My son was in an accident and I went to help him at the scene. Cascade towing was called for the tow. I was told that It would be $350 by Drew. She did not send me a receipt at all. When I checked my bank account, I noticed they had actually charged me $400 instead of $350. I called and spoke with Drew and she said that there were charges because I used a credit card. I told her that this was not explained to me. She handed the phone to her manager and he just answered the phone as if he was not explained the situation at all by Drew. He asked if I had a question. I then repeated the situation and then he said that he would not refund me the $50. I said , well then I am going to send a bad review. This was not the price we agreed upon. He then started taunting me, saying oh no, don’t leave me a bad review… I was very shocked that he was the manager, Drew was a lot more respectful than he was. I then hung up on him for being very rude. I suggest using a different towing company who is honest and treats their customers with respect.

We received wonderful service on 9/11/25 at 9 at night. I believe the driver was Willy. He got our vehicle picked up within 30 min and had it at our house. Thank you for the great service

Cascade Towing is honestly the BEST towing service! I called because BM Towing never showed up, didn't answer they're phone and after waiting over 2 hours, I gave up. So I called Cascade Towing and spoke to Drew, who was incredibly professional and accommodating. She was at the location to pick up my car within 5 minutes, she hooked it up within minutes and towed it to my destination. I am incredibly impressed with how easy, hassle-free, professional and how quick my car was towed. THANK YOU again Drew! You are a badass. 🔥 GIRL POWER!💪

We had a car dropped off today and requested it be placed in our driveway up by our garage doors. The driver placed the vehicle between our house and my neighbors house on the lawn over both of our water mains. My husband called and spoke to the driver to let her know she made an error, she was very combative over phone so my husband asked to speak to the owner , who was very nice and apologetic and said the car will be moved shortly.The driver came back and out of spite placed the car smack in the middle of the drive way at the very end right by the road. Making the driveway unusable until we were able to get the car moved. Parking the car over the water main could have been a very costly mistake. We will never use this towing company again and will spread the word to people we know. Customers should never be treated the way we were, especially when is was the drivers error.

Truck broke down, called the dispatcher ( lady in the office) took down my details and a very professional gentleman loaded my superduty on the back of his ramp truck, safely secured, and delivered to my house in a timely manner. This is the second time in 15 years my truck broke down and these people know how to make a bad situation go away...thank you....

Highly recommend Cascade, they were courteous, prompt and great customerservice. Drew came out and rescued me on 07/08 when i broke down and was amazing.

I called a few places after my transmission went out. Cascade Towing dispatch helped me figure out exactly where I was (I am terrible with directions) and sent Drew out for the tow. She took very good care of my vehicle and I would 100% trust her to do it again. As a side note: I called a few places and Cascade was very reasonably priced compared to another local company who wanted to charge me double.

The ladies working here were extremely helpful and took care of us and answered all of our questions. They gave us options and explained how everything worked. They were empathetic as I’m sure they deal with all sorts of crazy things and helped give us a positive experience despite a not so great situation. Thank you ladies! I had to call on Halloween. The dispatcher was very friendly very patient with me explaining where the car was. I didn’t have to wait long 35 minutes the tow truck driver his name was Willie. He was very pleasant, professional, and kind. I would do business with them again.

Well, folks, let me tell you about the unexpected adventure I had with Cascade Towing and my trusty-not-so-trusty Jeep. You see, my beloved four-wheeled drama queen decided it was time to throw in the towel, or should I say, the transmission. Cascade Towing swooped in like the heroes they are, towing my finicky Jeep to the dealership with all the flair of a knight rescuing a damsel in distress. I half-expected them to have a theme song playing in the background as they gracefully loaded up my Jeep, but alas, no such luck. Now, let's talk about the towing experience itself. I've seen less secure knots in a sailor's shoelaces! My Jeep was wrapped up tighter than a mummy, and I had to wonder if they were secretly auditioning for a Cirque du Soleil act on the side. And here's the kicker: as we embarked on this journey of mechanical misadventures, I couldn't help but notice the sheer irony of it all. My unreliable Jeep hitching a ride on the back of a tow truck? It's like a cosmic comedy sketch, a mismatched pair destined to be immortalized in the annals of automotive history. So, thank you, Cascade Towing, for turning my automotive misfortune into a hilarious spectacle. What a pleasure experience dealing with this company. The Bonny Lake police department recommended them. Also, dealing with Willie I was a bit shook up when he pulled up, but he introduced himself politely, and immediately got to work. We chatted all the way down to my house, and he gave me suggestions on what to do as soon as possible to get it fixed. Everything went smoothly once we got it fixed and I must thank everybody for everything that was done!

I locked my keys in my car, the dispatcher was very kind and helpful. Their driver was out within 20 minutes of my initial call, was very kind, professional and got my car unlocked super quickly. Highly recommend !

Charlie helped me out of what could have been bad situation for not just me but other drivers on the road. While all the other trucks were dispatched Charlie offered to come out and help me himself and he got me home safe. God bless you Charlie, you saved me today!

Tow Truck: Willi I had the absolute Best experience getting my car towed today. I had never had my car towed by myself, I was upset and nervous before help arrived. The tow trucked arrived, a man came out of his truck and politely introduced himself (Willi). He was very reassuring and guided me through the process to get my car off a median. The process was extremely fast, and my car was so well taken car of. You can really tell when someone enjoys/loves their job, by someone’s experience, confidence, and the way they treat and communicate with people. Thank you Willi for making my experience with getting my car towed not so stressful and scary. Would absolutely recommend this tow truck company :)

I had gotten into a car accident due to black ice on the road! Willi was the nice man that helped me out through the whole process. My location changed three times for where my car needed to be dropped off, and he gladly was able to meet my request with moving to different locations. Not to mention he was very speedy on getting to where my accident happened! I would gladly recommend this service to anyone who needed it.

Called this company to haul away a junk vehicle. Told them it is 3/4 ton suv that only had two wheels in the back and was told it would cost $50. Guy shows up in only a wrecker, with inadequate equipment to hook up. Driver calls the boss and told him about the only 2 wheels in the back and then changed the price to $150!!. After I already told them what I had. Complete scam of a company. Will never use this company again.

After AAA failed me, I called here and they were extremely quick to respond and get me towed home. Even able to give me and my passenger a ride as well. The driver was a great guy and helpful as well. If I need another tow (hopefully not) I will be calling here again.

Dispatch guy is very rude. Certainly not a friendly voice on the other end of the line when I called at 8 30 am Saturday July 31st. Dispatch guy cut me off mid sentance. Was told they didnt have an available tow truck this weekend to pick up my rv which was 24 minutes away from there location. Ultra towing had a driver helping me out in less than 30 min. The driver gave my family and I a ride home and treated my family and rv with care.

I had a very rare car that needed towing! Theresa was very friendly in the phone. Driver showed up on time and handled my car with car, the driver Willy was very nice and made sure the car was dropped off where I wanted it to be! I highly recommend cascade towing in Bonnet Lake! Needed to get my truck towed home last night after it refused to start back up. Willie was my driver and was absolutely awesome! I was not in an easy spot to get towed out of, but he was able to get my full size truck hooked up, and dropped it to its normal parking spot in my driveway. Such a nice guy! Made it a bit less stressful to be broke down.

Someone decided to drive his van into my house. After rolling down my front yard, it burst through the french doors of the downstairs bedroom getting wedged in the door frame with half of it parked in the bedroom itself which is directly off a sunken patio. When it came to rest, there was less than two feet of clearance between the front of the van and a four foot high cement wall. When my insurance company called Cascade, they were there within minutes. I had no idea how or if they could even get the van out as there was no room for maneuvering it given its position. I could see the wheels in tow-truck driver's mind and eventually Willie came up with a plan. Two more trucks from Cascade arrived soon and using the two others as anchors, the third was lowered down the hill of the front yard, they attached the van to the cables and the train of tow trucks pulled the van out of the room, over the cement wall with virtually no additional damage to the house or the cement wall. On top of it all, everyone from the dispatcher to the drivers and the crew who came to assist were efficient and nothing but professional.

Highly recommend! We have used Cascade several times and have ALWAYS had great service! Kudos to Willy who always arrives with a smile on his face and goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy!

I had a car accident and they responded very quickly. While things were getting sorted out, the first driver let my puppy stay in the cab of his truck. The second driver, Willy, dropped me off at the house I was at and let me unload my stuff from my smashed up truck before towing it away. Great service, personable and compassionate. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do I'll call them first. They are a great crew.

My dad's vehicle died at the intersection of HWY 410 and 192nd tonight with my 86 year old grandmother in the car. They took over 20 minutes to show up, in which time a couple of gentlemen hooked a tow strap to the car, moved it out of the intersection, then offered my dad and grandma a ride home. The dispatcher called and belittled my dad on the phone, then one of the drivers got in on it. We have repeatedly used their service, but this is how they reward loyal customers-- with bad attitudes and unprofessional behavior. We will not use their services again after this experience. By the way, they never did tow his vehicle.
