Overpriced . I mistakenly parked my car somewhere where "no overnight parking" was allowed (not Bilkos fault, but mine). Anyways, i called at 4:30pm while driving there and they said if i get there and get my car out by 5pm, they wont charge the $160 after hours fee, but that I'm not gonna make it out by 5. I told them my eta 4:40pm. When I arrived, the office was empty. I called them back saying I was there, and they said they would now send somebody out. It felt like they were waiting till 5 to arrive. Because They arrived after 5 and charged the fee, and $680 was out of my budget.
I have been stressed about my issues with my car and Bilko Towing reduced alot of my stress. They gave me an awesome quote when I called and told them my issues, and even allowed me to schedule a pick up time the following day. The driver Sam was awesome he called and communicated with me his ETA in the morning and maintained professionalism while telling me awesome stories! Bilko Towing was quick, efficient and pleasant all in one package!

Girl friends car broke down 4 hours from home, spent the morning trying to figure out options. Called a shop, they recommended Bilko, called them they were to her in less then 30 minutes. The communication between dispatch and driver and myself was fantastic, its hard to take care of business 4 hour away but they made it a breeze. And the cost was less then I expected. I paid twice that rate for less miles previously. I hope i never need a tow again, but if I do id recommend this company 10x over. Thank you guys !!
I met a dude named Chuck that brought my truck ALL the way from Ellensburg to Yelm safely. He was very polite and professional and cool as a fan. If I ever get stuck out there again I know what tow company to call and what driver to request. Man I wish there were more people in this world like Chuck. God bless that man!
I called late in the evening for one of my drivers who was broke down on busy bridge. The dispatch team was great and my driver spoke very highly of their driver who was professional and accommodating. Hopefully won't need another tow soon, but happy to know such great team is available in case we do.
We could not have been more satisfied with our driver Brandon, as he towed our trailer to a koa Campground and then our disabled tow vehicle to the repair location.
He was polite, cheerful and professional.

I had a great experience with Bilko Towing. I worked with Brandon, he was extremely helpful. When I first hit a deer, he was the one who towed my truck, and later on he also helped me take it to the shop to get fixed. He answered all of my questions and made the whole process a lot less stressful. Nothing but good things to say about him and the service overall highly recommend Bilko Towing.
Brandon met us at Chevron in Ellensburg and picked up our Expedition to deliver it to our Ford dealer in Puyallup. He was prompt and kind. And kept us updated on status of our vehicle and let us know when he got it dropped off. We appreciated his service very much!! Thank you!!
The lack of information that the tow guy had when I wanted to sign the rights over to the vehicle when the day he towed it and now I have charges for 2 weeks that can't be paid when I could have paid the tow that day and paid everything and relinquished rights that day but the tow guy gave me wrong information and now I have a bigger bill and can't do anything about it so I feel like as the customer person I'm the one being punished for the lack of the tow guys job. I feel with this it could have been handled better and that when I called and asked about it I should have been able to have a different option.
Brandon (driver) and Jessica (officer) at Bilko were very professional and friendly. Transport went smoothly. Hopefully will not have any more vehicle issues, but if so will use them again.
We called Bilko Towing on Saturday, August 16 because we were stuck on I-90 near Cle Elum. Brandon showed up to tow the car within 20 minutes and was very empathetic and made us feel safe. He was very professional and very helpful. He made a bad situation so much more bearable by reassuring us that we would be okay. We called and Brandon Showed up in under 90 minutes coming from Ellensburg, looped back around in North Bend and had is loaded in under 10 minutes on I-90 Eastbound and got us to where we needed to be. Very professional, friendly, and will definitely be recommending Bilko Towing!

Brandon showed up to tow my vehicle to the autobody shop. My 7 year old was so excited to just watch, but Brandon was more than happy to make my kiddos whole day by letting him help. Had a 100% flat tire on my Mazda van. Brandon was out to put the spare on for me in record time. He even made sure the spare had proper air pressure. Nice! A real pro and a fine gentleman. And super efficient. We need more people like him!

Bilko trucking was incredibly responsive, punctual, professional and understanding when our truck broke down and we were stranded in the snow. Other companies cancelled on us but Brandon with Bilko was a life savor. He kept us updated, carefully transported our truck to the mechanic and then checked in to ensure all was good. Highly recommend Brandon and Bilko.
Brandon was amazing when helping me get my tire changed. He constantly called to give me updates on the length of time it would be until he could get to me. Once he got to my car he had the old tire off and new one on in a matter of minutes! He also checked to make sure there was no other damage to the other wheels and made sure to educate me on proper spare tire rules, which was greatly appreciated. This is the 3rd time we have used Bilkos and will definitely do so again!

Brandon was very efficient and timely. He showed up way sooner than AAA said he would and was very careful to make sure everything was done correctly. He is an excellent driver and knows his business. I would definitely use Brandon and Bilko Towing again if I ever needed a tow.
My vehicle overheated about 30 miles south of Ellensberg WA. This was one of the companies recommended by my insurance. The dispatch was spot on with the pick up time and the driver was very professional.
