  Bryan(tow truck driver) did a great job, I was stuck with a broken lift gate that was stuck on the ground and he was creative enough to get the lift gate off the ground and towed to the repair shop. Bryan was very communicative and helpful.

  We had an abandoned vehicle parked, blocking the driveway. Phone agent was helpful and supportive. Driver txtd prior to arrival and was easy going about the transfer. The pickup of the vehicle was a little difficult, but he pulled it off. Will definitely use ABC again if I need to impound an abandoned vehicle.

  We were totally screwed and fighting to get towing when someone recommended that everyone uses abc towing. After calling them Haider showed up within minutes. He was our angel of the day.   Jacob saved the day when my Silverado 5500 broke down. Very nice guy, knew what he was doing and showed up very fast. Seems very passionate about his job and what he does. I’ve had other tows in the past and can say the experience wasn’t pleasant. Not very friendly drivers nor did they care for my vehicles. I would recommend Jacob and ABC towing to anyone who’s in need of a tow!

  Derek Haag from ABC towing was incredibly helpful tonight. I got a flat tire in my Tesla Model 3 on my drive home from work and was forced to stop 20 minutes from home. Tesla service contacted ABC Towing and Derek came to provide a loaner tire. He quickly changed the tire, explained the loaner program and I was on my way. Thank you!

  Had a flat tire immediately after getting off the I5 in Renton. And Tesla service has sent Derek to install a loaner wheel. He arrived earlier than the estimated time and very professional at his work. Replaced the flat tire and I am back on my way in 15 mins. Very positive experience and highly recommended.

  Fast response to my call. They were able to get my car towed to my house quickly. They accidentally damaged my car (oil pan), however. I called them up to let them know, and they handled payment for the repairs in under an hour. Very courteous and professional response. Having to get your car towed sucks, but if I have to Ill use these guys.
