where so kind to me, genuinely cared about me as a human, they both helped me so much, they where so kind to me, fixed my problem and I will never go to Napa again I will always go to this store only for now on because of that, they made my day! Just by showing kindness, thank you both so much you gained a customer for life!
Rob and Wally have been amazingly helpful when I visit the store. Great customer service, and if they don't have the part you need, they can get it in on a very short period of time.

I was broke down this weekend. Ron the owner helped solve the problem and loaned me tools. This business is the best by far. Treated me like I was a member of the community. Thanks Ron, I owe you.
This guy might literally know everything about cars. I've never been to a more helpful friendly place, and I know a slew of other people who've said the same thing. We never go anywhere else now.
Don't know what's up .Maybe the guy was having a bad day.I came in for some help with a part that was frozen. He made a smart alec comment about bringing the part in, in front of customers. I was not asking for him to drop everything to help me , just don't get the attitude. I waited till everyone was out of the store and then took my part and left. No embarrassing moment for him. I wouldn't do that. Too bad. I don't recommend people like this...ever. The store has lots of good reviews , but one bad apple will wreck that image.
Hands down, the best auto parts store ever! Great customer service... Excellent customer care. While I was driving through, heading home, I overheated. The guy working there (can't remember his name but he's very nice) went out of his way to help us out, even staying after closing to make sure everything was good. We made it home safe and it was best experience I have ever had at an auto parts store. 100/10 would stop in there again.
Very experienced store -- they have a lot of odd stuff here that you probably wouldn't find elsewhere. Dudes behind the counter seem very knowledgeable. While that is a good thing, you sometimes can get some attitude like you're putting them out by being there. So, I typically only go here when it's a must. If their service was different, I'd spend more money here but as it is, it's only when I have to.
Excellent service and with a smile unlike the other auto parts store in town. These guys are always cheerful and very helpful and returns are easy and a breeze without any hassle. I'll be bringing all of my parts business here from now on. Thanks guys! :)
This is an excellent locally owned business here since the 70's. Its a bit cluttered inside but I think that adds to the experience rather than detracts. The owner knew exactly what we were talking about wanting even though we really didn't and gave us a free calendar and a roll of Velcro strapping. We will shop there again.
This place is a real auto parts store. Go there if you can. Well stocked, knowledgeable staff, open early mornings, great customer service. I can't say enough about this place.
