Took my 2011 honda pilot in for a new water pump and timing belt. It was done in less than a day and at a decent price. Thanks J and J, I will be back!
We took a friends bucket truck to have it helped out. It ran great but when you gave it gas, it just did not want to go forward or backwards very much. It was like, top speed 25. And it shure would not go up any hill unless you had a run at it. If it was a long hill.....it would stop in the middle. J&J did a good job. Been doing business with them since the 90s. They run tow trucks and sometimes they are busy busy busy moving wrecks and other. So, be patient.
THIEVES!!!!!! I WAS LIVING IN MY CAR FOR 14 MONTHS. They violated my Washington state constitutional rights & force sold my car I was living in & stole ALL MY PERSONAL PROPERTY!! I will take from them like they took from me!!! These opportunistic greedy THIEVES helped themselves to my very expensive tools & electronics & gear I had in my car & sold my only HOME in 23 days. But it was sitting in front of their shop a month later. I will make sure they NEVER do this to anybody else who’s down on their luck! My car being my home it was HOMESTEAD PROTECTED! But they stole all my property anyways. They best get right with God quick. They gonna need a miracle after I’m done with them
We take both of our vehicles here. They’re always so nice and the prices are usually half of what other shops charge! The work is excellent and they’re usually quick to get us in.
Their work was fast, they were professional and they managed to do the work under the ammont they quoted for me. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who is in need of car work.
Had a car I sold 2 yrs ago show up in their yard. The title was never transferred out of my name. They towed it off the road as it was kef there. I explained this to them and they said all I needed to do was bring a release of interest. Which I did. They were understanding and easy to deal with. I left there satisfied
J & J took care of my and my family when I most needed it. I have an old handicap van wish I very badly need. The van Overheated and we really thought the engine was bad. I took it to their shop immediately and witching a few days, earlier then they said I would be ready, they fixed it. They did a very good Job. We tried to give them a very juicy $$$ tip as a token of appreciation and they didn’t accepted that much money. That really speaks highly of them, their character, and professionalism. 5/5 thank you J & J
Had our vehicle stolen and when recovered they received it. They were completely AMAZING! The lady in the office (I believe Tina) wow. She is wonderful. And all the guys working were very helpful. We were unable to drive the vehicle home so we left it with them and they had it back the next business day fixed. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I live in olympia and would drive the hour to them for all my car issues.
Called for diagnostic estimate 2pm Wed, dropped truck off 3pm Wed, got truck back noon the very next day with all repairs complete. Good price for parts/labor, no extra BS.
This is the first time car brought in for work here, and am very satisfied with the work (lower ball joints), but also with the great customer service- Will certainly recommend, and hopefully car won't need more soon, but will definitely come back ifns need be.
One of the better tow yards I've had to deal with they were patient with me and didn't try to charge me to death to get my vehicle. I would recommend 100%

Brought my 98 jeep cherokee into J&J's to get my leafsprings replaced and they had it in the shop and done in a couple hours, the mechanics/owner are very good at what they do and are very personable, I would recommend them to anyone who likes having good work done at a good price.
J&J was my first tow ever in my life. I'm glad it was this company that helped me when I was stranded with my car broke down. Professional, kind, fast and affordable. John was great company all the way to my house..that was a bonus! I will choose J&J again and recommend them to anyone.
A '"situation" lead to our having to do business with J&J during hours they are not normally open to public. John went above and beyond expectations and was super helpful and polite in offering several solutions to our resolving the problem. Real real nice guy !
Christmas Eve my brother slid into a ditch. A good samartian pulled him out. His car sat on side of road till after Christmas. I called a couple other companies and they said they couldn't get it to my house. J&J did with a fast, friendly service. Will use this company again!! THANK YOU SOO MUCH!!
