Greeted with friendliness and professionalism at the gate. The dumping site is run with reasonable efficiency. I can’t say that I enjoy going to the dump but the people there make a positive experience. Reasonable dumping fees.

People are helpful with backing up to unload garbage. (Unfortunatly and evidently, they are really low on air freshener.) Those at the ticket window are quite pleasant w/ a hello, smile, and good wishes for a great day.

Waste Management is a scam and a horrible company. They skip us every once in a while, then charge us for too much garbage the next week. We are constantly getting fined for something in our recycling but they never tell us what. We can watch a bad video of our can being emptied but there is nothing wrong. I’ve tried to call customer service and sit on hold for over an hour and no one will ever answer.

I would say that pickup service for my trash is good as I only have one bag of trash a month, I have voiced my concerns to WM about the cost that keeps rising and have went up at least $14.00 in the last two (2) years. I call but the person on the other end was not very informed and only stated that price increases were normal? That's a lot of increase for a just couple of years

Our company uses WM for our trash services, we have had service with them for 5+ years and are stuck in a 3 year contract. the service provided is unbelievable horrid. The drive speed into our parking lot, sometimes where there are funeral or mass services occurring and will sit on their horn if there is a car parked in their way. The drivers refuse to move from their seat to come to the office with is less than 10 feet from the dumpster. I have done my best to avoid this but the drivers come at their convenience on their pick up day. There is no set time they arrive sometimes 10 AM other time 2 pm? The drivers are extremely unprofessional and the call center is no help at all, I have made multiple attempts to get contact supervisors, boards members etc. but I have accepted they only look at their bottom line. I do not recommend WM and sadly that the only offer in some communities.

Our refuse/pickup driver/technician is the absolute best! I accidentally left our garbage bin out where we normally keep it, back in July, but he came over and got it, as I had forgotten to roll it out to the street. He is the only one, in 3 years, that has done this. What a great guy!!! I did go to their office in Ellensburg to pass this info on to him, so I hope he got the message.

We recently moved into a new home and my customer service rep was incredibly thorough and accommodating. Getting our new service set up with new cans went off without a hitch. Very happy.

Waste management forced recycle containers on the customer's, not giving customers a choice, then made it mandatory that customers have to pay $16+ a month for the container. Not everyone needs a recycle container, customers were not asked, not given a choice, but now each bill will have another $48 tacked onto their regular bill. Each bill will be way higher, and although the customer can ask for the recycle container to be removed, the customer is mandated to pay that $16+ a month just because it's now part of their subscription. Bad move. Bad PR. I don't doubt wm loses many customers. This move is causing a lot of ill-will toward wm.

Love our Waste Management driver! When we've been late to get the bin to the driveway and he's already come through if we've moved to the other side of the road, he'll stop on the way back and pick it up. He's very much appreciated!

Our driver is prompt, quick, courteous and never leaves a mess. We don't have recycling yet where we live, but look forward to having it available soon. We did get a bear proof container and it works wonderful!!! No more garbage spread out all over the area from hungry bears looking for an easy meal. This will help save their lives. I wish WM made them mandatory in certain areas. It is worth the extra small cost each month.

Overall great, drivers are kind and the website is easy to work with. Would love to know more details about our recycling - where it goes and how successful it is! The transfer station is easy to access and the price seems ok. The line can be quiet long but I do not think there is anything to do about that!

Waste Management does a fine job with picking up my trash. My recycling has been skipped many times this and last year. This has proved extremely challenging as a person that is disabled. I purchase many items from Amazon to ease the strain of shopping around town. My recycle bin fills with cardboard from said shopping. When WM skips my pick up and declines a Sat or Monday pickup it creates a complete backlog of cardboard in my garage. This also is a complete fire hazard. This frustration I experience is even further compounded by the driver logging that my bin was not at the curb. An absolute lie. I now photograph my bin with a date, time stamp and my address at the curb the night before pick up. The 1 800 number I phone when this happens is usually VERY unhelpful. I have never received any service from a call to this number and have always had to contact the city of Ellensburg. It seems to me drivers need more training, phone staff need to understand that a call to them from a skipped customer does not mean the drivers are honest.

On a week-to-week basis, the chap who comes up here is very good and professional. But during winter, if there is snow on the road he can't make it up here. A month or so ago there was no pickup for a month. That meant taking stuff back into the garage each week, because there are lots of large birds and animals up here, then carrying it back out to the road. It was a pain and a lot of extra effort, so you would imagine that the money we paid for that month would be added to the end of our billing period. If the truck can't make it here, I don't think the bill should make it here. So far, though, it was just a month's payment for nothing.

Our trash is picked up very early every Monday morning, and any trash overflow that I have during the week I just take to the transfer station just a few miles away from my house. The process of signing up for trash collection is very easy, a trash bin is delivered to a designated location or directly to your home. As long as you put your trash out for collection it will be picked up. I highly recommend this service so if you don't have the service you definitely should get it, it will make things a bit easier for you.

Service is great! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars this time is my bill is outrageous because in my town we are now being forced to pay for recycling if we want garbage service so my bill has gone from $56 to $125.00! As soon as I figure out how to get my trash cans to the dump I'll unfortunately have to cut service like many in my neighborhood have already.

This is for WM, not the transfer station. WM recently implemented a recycle program. I wanted to opt out, but I was told that if I have trash service, I have to pay for the recycle service regardless. Additionally, we are being told that WM will no longer enter out trash room to collect trash, even though it is in their contract to do so. Over the holidays they changed collection to Saturday instead of Friday and they missed our pickup two consecutive times, resulting in trash and recycle building up for 3 weeks! Last Friday they did not pick up trash due to "weather conditions". Rather than schedule to pick up the next day, they won't pick up again until the following Friday. No credit is given for not performing their services.

Got a email saying I could be charged $5.20 for my cart not being filled correctly. Called the number listed for Ellensburg was. Got a voicemail. Then looked for the hours open the next day drove to the office. Lights were on but doors locked. This was around 9:30am went home and called the number on thee e mail. Asked her how I could get someone to show me how to load the cart. Well we had some laughs with that. She looked at the picture on my account and credited my account. I'm 68 years old

We had a positive experience with WM. We required a dumpster large enough for the demolition of a 10X20 wooden shed. The driver put it precisely where I asked. The same driver picked it up on the day we had scheduled. He was a very pleasant individual. The entire experience was positive.

They've taken care of my trash residentially and commercially for 16 years. If I have questions, I talk to a real person who speaks English and has answers. The drivers have always been respectful and competent.

WM has been very responsive through email, online chat, and phone calls. They were helpful and knowledgeable. I would suggest downloading the app and logging onto the website. They provide video confirmation of pick up, it’s great to see. Keep up the great work.

I went through them for 4 yrs now getting drop box and for some reason my tons was just about twice as much as it should’ve(3.5tons but charged 7tons). I asked about it and they said that was the ticket while giving me attitude , so I said whatever and paid it. I tried to get another drop box and they are now saying I need to fill out paperwork and put a $500 deposit which I never had to until they screwed me on my bill.

For the most part, pretty good. Did have an issue with them not emptying my yard wast. They only got about 1/3 of it one day. Trying to get hold of some one to report it was very problematic. Getting past the computer voice to talk to someone was almost impossible. Not good for public relations. After trying for two days I got the issue resolved.

It was very windy last Monday when it was time for our garbage pickup. Our gargbage can was knocked over by the wind. My wife saw the garbage truck coming up the street and she ran out to pick up the garbage can. The truck arrived first and the young man jumped out, picked up the can and dumped our trash. We assumed they would just drive by if it was knocked over. He was very pleasant and told my wife cans are knocked over everywhere. I was very impressed by the driver and Waste Management. Thank you for caring.
