Bryan(tow truck driver) did a great job, I was stuck with a broken lift gate that was stuck on the ground and he was creative enough to get the lift gate off the ground and towed to the repair shop. Bryan was very communicative and helpful.
The ABC Towing driver just blatantly cut me off and flipped me off while merging lanes in E Marginal Way S. In Seattle. These are horrible people at ABC Towing. I would NEVER work with this company, you should not do business with them either.
The dispatcher was extremely rude and disrespectful. I called for assistance because my car wouldn't start, and as I was explaining the situation, the car finally started. Instead of being understanding, the dispatcher began cursing and insulting me. I could understand some frustration if the tow truck had already been dispatched, but that wasn’t the case. Definitely would not recommend their service!
We had an abandoned vehicle parked, blocking the driveway.
Phone agent was helpful and supportive. Driver txtd prior to arrival and was easy going about the transfer. The pickup of the vehicle was a little difficult, but he pulled it off.
Will definitely use ABC again if I need to impound an abandoned vehicle.
We were totally screwed and fighting to get towing when someone recommended that everyone uses abc towing. After calling them Haider showed up within minutes. He was our angel of the day. Fast polite he was awesome. He knew exactly what to do and say. We are forever greatful for his compassion and care.
I had to have a car towed from my property to an auto recycle location a couple of days ago. I was fortunate that I got to work with Brian from ABC Towing. The car had been sitting for awhile, and we had some trouble getting it into neutral. Brian was absolutely unflappable in getting the issue resolved and the car transferred to its destination. He made this a way more pleasant experience than I had expected. Truly appreciate his work! :)
Jacob saved the day when my Silverado 5500 broke down. Very nice guy, knew what he was doing and showed up very fast. Seems very passionate about his job and what he does. I’ve had other tows in the past and can say the experience wasn’t pleasant. Not very friendly drivers nor did they care for my vehicles. I would recommend Jacob and ABC towing to anyone who’s in need of a tow!

I’ve got a Tesla Model Y and came home from a 2 week-long trip to a flat tire. It’s dark and pouring rain, yet Derek made the trip out to me and navigated a tight alley way to get to my car. He swapped out my tire in 10 mins and the process couldn’t have been any smoother. I hope every car/flat tire issue I have in the future can be just as seamless of an experience as it was with Derek. Derek Haag did a fantastic job helping me with a flat tire on my Tesla - this was my first flat on the Tesla, so I was not sure what to expect given they contract out service calls. Derek was super responsive, showed up very quick, and helped me understand the process. He did a great job swapping out the tires so I could get on my way with minimal impact from the flat. Tesla service sent ABC towing to swap my destroyed tire late one night. RJ arrived, and noticed the jack pad was missing on my car. He could have stopped and brought in a flat bed tow to Tesla for an overnight visit, but instead spent 15-20 minutes to jury-rig a temp solution, was able to finally jack the car and get us back on the road. Above and beyond on a cold dark night! Thank you RJ, and thank you ABC!
Wow! Derek Haag came out late tonight to swap out my flat tire under a Tesla service request. He was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable and I’m back on the road. Dispatch was great too figuring out that Tesla had mistakenly delayed my service schedule. Fantastic and highly recommended!
I had a tire blowout and Derek H. showed up within 15 minutes to replace my tire and send me on my way. He could have easily been gruff and short with me but instead he was incredibly helpful.
He told my the PSI of the the loaner tire, what to torque the nuts to, and even suggested I go take a picture of the railroad that popped by tire to file a claim with the city of Seattle.
I've never had a better experience with a towing company.

Had a flat tire immediately after getting off the I5 in Renton. And Tesla service has sent Derek to install a loaner wheel. He arrived earlier than the estimated time and very professional at his work. Replaced the flat tire and I am back on my way in 15 mins. Very positive experience and highly recommended.
DO NOT GET A TOW FROM ABC! I got a bad flat when I got off work Sunday night. It was a rainy night and after my tire blew and my car spun. They were the only place open near me at the time I called. Their office was five minutes from the onramp where I caught the flat. They charged me $275 to tow to me to my job that was eight minutes from the incident. They told me that it was a “wreck fee” when I had caught a flat. My car had spun, but I had hit no other vehicles, and no one had hit me. They claimed my axle was bent, but after taking it to a shop, they said it actually was a bent suspension piece that most likely had already been an issue before my tire blew. After all the fees, it was $300 total. $300 for a ten minute drive. Save your money and don’t go to them unless they are the last place open and you have no other options.
After all, I want to give a fair review. It started out with a pretty bad experience. Even though the dispatch provided unfair pricing for the tow service, I still went with it. The driver was nice and professional and did a good job. However, I lately found out that i was way over charged. I spoke to the dispatch, but did't really get a good response until John, the owner, came along. He was really nice and professional when he called directly to me to listen and explain things with me. I did also get a $80 refund.
Overall, I think i had a roller coaster experience, but I do want to support local business. With John, he does care about his customer. I would give him a call if I need a tow next time, but let's hope I don't need one anytime soon.
Fast response to my call. They were able to get my car towed to my house quickly. They accidentally damaged my car (oil pan), however. I called them up to let them know, and they handled payment for the repairs in under an hour. Very courteous and professional response.
Having to get your car towed sucks, but if I have to Ill use these guys.
