We got a couple great employees at our Anacortes location. These guys will get you the right parts, and back on the road in no time. This is indeed my go to for parts. Sean, Don, Chase, Terry, Sherry, and, a young lady i forgot her name but is very friendly and knowledgeable. The best orielys location i ever been to.
Took 2 batteries from my box truck in for a charge and test, one of the batteries ended up testing as bad and the store manager went above and beyond! She pointed out my battery was within the warranty period without me even noticing. She initiated the free swap quickly and I was on my way! I've always been impressed with the quality of customer service at this location.
They were very helpful in our time of need. Our alternator had just failed, and our Yukon was sitting dead in the middle of the parking lot. The provided us with a battery so we could pull into a parking space and let us come the next day to swap out the bad alternator with a new one. O'Reilly's is great.
Went in to get a part and through conversation the representative realized there was a product that better fit my needs that they didn't currently have,he then recommended another place that would have the product when he could have easily sold me the other item.He put helping a customer make the right choice ahead of making a sale.What a great man!
Torey was very helpful charged my battery for free and all the other employees were very helpful and dealt with me paying with a bunch of old change I could round up highly recommended.
O'Reilly's is a great place to buy auto parts. I was looking to replace the wiper blades and one of the employees actually helped me install them on my vehicle.

Have always had parts in stock that I need. Parts people seem knowledgeable and are friendly. Their tool loaner program is great for that odd tool you don't own, but need once in a great while.
Amateur hour at this place. Untrained staff, which reflects on management more than anything. Hire a bunch of 18yo kids, toss them an o'reilly's shirt and say good luck! Seems to be the hiring process. If you need good parts this just isn't the place....great for car wash needs tho!
Drove to o'Reillys called ahead about a price match on a optima battery they said bring the print out shouldnt be a problem. Short version left without a battery. They wanted to know iif belonged to a club that got special discounts.nope just a regular guy Dont wast your time.
Compared to other O'Reilly stores in the region, this one, unfortunately, only meets the "adequate" standard. Not particularly impressive, either from street view, or walking in the door, not as white, bright, and clean as other establishments, giving the overall impression that the management/owners don't put much effort or pride into their image. But hey, we go to the store to buy parts, not admire the floor tile. Unfortunately, the "parts wizards" are working elsewhere, as the personnel seem to be limited to recommendations coming from the computer systems, but not from a great depth of experience with autos and auto repair.

Nobody is forcing you to work customer service. If you have as hard of a time at being nice as you display, I suggest you find a new job. Only reason this is recieving 4 stars if because I'm a lifelong resident of Anacortes and don't believe in attacking local businesses. Everyone else I've encountered here is great! Pro tip : Don't snappily tell someone to not give their phone number next time because theyre not a member, offer them membership. Dont be rude. Wear a smile. Its customer service and its not hard .
The kid serving was not interested in assisting us! Not a bad kid, just not into his job in terms of looking deeper to find a part that would solve our problem, did find it online, went back in & got the part, it did fit and worked out. He should have been more attentive, instead we went back in the car, searched on our cell and found the part.
They are open late and have a good selection of auto parts, accessories, and maintenance items. They are open when you need them. They have all of the basics and can order most anything you need. Clean well organized store. It surprised me that I could get the parts I needed to fix a tire at 7:00 pm on a Saturday night.
Bought some wiper blades, there was a little trick to the adapter that they helped me sort out. They gave a veteran discount too. All in all, it was a good experience.
