Carlos was so so kind and understanding. I went through AAA, had to pull over on the freeway because I was having a medical emergency. He called to make sure he understood where I was on the freeway then came very quickly to get my car and bring it home for me. He was so nice and helpful and I really appreciated him making the process quick and easy while I was having a pretty bad day. Thank you Carlos!!
I had a great experience with these guys!! I got my catalytic converter stolen and when I couldn’t afford the repair they helped me tow it back to a family friends house. He gave me great advice on how to get it home, and even gave me a discount. Super sweet guy very helpful and good spirited.
They were able to help me with a last minute tow when my originally scheduled tow fell through. I had an appointment to get to, and they worked hard to make sure my vehicle arrived on time. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and provided updates when they arrived at the location and again at drop off. I really appreciated the communication and their effort to make it happen.

Got in contact with him through AAA. AAA told me he would communicate when he’s going to show up.
The only timeline I got was from AAA that said an hour and a half out
So at about the one hour mark that went out for food. At which point the driver called me and told me that he was at the vehicle. There was no prior communication on his end. Then he told me By 430 he would have to leave When I got there at 4:30, he was already gone. Then when I called him back three times he sent me right to voicemail Then, finally, I called his company direct line where he did pick up And told me he was on a different call. After that, I ended up waiting an additional two hours for a different truck. The guy is rude. The guy did not want to deal with my vehicle and the communication was absolutely terrible. I hope you don’t run into him When you call AAA. By the way was not even a difficult tow

I recently had my 2011 BMW 335i towed by Cortes Towing, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. My car is lowered, so I’m always cautious about who handles it but the driver was extremely careful, professional, and clearly experienced. He treated my car with the same level of care I would, and the entire process was smooth and damage-free.

Horrible company - do not use! They were supposed to come tow my car to the dealership and would not wait 5 mins for me. I waited 1.5 hours for them and they just took off. According to AAA they are supposed to call you ahead of time to give an ETA, but they never did. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
I had to call AAA for another dispatch and this time the AAA fleet vehicle came. They called me 18 mins ahead of time and everything went with no problems at all. I suggest if AAA assigns Cortes Towing to come to your assistance, you ask them to reassign you to the AAA fleet. Much better customer service!
Worst people ever from Carlos to the so called supervisor. Was having a bad enough day and was in hopes to get help from them and nothing. Unpleasant and made the situation worse then ever. Unprofessional and uncaring people running a business. Don’t get them at all to help you take a car out a ditch if they feel “uncomfortable because your cars in a ditch” they’ll deny service and won’t even try to find a way to help. Hispanic owned but horribly ran ?
Carlos was very professional and super nice. Scheduling the tow was easy and no stress. He got to my car right on time and even offered some knowledge on what my issues might be before taking it to the mechanic. Also the pricing was very affordable. Great service! Thank you so much!

Carlos is the man! He was prompt to respond, gave me a quote that was better than the competitors and gave me an eta. He even beat me to my car but waited for me before starting anything. He was friendly efficient and professional. I highly recommend him, I would definitely use their services again!
Carlos is awesome!! I called him for a complicated tow job. He showed up quickly (about 20 min) and when he got to me he took very good care of my vehicle, taking extra care not to damage the front bumper, which I was worried about. Not only was he a really nice person, he showed up quickly AND his prices were very reasonable! Highly recommend!!
