BEWARE! The person who attempted to change the flat tire used the wrong lug bolts which damaged the front-left rotor. It cost us $1,500 to get it repaired. The owner named Bill never returned our calls for a resolution. I have files a complaint with Consumer Protection Agency and initiated a small claims court action. DO NOT entrust your vehicle to Bill's company. It’s a very SHADY business.
Called for a tow, they said they would be here in 15-20 minutes. Waited an hour, called them back to see where the tow truck was and they said they couldn't get ahold of the driver. Didn't even bother to call and let me know.
I can’t thank Victor enough. When my car broke down, he was patient, kind, and honest. He went out of his way to help me and made a stressful situation so much easier. The dispatcher was as thoughtful patient and kind as well. It felt as though I was a person who was cared for rather than a problem to be solved or a job to make a little money from. I had to get my vehicle from another company's yard - said company was proving to be less than helpful with giving me multiple hoops to jump through, just to get my vehicle back.
Fortunately, I contacted these guys and explained my situation. Victor was able to work with me in recovering my vehicle, and delivering it where I needed it to be! They were professional, efficient, friendly, and very helpful; I will definitely be using them in the future - they are lifesavers!
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a tow company. I called before 7 in the morning and someone said they would have a tow truck driver out to me within an hour. I said yes please send someone. I called back multiple times after the hour was up and was told that a driver named Joe was going to show up in a few minutes. Joe never showed up. After two hours I called again and asked if someone was still coming. They said they could be there in 40 minutes. I waited in my car for 3 hours for a simple jump start that took all of 3 minutes. I missed my son’s graduation and would have went with a different tow company had they just been honest and said it was going to take more than 3 hours. The driver who finally showed up was nice enough but then told me he would cancel the call and give me a discount if I paid him directly. So he pocketed off my misfortune and lied to his company. I was going to be early to my son’s graduation and instead completely missed it. I have no way to make it up to my son and feel taken advantage of by Seattle towing. I would not recommend using them in an emergency, you’ll be extremely disappointed!
Shout out to Victor! I blew a tire while on my way to a job and found myself stranded in the heart of Seattle. My son called Seattle Towing to see if they could come change the tire for me, and Victor arrived after a short time. My tire was stubborn and didn't want to come off but Victor got it!! Victor was a big help! Super nice guy. I had just picked up my car from Bellevue Honda and I live in Shoreline. Soon as I entered Seattle, my car stalled. He helped me tow my car back to the Bellevue dealership. And on top of that, he offered to drop me off back to my place!
AAA wasn’t able to pick my car up so I called this company and within 30 minutes or less Victor was there to help me get my car home! Incredibly kind and really helped turn a really bad day into a better one. When I initially called Michael (I believe was the name I apologize if that’s not accurate) and he was super helpful and kind also. Thank you guys very much and again Victor is a great person and really made sure I was all good and home safe.

My tire blew out on my way to Costco. My spare was underneath the vehicle and I couldn't get to it. Gave them a call to help and Robert was there in minutes. I spoke with Mike on the phone who asked questions to help figure out my needs - while still on the phone Robert arrived. That's how fast! Robert and Mike made what started as a terrible day great again with how quickly, efficiently, and genuine they were. I've been in Seattle 10 years so dealt with many companies, Seattle Towing will be the only one I call now. Very highly recommend!!

I had a 10:00 a.m. meeting with Seattle Towing, and I called at 9:45 to confirm that they'd be there on time. A very rude and angry person answered the phone and started yelling at me for calling in advance to check on them! I was ready to write a very negative review until I went to the meeting point and met Mark. Mark is the guy who turned this negative experience into a positive one! He is incredibly friendly, polite, and a true gentleman. Not only is he professional (he arrived at the location earlier than our scheduled time), but he also treated my little car with care and attention, calling me right away when the car arrived at its destination. I would recommend Seattle Towing Company just for the opportunity to meet Mark! If you're lucky, you might even meet his cute puppy, Bella, who sometimes accompanies him. Mark also gave me the minimum rate, even though the ride and meeting probably lasted more than an hour. Thanks, Mark! My 78 yr old mother's car broke down on the side of the freeway today. It was pretty terrifying. No one seemed to care to stop and help, until Robert Gonzales pulled up to see if we needed help. We didn't have money to have the car towed. This amazing man, from the kindness of his heart, decided to help us anyways! He said he had a grandma who would've kicked his butt if he didn't help another grandma in need! He hooked up her car so fast and before we knew it, the car and mom were safely at home. Excellent, careful, calculated towing!! I got my Subaru Outback stuck in some deep mud and these guys (Joe and Vic) worked tirelessly together to get my car out. My car was too far deep to tow it out with one truck so they got two trucks and drove one in, where it also got stuck, and then they skillfully used the second truck winch to tow out both vehicles. Today, I had the unfortunate incident of haven't my car's engine die on me while I was on I-90 near downtown Seattle at Exit #3. My wife was in the vehicle with me and we were parked on the left side of the freeway with the cars zooming near us as they turn the corner. I tried calling AAA but wasn't able to get through. Standing next to a busy freeway is scary and I was worried someone might run into our stationary vehicle especially with my wife in the car.
I called Seattle Towing and they came to the rescue within 15-20 minutes. Although this is such an unpleasant experience, meeting up with Mark (driver) and his assistant (Bella the dog) was a wonderful experience! It was worthwhile to have the opportunity to meet them! Mark was very professional in towing my vehicle to my destination and parked my car in the exact location I've requested. Bella was such a nice dog! So calm and friendly.

Just sat next to one of their wreckers getting off 509 in Burien that didn’t seem to be bothered with strapping the load. Take a look at the tires not secured to the dolly or T bar. Very unsafe practice.
They answered my Sunday morning call and got a big clean sliding platform wrecker to me in less than an hour. The driver (Mark) called me to say he was on his way and gave me an ETA. Then he loaded my car and took it all the way to north Seattle and dropped it at a service center there, leaving my key in their drop box. Towing fee was very reasonable, specially for a Sunday.

Called almost 30 different towing companies trying to find someone to tow our Aston Martin to the dealer in Bellevue. Joe came all the way down to Centralia in the middle of the night and took care of us. Got the car loaded and unloaded with zero damage, which was no easy job. Salaman/Jason did a great job with one of my Trailer that tip down. We called 11 towing company and none of them could help. Salaman and Jason showed up in 10min and get the job done in timing matter. I really appreciate them and I never experience this kind of great customer service. If I can give them 100 star I would. I just want to say thank you so much and I appreciated they’re help.
