I received incredible customer service tonight. Kaden went above and beyond to help me! It's dark and about 30° outside and he installed my battery for me. This was a giant battery and the install seemed a lil complex, it took some patience and perseverance! I'm am so thankful for this Man. 5 star service. The men/women that work at this O'Reilly's are always top notch. I'm picking O'Reilly's over Auto Zone every time. No offense lol Thank you Kaden soo much!!!!!

My issue isn't all the way resolved yet but I had to let you know how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING the customer service is, especially Jeston! What a great representative for the company. June 9, 2025. Jeston was very helpful with parts I immediately needed for my VW Jetta. Brought my son with me and even interacted with him. He did all the work, got the right parts for me and made sure it was the right fit. Overall, I’ve always had good experience with any O’reilly shops. Always professional and helpful. Jeston just went above and beyond.

Called twice first time call rang the ended second time it rang some one answered and hung up. All I needed to know is if my parts came in before I drove 30mins to find out they don't have them. Very up set with the way they treat their customers

I bought the tool for a serpentine belt puller to be able to put my serpentine belt back on. I had a 2007 Saturn Vue and that tool does not work on them.

They throw you on hold and then completely forget about you, right after I had already told 3 different people why I called. Just make sure to tell them that you don’t wanna be put on hold

Called in to see if they will price match rockauto they said they did. And then they were gonna price match but just because rock autos warranty on the part is not the same as there’s they wouldn’t

So after I went in here to buy lug nuts for my car and had an entire conversation with one of their employees about how they didn't have the ones I needed so I was going to go AutoZone (in the same plaza) and inquire about them there which I did. I walked to AutoZone because it's just a few doors over and purchased the lug nuts I needed and then I walked back to my car at oreillys went inside to see if they had a knife I could open the package with which they gave to me and after opening it I gave it back and went outside to my car. A few minutes go by and all the sudden I'm approached by two cops because apparently O'Reilly's called them and told them I stole the lug nuts from them. I was dumb founded. How embarrassing. I showed the cops my receipt from AutoZone and continued about my lug nuts. The cops harassed me for a short while longer and I ended up leaving my car at O'Reilly's and getting a ride home. I will say they were cool about my car being stuck there for a short time but who wouldn't be after calling the cops on someone for no reason despite having had an entire conversation with me about how I was going to go to AutoZone and get them.

Thank you to the lady that helped me with my windshield wipers today! She hasn’t done it before from my kind of car but she looked it up and finished the install, instead of just saying she can’t and walk out.

I can not believe the customer service at this place. I lost my husband a couple weeks ago . My husband got a battery from this place . The next day my car wouldn’t start. I went to Orileys in Bonney lake WA. I was schaking and confused. Will was so patient with me. He extanged the battery. He put it in the car. He was sooo nice. WILL thank you so much. I will never go anywhere else but you guys. It’s been a rough couple weeks and you made me smile. Thank you so much

This O'Reilly location in Bonney Lake is amazing hands down. It has the best customer service. Degan made the experience seamless and great. He assisted with my front car lights and license plate concern. We will never go anywhere else for auto parts. It makes a difference when your employees makes the trip to auto store the best! Thanks!!!

I had an issue with my vehicle for 2 months. No one could figure it out period. My man Christian spent 5 minutes of his time and fixed the problem without even me asking him! Another guy even came and helped as well! What a group of great guys! The store is awesome

Staff can be much better. They acted as tho they were so busy to pull a part down from the shelf said to me they couldn't grab the part I needed bcuz it was busy and they didn't have time, that statement was not true, I arrived to get the part I need, there were 4 associates working , one was just walking back and forth swinging whatever he had in his hand around his finger , there was only 2 customers buying parts, and when I asked for the part I needed the guy who got the part took about 3 steps back where the shelf that hold parts are located and it took all of 3 minutes to find, so to be told they were too busy to stop and look for a part and pull it down from the shelf, was a lie, and besides that is their job, doesn't matter if they have to look for the part and pull it down when I come in to buy something compared to finding the part while I'm on the phone makes no difference, and the computer/cash register shows/locates where the item/part is, indicates exactly where it is located so all the hard work is done for them!! So to lie and be rude is not acceptable, if O'Reilly wants to stay in business then hire adults not kids, adults that take their job seriously and not some snot nose kid walking around swinging a rope on his finger acting as tho he is better then the customer. Like my dad would have said, that kid couldn't find his way out from a wet paper sack. So do better in all areas or lose buisness.

The staff at O’Reillys are so helpful, always so responsive, knowledgeable and kind. It’s really nice that they don’t charge you for a diagnostic test. That’s a great company policy to have these days with everything so expensive.

I wanted to buy parts but there were probably 20 people waiting to be checked out and only 2 employees doing their best. After waiting a good 10 minutes and not making any progress, I put my stuff back and went somewhere else. Why can't 1 employee just focus on ringing people up when it's that busy?

Staff was so helpful and very patient!! It was a great service experience and I would come back for all part needs! I had to replace my battery and the store staff tested my old battery right there in the parking lot!! Then helped me switch out the old one for a new one on-site! (So I did not have to make two trips and bring back the old battery for the $22 credit) It was very helpful as my car wouldn't start unless we did. Thank you Oreillys for being so customer service oriented!!

Hunter was very professional and sweet. He rang me up and said he would help me try to fix my air conditioning unit it was the last can in the store. Hunter came out to my truck and thank goodness he fixed my ac. You have a diamond right in front of you. This is being relayed to corporate. Hunter is awesome. Thanks Debra.

Pretty good inventory. Have a BMW and love to work on it myself and they have had everything so far. Was really impressed they had an OEM thermostat and housing. They have a great assortment of rental tools and ODB II code reader. Makes quick work of codes and easy to clear system. Knowledgeable staff and what they did not know they were willing to listen and help out. Looking forward to using your services in the future.

I’ve had some great experiences with the staff at this store. When I had to return a battery purchased at a different location, they made the exchange with ease. They’ve also been very friendly and helpful when I needed assistance finding the right parts. They’ve earned my loyalty with this stellar customer service.
