went in for a simple scan for my car about a week ago. Very bad customer service. Honestly, I couldn’t read her name clearly, but it was an older Hispanic-looking lady. I’ve gone before to get my car scanned and they’ve always said yes and even gave me the paper if there was a problem. But that day, that lady told me her machine couldn’t read my car , I try explaim her that i go sometimes to scan my car and they do it but that woman dosent wanna do her simple job . Basically, I’ve gone before and they’ve done it with no problem it does scan. The issue is that this lady seems too lazy to even walk, like she just wants to sit all day. I’ve always gone to AutoZone and it’s usually a very good place, but when that lady is there, it turns into a terrible place. She doesn’t help you at all and is always in a bad mood. Honestly, she shouldn’t be working in customer service. Good store, but bad employee. I was really disappointed. I don’t understand why people like that lady are working in places where they’re supposed to help customers. Apparently she’s too busy being on her phone to actually do her job. Honestly, she shouldn’t be working there.

Came for a Simple Code Scan, Left Frustrated and Disrespected I just visited the AutoZone on 21050 International Blvd in SeaTac expecting basic help with scanning a check engine light. Instead, I was met with one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at an AutoZone — all thanks to someone named Anna, who claimed to be the manager. From the start, Anna was rude, dismissive, and aggressive. She grabbed the OBD scanner without clearly explaining anything, walked out to my car with a bad attitude, plugged in the device, and just as quickly unplugged it. When I asked what she had done or if she cleared the code, she brushed me off and said “we can’t do that.” When I asked for her name, she refused to give it — and instead called another employee, Keith, who was the total opposite: respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained the issue and cleared the code without hesitation, even correcting Anna by saying it’s perfectly allowed in Washington (only restricted in California). So not only was she rude, but she didn’t even know company policy. I came for a simple code scan — something people do at AutoZone every day — and left feeling completely disrespected, frustrated, and shocked that someone like Anna is in a management position. Huge thanks to Keith for actually helping me. But AutoZone, please retrain or re-evaluate who you’re putting in charge. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.

BEST AUTOZONE EVER!!! They last minute right before closing helped me out with new fuses for my engine so I wouldn't be a lone girl stranded out in Seattle. HUGE Shout out and thank you!!!!!! 🙏

I don’t normally leave negative reviews but the guy that “helped” me today was extremely rude for no reason. Came off super unprofessional. Won’t be returning. You’re better off getting stuff from somewhere else.

If I can only give 0 star i would. Their staff doesn't know customer service. They are rude and disrespectful! If you guys doesn't want to work then stay at home and don't spread bad vibes and negativity to customers. You guys are giving bad impressions to this business and wasting their money to pay you. What a shame!

I went to buy a filter for the transmission of a Sentra I had the filter part I found it in autozone online but the worker did not want to put the part number on the computer he told me that he was not there to waste his time I asked him if he was looking for it he repeated I am not here to waste my time I know how to do my job, what a bad experience I left the store and called another autozone and they quickly found the filter, the new cashier staff behave very rude

They have stuff for vehicles. Wow. How cool. Signs posted to not work on your vehicle at the vehicle repair store for broken vehicles with ample vehicle parking, but the community is rebellious and repairs vehicles in the vehicle repair lot anyway. Total anarchy

Really rude to my husband, we had a flat tire and just needed help finding a specific tool to change to the spare. Employee did not care to help and gave us extreme attitude because they were closing in 40 minutes.

I had a great experience here. The person that helped me the most was so kind and made sure I didn’t leave there with the correct battery. He was quick to switch out the old battery with a new one. I came in the same day I had battery issues and this was my first stop after dropping someone off at SeaTac. The worker that helped me was super personable and a nice guy. Highly recommend!

Rude employee, useless manager. If you don’t have patience answer my questions please go home and not work. If you gonna resell return item, please at least clean them up before you try to sell, nobody want to pay full price for return when they can buy new. And to the useless manager, please train your employees, when they have AirPod on their ears, I’m pretty sure they are not radio talking to each other than listening to music or on the phone. Thats why they couldn’t hear what the customer try to tell them. And don’t tell me deal with them later, you don’t do anything, cause if you do, there will not be problems like this.

Went in to get Windshield washer fluid and oil for my car. The customer service representative didn't acknowledge me or cared about what I needed!! So,I walked around acting like I couldn't find what I needed! Just to see if!! They would ask me if I needed help🤔 NOPE!! So on my way OUT!! Couple came in, not of same race, GREETED!! before they could get two steps in. I didn't mind that at all. IGNORANCE!! Kills businesses. Just know that,before I spend one dollar of my money 💰 I always check out the place first!! I don't throw out good money for bad service. That makes me a millionaire. Looks like a car burnt down in the parking lot, customer service over the phone was very rude and acted like they did not have any time for me. The music over the intercom’s has cuss words, so I dare not bring kids ! This is not an AutoZone this is a place where employees just wanna party! And the outside they just don’t care what it looks like

The guys at this AutoZone are absolutely the best.. I'm in a situation that is unattainable my truck is completely broken in a way in which I was unfamiliar with. They've been helpful they've allowed my truck to be there while I wait for a part to be delivered. New Management employees are exemplary this store should be the model for all the rest these are truly car guys who understand what it is to be in a tough situation with your vehicle. They do nothing but help make it better not make you feel bad or less than knowledgeable about what might be going on just completely friendly helping you look for a solution to the problem. Which is how it should feel like you're in your own garage talking to your buddies about how to resolve the problem and all my buddies are back home which is about two hundred miles away in these guys are helping me get my truck in a situation where I would be safe. Amazing folks can't say enough you can tell that from management down the store is done right in these guys are great at their jobs and the best at over-the-top effort for customer service.

I was having problems with my battery terminals and barely made it to AutoZone. I thought it would be a easy fix and replace the cables, but the bolts going into the battery were stripped. The store manager was excellent in providing the right tools help and I wouldn't have gotten it done with out his help. This is the store to go to for your parts and advise.

Great store, went in about 7:50AM in the morning today(7/5) for battery replacement, a friendly employee( did not get his name) helped me replaced the battery for like in a minute. He is super efficient, professional and helpful. Thank you!

Love to come to this AutoZone. I’ve always received help from great crews. I came here with my mom to check her Nissan that had the engine light on, and not even a second later we had someone out to help. Although there are some members who just stands there and act like they are doing something when they are really not. It’s funny when it happens. I come in and they stare at me and I stare back. I’m like are you going to help me or we just gon have a staring contest. Overall I love the service I received just next time please let’s not have a staring contest. I understand work is tough and what-not but still got to uphold the best service you can give. 👍

Alex is awesome!!!! It was storming outside and my windshield wipers were not working. Not only did ALEX process my order over the phone, Alex came outside in the storm and installed the windshield wipers so I wouldn't get my hair wet and so I could get back to Everett safely. I really appreciate that Alex went above and beyond for me on such a stormy day. What a gentleman.

Ok, I forgot his name already even though I was just there (chemo brain), but the assistant manager was AWESOME!!! I'm a 150% disabled Vet and needed extra help figuring stuff out and making a couple fixes. He coached me through the whole thing, I wouldn't have been able to do it otherwise. Y'all are my regular parts stop anyway, this just put extra icing on that cake.

Managers are great guy very helpful. Over all the staff knowledge is great and very genuinely upbeat which is great for a place like this. Prices are okay. It's just nice to be able to come in someplace find a part in person instead of waiting for a part ordered online then it be the wrong thing and have to return it. I hope these places never go out of business this is a place that it's worth an extra $2 to get it in person.

I was out of town, left my car parked next to the airport and accidently left my dome light on for over two weeks. I had my car jumped and then went to get gas. My car's battery died once again at the gas station. I walked to the nearest auto part store, which was this AutoZone. I got there 20 minutes before closing time. The manager Chris was very helpful. He was even kind enough to give me a ride to the gas station after he got off work. I am very grateful for Chris and AutoZone for hiring such a stand up person.

These guys are great. They offered the help we needed, advise, tools, we purchased a battery and an alternator and neither were the problem. They offered a hassle free return and supported us in every way possible! Definitely an above and beyond experience!
