Frustrating experience. Dropped a work vehicle at Crash Champions to have some insurance repair done on the driver side door. on 12/19/25. They initially told me 7-10 business days to complete the work before dropping off, which was a pretty big strain on the company as this is a daily driver for a tech, but we planned accordingly. When I spoke with a tech at Crash Champions after the initial inspection they told me it would be done that Thursday 12/25/25. I called 12/26/25 and was told it would be done the following Thursday 1/1/25. I got a call today 1/12/26 that the vehicle was done. If that was the only issue, I wouldn't have much of a complaint - these things happen. My real complaint is the poor communication and followup. When I spoke initially with Keegan we discussed also replacing the two side mirrors on the van since they had to be removed to work on the door anyway. I told him this likely would not be covered by insurance, and that's fine, I would be fine to pay for it. He said he would research if there were options other than the OEM part - I told him that's fine - let's take care of it. I told him the same regarding the missing door for the fuel cap. In my attempts to check in on the status of the vehicle in the 12 business days it was at Crash Champions, I asked for Keegan by name, but he was either not available or not in - and I was sent to another tech. Keegan never called me to confirm nor deny that the additional work had been approved or completed. My understanding was that I had given verbal authorization to complete the work. To my surprise, we pick up the vehicle and none of the mirrors or gas cap door are replaced. Very frustrating experience. Poor customer service and communication. Just ordered some aftermarket mirrors on Amazon...guess I'll do it myself.

Was very pleased with the service of everyone involved, my husband brought his Equinox here. Enterprise is also in the same office which is nice if you need a rental when you drop off.

I brought my vehicle to Crash Champions in Mill Creek after being hit by an e-bike that ran a stop sign and broad-sided me at around 35 MPH—just two weeks after I got my plates. My insurance recommended Crash Champions, and while I’m usually skeptical of insurance referrals, their location was close enough for me to walk to, so I gave them a shot. I’m really glad I did. While the repair ended up taking longer than initially expected, the delay turned out to be an insurance issue—not anything on Crash Champions’ end. The best part? I never had to deal with the insurance company at all. Crash Champions handled all communication from drop-off to pickup, which was a huge relief. In past experiences, I’ve had to act as the middleman and deal with endless insurance back-and-forth, so this alone made a big difference. Throughout the process, I received frequent text updates and a couple of phone calls. Any time I reached out, my calls were returned promptly. Everyone I interacted with—from the front desk to the techs—was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. They truly made an otherwise stressful and frustrating situation much easier to manage. I would highly recommend Crash Champions in Mill Creek. If nothing else, you’ll get a genuinely pleasant experience, which feels surprisingly rare these days.

Visited for an estimate for accident claim. Appointment was breeze, with both online and phone options. Got appointment on same day within 1hr and the inspection took less than 5mins with about 5mins waiting. Whole process was easy.

The customer service at this collision repair center is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. Communication was frequent before the vehicle drop-off but stopped abruptly afterward, leaving me with no updates until repeated follow-ups. While one helpful front-desk staff member eventually provided updates, the main front-desk representative was consistently unfriendly and showed no urgency or courtesy during pickup, making me wait nearly 40 minutes without explanation. Despite requesting digital copies of the repair documents, I still haven’t received anything, and calls to the office go unanswered. My rating reflects the consistently poor communication and customer service. I may update this review if communication improves in the future.

Update 12/05/2025 still no contact from the shop. I am baffled at the unprofessional customer service. You charged my insurance $8,000 to fix some damage after my car got broken into. Still missing my radio trim piece. Still have incorrect window installed in my car, still have a horrible paint job and blending job. Still have overpay in my windshield and sunroof. Still have dust from them sanding my car in the hvac vents and nooks and cranny’s of the cars trim panels. Still haven’t heard back from anyone with this company. Ruined my cars value. Thanks! Waste of time collision company. Scammed my insurance for $8,000 in repairs and never completed the work needed. Zero follow up. It’s been a month and a half no phone calls. Very unprofessional attitude even dropping off my car and picking it up. Wouldn’t ever recommend anyone to ever go to a crash champions collision center ever! The fact they returned the car to me with missing trim panels. Dusty. Wrong parts installed has me wondering what else is wrong that I can’t BLATANTLY SEE.. Yet paid the premium for oem parts. Thanks for wasting my time crash champions mill creek team! Don’t call me either trying to resolve this review! I gave you exactly 50 days before I made this review! Nobody has contacted me to settle any of my concerns at first. Poor paint job Missing items claimed on insurance estimate Dust from sanding inside the entire car I contacted them 1 day after picking up my car and initially tried working with them about my issues but only received 1 follow up to tell me I’ll need to replace my entire radio for over $500 due to the fact Volkswagen doesn’t sell the aluminum trim bezel that surrounds it separately.. well after that phone call I went to Google and found it at 5,000 different online stores for $45.. that basically told me this entire company’s business strategy.. This has devastated the value of my vehicle and my appreciation for auto body technicians has tremendously dropped..

Amazing service! From start to finish, everyone was very professional and helpful. We brought my car in after getting side swiped on the highway which required a fender, bumper, and tire replacement. Keegan (hope I spelled that right!) was amazing and extremely informative throughout the entire process. He called every couple of days to give me updates and a timeline of repairs and estimates of when things should be wrapped up. Upon picking my car up, they had clearly cleaned the inside and outside of it, it looks so good now! Overall I will absolutely be coming here again in the future -- they are amazing!

My truck was in for rear bumper repair & exhaust work. They managed to damage it more while installing the new bumper. Exhaust sounds like a rattle can when heated & one exhaust pipe is longer than the other, my touch screen radio was stolen out of my truck…. They replaced the radio but I have to install it myself lol overall not a great experience.

they went so far over and above my expectations! I had already turned in my rental car and I was just going out of the parking lot when none of the electric in the the dash camera. I turned around and came back and Andre did everything humanly possible to fix it and it’s not really something in Crash Champions wheelhouse I can’t even express how grateful I was when he stayed late and kept trying and finally. Was able to completely fix it! I had to leave in the morning for Portland so I ended well

If you like your car, look elsewhere for repairs. TL;DR: They got the money from insurance but did not finish the job. They say the part is backordered, but I called Mazda parts myself and Mazda said its ready to be shipped in 2 days. (It close to 2 months now) Timeline of events: I gave my car to fix the front end and they took 3 weeks to fix and then, First pickup attempt: on the day of pickup they said they took the car for a test drive and missed a part that needs replacement, then i waited for 3-4 days. Second pickup attempt: They said the replacement headlight is defective and would need replacement but they said it will take at most 2 weeks to get that resolved. So I signed the paperwork and Insurance paid them whole amount for an unfinished job. Now, They never called me. So after 1 month I called them and they say the part is on back order, but when I called Mazda Renton myself for the part and its available to ship in 2 days. Things I don't understand: 1. How come you charge the whole amount for a job thats not finished and not keep me updated or answer my calls? 2. Given the headlight is faulty and misaligned(pointing slightly to left and has reduced visibility on the right) which could be dangerous, How can you not address this immediately? Please do not give me your email and say to contact you, I am already tired of typing this review(which I really didnt want to), search for my name in your record and you will find my mobile number and give me a call. By delaying this fix, I feel I am keeping myself at risk driving at night and I cant even trade in my car as warning lights on the dash are not good for trade-in value.

I would use them again. I was impressed with the quality and also the clean and well kept shop. 2020 VW Jetta complete front bumper replacement and paint. I was updated along the way. Having the enterprise rent a car on site is cool.

My repair was delayed repeatedly due to a car part arriving damaged multiple times apparently. I get it, shipping problems can happen. But i received no communication from the shop, and had to follow up on my own to find out the delays. The entire process ended up taking 1.5 months. My car rental was not covered by insurance for that long, so I had to pick up my car early and drive it around while waiting for ANOTHER part to arrive. Now, I have discovered that my AC was not fixed correctly. So I brought in my car again to this shop. They told me the part should arrive the next week and they will contact me. Now the whole week has passed and I heard nothing. Also, I only went with this shop because the local ones were all booked out. So I have to drive far out multiple times because they can’t get their parts in or fix stuff properly. I understand mistakes and circumstances happen, and I’ve been very patient, but this shop consistently does not follow up. I would highly recommend you to take your business elsewhere.

I had an accident and called this place. I told them I had already been to Gerber Collision and they gave me an estimate but couldn't fix my car. I asked if they could fix it and I was planning to bring my car there. They said yes,yes sure, to bring my car in and leave it, and they would start working on it right away and it would be done in two weeks. I dropped my car off and four days later they called me to say they couldn't fix it. I was very surprised because I specifically asked them on the phone if they could fix it before I brought my car there. They are liars. I went to pick up my car and no one wanted to take responsibility. They were all passing the buck. I waited thirty minute . My car was there for four days and they didn't even give me an estimate. They said they use Gerber Collision estimates, so is this a partner company? Why would you use Gerber Collision estimates? My car was there for four days and they couldn't even prepare an estimate? I asked reception no any answers, So many red flags. This was a waste of time and money. I highly do not recommend this place. **Stay away**.

Overall experience was above expectations. Sean was an incredible customer service rep for the company and made you feel like you were heard. Other than waiting for a call back regarding my missed appointments which was my fault, everything was great. Adding: when I got my car back it was nicely detailed and smelled amazing inside. Outside was washed in detailed as well.

In a nutshell: in the process of repairing minor damage, the mechanics managed to reverse my car into an obstacle, causing even more damage. Take your car someplace else - these people are way too careless to be trusted with your property. About a month after buying a new car, another driver caused an accident and caused minor damage to my vehicle - extremely frustrating for such a new car, but not the end of the world. Based on the advice of insurance, I took it to Service King for repairs. My frustrations began with their unwillingness to provide a date when I could expect the repairs to be finished. My frustrations were compounded by the fact that, while the feature to text questions to the business directly sounds nice, you'd be lucky to get a response the same day - if you get a response at all. Customers want to know what's going on with their vehicle, and their communication fell way short of expectations. But by far the biggest problem - before I picked my car up, I was informed the mechanic collided with something while reversing my car. My car is brand new and equipped with parking sensors and a backup camera - it takes an extreme amount of carelessness to manage to hit something with the car's features providing all of the situational awareness one could hope for and then some. I cannot emphasize how livid I am that the fact that they were so utterly inattentive, negligent, and failed to show the slightest concern for treating other people's property well. They offered to fix the damage in exchange for keeping my car another few days - but at that point, I had zero trust in them and insisted that the damage be fixed at another shop. After that, they filed an insurance claim to fix the damage - but let's be honest, this is the bare minimum. They don't get brownie points for this. I just can't wait for all of the bureaucratic nonsense that comes with dealing with insurance companies, waiting months to get my car fixed, and the hassle and inconvenience that comes with doing so. So - I certainly won't be letting these careless clowns near my car ever again. If you need auto repair services, I cannot recommend strongly enough that you take your business elsewhere . I was rear ended. I felt so fortunate to have found Service King to work on the repairs to my rear bumper. They were helpful, professional, and completed the work early from their estimated completion time. They communicated every step of the way with my via text. It was extremely convenient that Enterprise Rental cars was right next door, so my rental car was waiting for me when I dropped my car off. When I picked my car up after the repairs were completed, my car was washed and vacuumed. The work was done to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Service King, and would definitely use them again, should the need arise.

My experience with Service King Mill Creek is not great. It was one of the list on other party's insurance and it has more than 200 reviews and above 4.0. So I though this place is decent. However, it turn out different than I expected. Since some one hit my vehicle and damaged front bumper + fender. I went to Service King to resolve it. When I got my vehicle back, I still see that scratch line and dent on front bumper. Also, I see another scratch rear end right next to license plate, which it wasn't exit before. So I complained and Service King took my vehicle back to fix it. On the second visit. Scratch line + dent on front bumper removed. But found another two bubble. So they had to took again to fix it. After few mins, finally got my car back and come back to my home. When I come back home, I took a close look. And guess what? I found another scratch and noticed vehicle inside was very dusty especially rear seats. You might think I never clean it. But this vehicle is brand new car which I only drove less than couple weeks and no one has been seated rear seats. And I showed scratch to Service King. They said its rock chip But when you look at picture clearly its not rock chip. I carefully, looked reviews again. And found few people complained about Service King damaging their vehicles. Seems they are right. This location Service King need to make more careful when fixing vehicle and try not to damage it.

Great customer service, great communication and great service provided in an extremely timely manner. We brought our car here and it was ready to be picked up in about a week. Blown away by the customer service experience. I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do bringing my car back here is unquestionably what I will do. I will recommend this place to whoever needs vehicle repairs. Car looks new.

The experience has been great! They have been professional and prompt in everything they do. Text & email confirmations show a commitment to communication & technology. The day after I dropped it off, I got a call from the repair tech with an update. Day 3, I got a text and a call letting me know it was done 2 days early! I just picked up my car and I’m blown away. The work they did was excellent and they service continues to be amazing. They even cleaned my car inside and out. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN SNOHOMISH COUNTY FOR AUTO REPAIR SERVICES!
