O'Reilly is an amazing auto parts store with awesome employees! Shout out to Thomas for helping me with a battery issue, Shilene for helping me with the same issue and helping me with auto questions and Christopher for fixing my loose battery terminal. They are quick, knowledgable and always willing to help. Great team and great store!!

Even tho I give them 5 stars, they seem to be phasing out their lifetime warranty on parts, also they are very expensive on some items, always check the internet to compare.

On Saturday January 10th in the evening, Christopher was very helpful in explaining the potential causes of my key fob causing the horn in my Dodge Ram pickup to repeatedly go off. He showed me how to open the key fob and replaced the battery. He also explained possible causes for the problem and steps that a mechanic could use ? He was very polite. thank you

Look guys, we all have walked out of a parts store after being handed the incorrect part Trusting parts tech. We return to store with part in hand ready to knock parts dude in the head with it. But overall O'Reilly's in Shelton is my go to parts store. 😁🇺🇸💪

Handy atuoparts store on the end of this "strip mall" style area. They have been there for a long time. I would say reliable even in certain situations.

I called then stopped by with batteries from my boat to recycle and Thomas at the Shelton, WA store was most helpful; worked with me to unload 280# of batteries, logged them in and issued a store credit of $10 per battery! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and enjoyed Thomas’ efficiency and conversation.

They have a new assistant manger who has issues finding correct parts came in for socket she tried to tell me they didnt have i asked if they could get it she attempted to tell me they did not make one in the size i wanted she has given me wrong parts on multiple occasions. Middle of line of people to dood she said she would be with me in just a minute then wherled a trash can out i attempted to make a complaint to the store manager she told me i was lying. I will be taking all my customers to napa from now on dont go to this store if you want the correct part or part. Or run the risk of getting defective parts bad service or a manager that wants to tell you you are a liar completely disappointed in this stores management and quality of parts!

The employees make this place the way to go when you need to purchase car parts, if you spend an extra small bit, you can get a great warranty on most parts, the availability is better than anywhere in town now, but if you are in a pinch and just need to get to where you are going they almost always have a lower cost item that is still reliable, but maybe the warrantee is not an eternity. In my experience, they will often go out of their way to locate your purchase to honor the warrantee if the part turns out to be faulty or wrong or what have you, try to go easy on them, the employees are doing the best they can with the management provided, they are only human just like some of us lolz

My son and I went there yesterday to simply exchange a battery,we installed it wrong but in a few minutes two customer service people came out and not only diagnosed the problem but also fixed it we so appreciate it thanks you two

I had the best experience at the Shelton O’Reilly location! Both Scott and Ryker went above and beyond what I could ask for. I came into the store because I thought my headlight lenses needed to have a special cleaner. They were extremely dim. Scott came out to my car and checked them out, and it turns out I needed new headlights all together. Ryker then helped me to replace each headlight! Ryker was quick, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the process as he was replacing them, putting my mind at ease that he knew exactly what he was doing. Scott then took the extra time to wipe down my lenses, going the extra mile. Both gentlemen were so helpful. I will be telling all of my friends and family to go to O’Reillys for whatever they may need for their vehicle. Thank you both so much, I am much saver on the road because of your help.

We came in to get a wiper blade replaced, Sage kept trying to upsell the most expensive one they stocked. On selecting a more moderately priced one, she fumbled with it for a bit before admitting she didn't know how to install it and passed the job off to another employee, who installed it incorrectly on our van. We ended up having to go to NAPA and getting it properly replaced.

The first time I was at the store I had an amazing experience. However when I had to order a car part it was like pulling teeth to get the store to hand over a car part. My fiancé had me pay for her replacement tail light. When I went to pick up the part for her in December they told me she had picked up the part in October. Turns out she never picked up the part—-I was given wrong information i.e. told a flat out lie. Why would they tell me she picked it up? I can confirm these things since I live with her. When I finally picked up the tail light today I had to have her on the phone in order for them to hand over the car part. The clerk asked me “Why we took so long?” Well working class people are busy and have a lot going on in their lives. Interesting how a company can take 300 dollars from you in an Instant, but have it take months to hand over a tail light. Has anyone else had this much trouble to pick up a part that cost 300 bucks?

I don’t just give a bad review, or I never give a bad review. My car broke down two miles for this Oriely location, fault battery! I walked with my old battery all the way to that location to buy a new one. I gave them my old battery, my head and model of the car and they gave me a new one. I was begging people to drive me back because the area did not have Uber or taxi. Finally someone gave me a ride back to my car to find out they gave me the wrong battery that doesn’t even fit in my car! I had to walk back and exchange it!!!! The person who helped me buy the batter didn’t even say anything other than oh!

Really great experience at this store. I bought headlights for my Jeep and didn't know how to install them and they were kind enough to help me out and install them for free! They are honest and have great customer service.

I will NEVER go here again. Bought a set of speakers, had to order them. When I arrived I got one set of speakers but had been charged for two. Came back with the receipt a week later and the manager said his records showed I picked up 2 sets. Which I didn't. The worker that I dealt with wasn't there and wouldn't be for a week. It costs me almost that much just to drive to town and back, not worth the trip. I restore old trucks and literally spend thousands of dollars at auto part stores, never O'Reilly again though. I'd rather order from China than ever set foot in this store again. It was out and out theft, and to lose my business over $40... Shame. Good job guy.
