After my Dad and brother attempted to fix the lock/unlock door mechanism on my Dad's car, the need to call in experts became necessary.
My brother called and had a friendly and useful conversation with Fadi about the door. They were able to fix it quickly!
More importantly Fadi was patient and friendly while interacting with my 87 yr old Dad. Future work on my Dad's car or my own will be done here.

Excellent rebuild of my 2016 Lexus. Owner is focused on getting the best available after market parts when available and communicates with you throughout the repair. Overall cost was close to the original estimate and fair. Car runs great the same as new despite a major rebuild required. Would not hesitate to go to Fadi and team for any car work in the future!
Very Friendly, and were able to fix my mothers car for me over the weekend amazing service and her car looks spectacular you cannot even tell there was any damage done before to the car. Will definitely be coming here for all my repairs.

Fadi took great care of me and my car, and was always very responsive. He was not only friendly and understanding, but was honest every step of the way.
My 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross XLE in the dark green color got damaged while I was away. I don't know what happened exactly. My car was parked, and I was away from my car. I also had several scratch marks too. Anyways my side panel got loose right underneath the headlight on the passenger side of the car. I was afraid that the loose panel would eventually fall off.
I spoke and worked with Fadi. He was very nice, friendly, professional, and more than eager to help you. He gave me a quote that matched my budget. He not only fixed my side panel, but he also got the same exact exterior paint color for the scratch marks.
I greatly appreciate Fadi's expertise, and vast knowledge. This company and their staff members will go the extra mile for their customers. It was a huge pleasure working with Carriage Rebuild. So I had a few extra minutes today and noticed one of my blinker covers was loose so I stopped in. Fadi The new owner greeted me as I walked to the door. Super friendly, very welcoming! Took one look at my blinker cover, took it off and fixed it! I also had an issue with my front headlights that I figured I would have to bring it back and have done, but it was fixed right then and there. I was so happy with the customer service and the kindness and friendliness that I would recommend this business to anyone at any time! I have some upcoming work that I need done on my car and I will not hesitate to bring it to Bothell rebuild! I would recommend you do the same!
Carriage Rebuild is a very good body shop in the area. I looked around at many and I found them to provide the most competitive rates (the cheapest). And in return, their workmanship is very good and your car will be repaired with a lot of care and heart to exceed your expectations
I had an amazing experience at this auto body shop in Kenmore! My Audi’s rear bumper and trunk were badly damaged, but they repaired everything beautifully. The paint job matches the original factory finish perfectly, and they used OEM parts. Even the trunk, which had some old damage, was fixed along with the bumper — now the whole back looks brand new!
The quality of their work is top-notch, and the price was very reasonable, especially for a German car. I really appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend this shop if you need car repairs in the Bothell/Kenmore area!

Fadi and company took care of my vehicle October 2024. The repairs on my 2 right doors was virtually flawless, made it back to like new. They took their time and were very meticulous in describing the details to me when it came to the repair process. Their pricing is definitely very competitive compared to other body shops. I will definitely be going back to Carriage for any of my vehicle body repair needs.

Brought my M4 to get the front bumper repainted and Fadi did an amazing job and gave me a great price. Was impressed with the work/ fast turn around. The color San Marino Blue Metallic is not easy to match but it looks spot on!

I had to take my car in for some repair to my cars paint from a hit. I cannot say enough about how amazing these guys are. Absolutely amazing work, did it all in a short turn around time and just the nicest guys I have ever dealt with at a shop. To be honest I wish they did more than body work cause I would take my cars to them for every issue under the sun. They treat everyone like a person and not just about the money. He kept in touch the whole time and was just so nice and enjoyed chatting with him. Bottom line is if you have some body work needing to be fixed than please bring your car here. 5/5 more like 100/5. They went out of their way to assist with insurance matters, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. I had ‘em replace my front bumper, headlights, fog lights, air dam, and part of the front fascia and the team meticulously aligned everything perfectly. The team at Carriage Rebuild did a fabulous job replacing my crunched bumper recently. I care for my car a lot, and I knew when I first came in for an estimate and met Fadi that they would take good care of the issue. I had received multiple estimates on a bumper repair from other shops, all of which quoted prices I felt were a bit high, and many had waiting periods of months before they could fit me in.
At Carriage, Fadi recommended replacing the entire bumper (which on my coupe had already seen wear and tear near the trunk area), giving it a completely new shine with correctly matched paint, for only slightly more than the cost of refinishing the old bumper. His suggestion turned out to be great, as the finished product looked showroom ready. I waited a couple weeks until my car was able to get fit in for service, and once it was time I only needed to leave it for a day before the job was done, minimizing the hassle on my end. These guys are great, 5/5 stars.
