My teenagers tire blew on 101 and we needed help as we did not have everything we needed and the donut also needed air in it. We were told they had two calls before us but they were there within an hour. Both the dispatcher and tow truck driver were friendly.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. My friends car was towed, and they charged close to $700 for 2.5 days.
I had a hard time getting any information out of the customer services ladies regarding the details of the tow. In my opinion, they are way overpriced and have terrible customer service.
I don’t know how I did it, but my front right tire was hanging off a rock wall and the axle was on a brick. Summit Towing’s dispatcher and driver made my day by being calm and friendly in a stressful situation. The driver easily took care of my problem, so I could go on with my weekend retreat:) Thank you!
