10/10 would recommend, the service was speedy and the people were friendly. I needed my headliner replaced on my 2012 Honda, they did just that and cleaned my sun roof track and gutter. They worked with me and stayed longer so I was able to make it to drop my car off and worked with my work schedule so I could pick it up over the weekend if needed. Overall a great experience.

From the initial phone call to check pricing to picking up my car my experience with Durham Upholstery was great. The price to have the top replaced was competitive. Most important was the level of service. The original convertible top that was ordered came in damaged. They called me right away and let me know what had happened. They had the top manufacturer ship another top overnight. The replacement of the top was excellent. When I came the pickup the car the technician who worked on my car brought the car out and spent time to explain the repairs he did to the top frame and answered all my questions. Thank you for the great experience

I took my pick up truck to these people because I had a small leak. I wasn't sure where it was coming from and the leak, they wanted to replace all the seals for $3,000. When I said that seems high and if they could just fix the leak they gave me a bunch of flack. I said I'll come pick up the truck. They changed me $300.00 for absolutely Nothing

My 25 year old SLK was suffering from sagging headliner issues. Durham Upholstery gave me a quote, put me on the calendar for the week after my visit, and had it all done in a day. Judy was professional and so was the whole team. Very pleased with the work and looks even better than when the car was new! Also, the quote was very reasonable and way more affordable than I expected.

The quality of the repair, the speed of service, and the price remarkably good. The seat of the used pickup I just bought had 110,000 miles worth of wear on it. I was quoted $700 to repair the seat. Two yards of vinyl that matched my seat was in stock. They had an opening the next day and by afternoon the job was done. It was spectacular quality and they charged me $600. Plus they were friendly and really nice. It looks and feels like a new seat.

I needed to have a driver side seeds on my car fix. Did did an absolute excellent job. Furthermore, their customer service was excellent

Early in February I stopped by Durham Upholstery to inquire about reworking damaged seats in a 1949 mercury. There is long term family history tied to this car, and with my 88 year old father recently losing his partner/wife since 1950, my hope was offset some of his grief with the car as a summer distraction. On my first visit to Durham's I brought in a sample of the seat vinyl... and the initial conversations with the counter-person and one of the upholsterers were supportive and positive... and so I removed the seats from the car the next day, and dropped them off the following day. The same counter person accepted/wrote up the seats... and I briefly spoke with the same upholsterer. What transpired over the next 4+ months (multi in-person visits and phone calls) was nothing short of a complete waste of my time and poor customer service. On three different follow-on conversations with that same counter person there was a plan forward... but every time I followed up later it was if that person either wasn't listening or perhaps just didn't care. Today I again stopped by Durhams... and this time was told they lost one of their upholsters... so couldn't support my project anyway. So today I picked up my seats (after collecting dust on a shelf at Durham's since early February) and struggle to understand why they even took in the seats to begin with. They may have good upholsterers (I'll never know), but their business office and customer communication soils any reputation.

This is the most amazing place!...I was at my wit's end when my auto repair place said they did not have the expertise to diagnose a drainage/leak issue on my Nissan Murano...a AAA repair place recommended this shop & wow!...they sure know their stuff! Judy, their customer service "point gal" has been great & helped me review warranty info & helped calm my frazzled nerves...we now have a diagnosis, a plan of action with my warranty & insurance companies, and I know my car is in the best possible leak repair "hands"! God bless them for the difficult but necessary work they do!!? ~ Jini

The technician fixed the seal on my leaking sunroof for a few hundred dollars. Worksmanship is quality. I had to take off some stars because when I arrived for my appointment the part wasn’t available. It was an honest mistake and they went over to their supplier ASAP to get it. But that left me there for an extra hour which wasn’t ideal. Nice enough people but it felt a little disorganized.

The entire crew at Durham Upholstery is fantastic. I basically brought them a shell of a Mustang with a million parts that was just a wreck of a project. They did their magic and turned the interior into a show quality car. Couldn’t have had a better experience with Judy and Dwayne. Good people. Only shop I’ll use for interior work. I highly recommend them!

Took my car in and got some pieces re-wrapped and it turned out amazing I cant spot one mistake. There customer service is great, and their employees are very skilled.

Good service, they did exactly as they said they would. I will go back. My sunroof is repaired! And cost was best I could find!

used this place for my toyota seats a while back, they looked fairly nice when done but by no means perfect, at the time i got a quote for the seats and paid the price thinking that was the going rate for the work, later found out I could get it done for half the price. recently decided to get my motorcycle seat recovered and thought I would try and get a quote again since the shop is close to my house it was convenient to stop by; got the quote for the seat but this time decided to shop around, found out that I could get the seat done for 88% cheaper than what Durham quoted me. I would of not written a bad review if the quote was 50% higher than other shops but 88% higher is rediculous. basically I would shop around before you decide on this place, as quality of the work doesn't reflect 88% price increases from my experience.

Let's put it this way, the team at Durham was able to accomplish the impossible. Seats from a 1999 ford ranger xlt with 315k on it. They were able to piece together seats from 2 trucks to make 1 fully functioning and refabribcated set for our truck. Excellent work and the staff is exceptionally helpful, thoughtful, and seem to be genuinely interested I helping resolve their customer's concerns. They always seem to go the extra step, thanks again!!!

These guys are great! I had pretty extensive water damage to my car and they provided amazing customer service during a hectic time and they managed to fix/seal my vehicle with quality workmanship for a reasonable price! I’ll be recommending them to people I know and coming back again.

They are fast, friendly, and fair! The ability to match fabric both in shade and texture that was over 10 years old was amazing to watch. Beautiful work!

I had cab water leaks fixed in my F150 crew cab pickup. The result was an excellent job at a fair price. They are very familiar, dealing with this type of problem. I had taken the truck to a body shop, previously & they did not fix the problem.

Durham replaced my headliner and fixed some water leaks in my 91 Toyota Corolla. They did excellent work and haven't had any issues since. :)

Durham restored our 1956 Century convertible to such a standard that we won a national award. The workmanship and professionalism is fantastic. We have recommended Durham to many people looking for reliable and impeccable care for their projects and they have all been as satisfied as we have. We find the quality and service to always be fair and honest. We have also witnessed many other projects being worked on in this shop and can't help but be impressed! This is definitely a company you can always rely on to give you the best service for the best and fair price. Something that is getting harder to find in this day and age.

I took my BMW to durham's to get my convertible top fixed and they did a horrible job barely did any work on my car and ran my bill up to 1400 and called me up to tell me to come Get my car it was done when I got up there the top and seats still didn't work so we go in to a argument I told carl I wasn't paying that money for something that don't work so I highly recommend people not to do business with them because they will rip you off they run up the clock and charge you for work that's not fixing your car thumbs down for durham's you guys suck

I went here to replace my 2002 Jeep Wrangler soft top back in 2011 and they did and amazing job. Im back after 4 years because the top started leaking due to stitching issues and they went above and beyond calling to see in the manufacture can do something about it. Unfortunately the top comes with only 2 year warranty and instead of turning me away they gave me free products to help fix the problem. We need more of these type of business and customer service around. Thank you..

My Porsche 911 had an issue with the convertible roof not aligning and closing properly. The Porsche dealer wanted over $750 dollars to fix the issue. I took it to Durham and the fix was excellent and the cost was $200. Awesome service and professional job. Thanks
