Had some insurance work done from a fender bender. Communication, customer service was excellent! The car was completed on time and they even washed and vacuumed! Definitely use Seaside Autobody!
Repair done by Seaside wasn't completed and this was found by the Honda dealership when the radar system completly buggered up because the brackets holding the system were damaged and not repaired. Upon taking it back to Seaside Automotive Scott said I wrecked it again (how do you bend steel without munching the bumper cover?). He painted all over the frame with swear words. He finally argeed to fix the damage under duress even though he was paid more by the insurance. After the second repair the car made strange banging noise. I chose to get another car rather then continue to have to deal with him. I would caution anyone taking there car here.
The work was poor quality needing multiple repairs, but the price was 30% higher than the next two bidders, thank you Scott, great service you are providing to the community, really.
Scott and the team have repaired my Prius front bumper twice. They are professional and friendly and in both experiences went beyond my expectations in customer care and service.
Had minor damage on my van. Scott quoted a bit over $1000.00 to fix. I agreed to the price.
After the job was finished he called me to tell me the job was done and he was able to fix the damage cheaper. The bill ended up at $560.00. He did not need to do that. I was willing to pay the higher cost.
This shows great character, honesty and the quality of his shop.
I don't see this type of business honesty often any more.

Anacortes Automotive recommended seeing Scott at Seaside Autobody when I partly tore som wheel well trim on my Toyota Highlander, as well as scuffed paint around the trim.
Scott ordered the trim part, which came in the same day. Took the car in the next morning and it was repaired in under 15 min. Charges were less than estimated and I left a happy camper. The paint scrapes were rubbed off in no time.

I damaged my Tesla model 3's plastic undercarriage cover in Anacortes. A foot long piece of plastic was hanging down from the undercarriage making the car undrivable.
Duct tape got it to Seaside Auto Body where, even though they didn't service Teslas, they removed the damaged piece of undercarriage so that the car could be driven back to Seattle for service.
All for no charge. Highly recommended!
I stopped in to have them take a look at a damaged bumper on my Nissan Versa. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule that morning and I waited in their office while they looked at it. They were able to repair it in about 45 minutes. The owners were friendly and courteous and the work was done quickly and professionally: no muss no fuss. I highly recommend them.
Great experience with this shop after my restored ‘89 model car was hit in a parking lot. They were happy to take on the job when other shops weren’t interested and they completed the work in a very timely manner. The work quality was very good, with a perfect color match!
I used Seaside auto body and they treated me Horrible, lying repeatedly to cover up their Horrible work, I had to come repeatedly back to their shop to have them fix my SUV they said was repaired, this is a horrible business and recommend people avoid this body shop, they lie repeatedly and say they give you a lifetime warranty on there work and after you use them they tell you that their is no warranty.

If your luck runs out and you should need to go to an auto body shop, Seaside IS THE PLACE TO GO! They took great care of my vehicle, kept me very well informed, gave me repair options, and went the extra mile every step of the way! As difficult as it is to deal with the aftermath of an accident, these guys made it a rather painless experience and couldn’t be more appreciative or pleased with the way it went and the outcome of repairs. I highly recommend these pros.

Took my car to get repaired after getting rear-ended. When I came to pick it up all the damage wasn't repaired, parts of my car were falling off, and it wasn't fully put back together. Looking closer, the paint was running where they repainted it. Second go-around everything is fixed including paint but a loud rattling sound happens when driving. Looking at the trunk again they didn't fully put it back together, causing the sound. This auto repair shop doesn't fully repair or fully put your vehicle back together.
Would give no stars. First off service is poor and rude.
My husband went in to get his truck repainted. Paint quality was really poor, their new painter must have came from macco, runs, and lots of imperfections. Told them to re-do it 2 times 😡 will never go back there and don’t recommend.
I was out of town and needed a quick fix to my engine cover that was falling off. They promptly took care of the issue for a very fair price. Highly recommend.
This company is fantastic. They did a great job fixing my car and in timely manner. Great customer service and were worked with my insurance company. I highly recommend this company for auto body work.
Took my Porsche 987 there to get some parts repainted about 5 months ago. Customer service was very friendly and the paint color matched well, however I keep finding mistakes.
First was lots of bumps in the paint which required me to take the vehicle back to get sanded and polished.
Second was an airbag in the driver door that was left unplugged. I noticed the error as soon as I started the car. I took it back and they said they will look at it and take the door apart. I got it back at the end of the day and they stated they checked and couldn't find any problems. A few months later I took it to a mechanic for scheduled maintenance and had him look at the airbag. When they took the door apart the mechanic sent me a picture showing the airbag was simply not plugged in. It cost me a little over $100 in labor to repair this mistake.
Lastly I have been finding flat spots on the bottom of the door edges like it was placed somewhere when the paint was still wet. Other spots on the side are missing paint.
The amount of mistakes I find makes me wonder how long this repaint is going to last.
When we needed a little body work completed, Seaside was quick to give the estimate and get us scheduled for the work. Upon completion it was everything they promised and we were very happy with their service.
