Very popular location and good when the parts are in stock. Good people quality products and I like the location. The location is very busy and centrally located where everybody comes here so parts may run out quickly I would check stock before you come to this location. But is a good place with a good personnel/staff I like it

Thanks to Nathan (store Assistant Manager), I was able to get white paint transfer immediately off of my vehicle with one easy product that cost $5! Nathan was so kind and helpful. He grabbed the BEST product for this matter: the O’Reilly’s Non-Chlorinated Brake Parts Cleaner. With just a few sprays on a microfiber towel and a few wipes on the surface, ALL of the white streaks were GONE! “As if it never happened”. I was speechless. Thank you SO much, Nathan, for wiping the paint transfer off!

Upon entering, I was greeted warmly by the employee behind the counter—a nice touch, especially since the store was quiet with only three staff members present. After browsing the aisles briefly, the same employee approached to ask if I needed help, which I appreciated. He quickly guided me to the correct aisle and showed me several options. However, the interaction soon became awkward. While I reviewed the products, the employee stood directly behind me the entire time, hovering so closely that it felt like I was being monitored. Though I assume his intent was to remain available for questions, the lack of personal space made me uneasy. The discomfort continued as he followed me to the checkout counter afterward, almost as if he were escorting me. To be clear: I understand stores need to prevent theft, but assumptions based on appearance (I may not dress “rich,” but I drive a $63K+ car and work a 6+ figure job) can leave customers feeling judged. A simple offer to help from a respectful distance would have sufficed. While I value helpful service, this experience felt unnecessarily tense. O’Reilly has the potential to excel with a few adjustments to training—specifically, balancing vigilance with customer comfort. I’ll return for the convenience, but I hope future visits feel less like an audition for a security guard.

Exclaimer: If you’re African American you probably shouldn’t do business at this location! I came into the o’rielys on international blvd (Sea-Tac) on 3/22/25 looking for a radiator fan for my car, an was told by NATHAN that he would order the part which would arrive the next day by 12 noon. I asked if I had to pay the balance beforehand to assure delivery, but he said no an to come pick it up the next day. When I arrived on 3/23/25, Nathan tells me that he had not ordered the radiator fan and didn’t understand what I meant. What? This didn’t make much since because it was a cut a dry type of request, so I asked Nathan how this mistake could take place and that’s when he got defensive. He told me that it was done, and that’s when he could do nothing for me. He then said I was yelling at him when I only referenced his error and sought for answer to how this could have happened. Nathan then said he wasn’t dealing with me at all proceeded to walk off to the back. I raised my voice at this point to tell him it wasn’t right how he was treating his customers an he walked back up front. Instead of now rectifying the situation and continuing with our business transaction , Nathan tells me I can just leave and proceeds to curse me out. This all happened so fast and in such a strange manner. Who taught this unprofessional weirdo how to treat his customers and why would he get so elevated by a customer asking questions about a product they wanted to buy that you admittedly stated you made a mistake by not ordering it? Something tells me he would not have been this way with someone that looks like him, He flew off the handle wayyy to quick , was dismissive and absolutely disrespectful. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION! And Nathan, your superiors will find out.

My Van broke down in the parking lot at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Sea Tac. Nathan went above and beyond in his efforts to help me. I called a mobile mechanic, Nathon got the parts and even offered to help. Kept tabs on the repair. Customer service like this is hard to find. I was able to continue my trip, thanks to Nathan and the staff at O'reilly

Big kudos to Nathan, who went above and beyond helping me out when my car blew the oil fill cap and spewed oil all over the engine compartment. I was head home by myself, and I still had over an hour to go. After he gathered all the supplies I needed, he then took them out to my car and added the oil, put on the new cap, & helped me wipe up the oil. He also suggested that I pull over after 20 miles and recheck the oil level. Thank you so much Nathan for your calm demeanor and help in what was a very stressful situation for me.

Wow!!! Me and my cousins were going to the zoo with my grandma, and our tire started rapidly losing pressure. We went to O'Reilly's and bought a tire filling can that was meant to seal the tire up and restore pressure. In the parking lot me and my grandma tried to get it to work, but neither of us had used it before, and I hadn't screwed it onto the tire valve tight enough (lol😂). Anyway, an employee named Charles saw us struggling to figure it out. He did not have to come out and help us, but he did anyway. He helped us get the spare tire on after he realized there were fairly large bits of metal embedded in the original tire. He was above and beyond helpful, and he saved our trip to the zoo! God bless him😀

I am customers with O’Reilly auto parts on this location from last 3 years. Recently I went there to check my car headlight bulb warranty. Usually staff of this place super nice and helpful. But today I seen new guy name Gade who’s extremely rude with customer for service. First he never know how to deal with customer then he started arguing with me just to look warranty on my accounts. When I wanted to complain his manager about it then he literally lied to me and said I’m manager here. Furthermore when I tell him I need to check my wipers which I bought 8 month ago with warranty and someone your staff recommended me to bought this expensive best wipers then he said that I’m not a mechanic. He clearly denied to help me. Then lady Chrissy who’s manager there came out on my call. She was also not good at all to hear customer reviews and problems about products. Basically she was pretending his coworker who literally lied to me that he’s manger even he just new there I never seen him before since I go this place a lots. After having silly arguments with her she able to listen my problems, however still she needs reason why this happen after 8 months from buy date. First understand your policy you tell customers to buy expensive stuff which have one year warranty period if anything happens. However when customers figure out after few months then you argue why it happens now. If you giving one year warranty then doesn’t mean problem should be happen first week after buy. I have one year warranty then I can come to complain if it giving me problem before year period or also tell your management to give just one month or week warranty rather fight with customer. Overall very bad experience with this place better go to Auto zone just next to them and they have well and trained staff with high customer satisfaction. There’s not point to spend lots of money on expensive and high quality products if there’s employees gonna argue with you once you go there to check stuff in warranty you bought spending extra money. They really need to work on customer service otherwise this concern make them lost there customer on this place.

Really disappointed with the customer service at this location this morning. I went in for fuel stabilizer and a battery booster. I had questions on both since I have no experience with either things, I waited but the two on staff were outside working on a vehicle and no one was in the shop. When they finally came back in, I asked the younger girl for help picking out what I needed and the first thing out of her mouth in a somewhat condescending tone was “so what’s your question?” which I replied, again, that I needed guidance on what to buy. So her, the other older gentleman and I go look at them and neither were very knowledgeable on either product. Multiple times they answered “I don’t know” to basic questions, which was surprising since every other time I go to O’Reilly’s the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up buying a completely different fuel stabilizer and left to Harbor Freight for the booster. The man said they might have them in stock and I could ask the girl to check, but by then I was ready to leave after that experience.

On the way back from an DOL's office, I stopped at this store to purchase some screws to install a license plate. A young gentleman employee name Tarik whom wasn't hesitated to go extra, extra 😜 miles to assist me with this issue. He also showed me a trick how to prevent my tab from stealing (his father's). He done all of these with a great warm attitude and a beautiful smile 😍 which made me feel so welcome and blessed. I definitely recommend him as an individual as well this store. Please keep it up as I will keep this store as my store to go for all my auto 's needs. I am very appreciated for all the help you have done for me.

Wow I am blown away. B#### (name changed) was so helpful and so understanding. And listen to the issues and what I was looking parts for and went out with a tester with me to test my theory of what was wrong with my car. I don't get this when I go to the place across the street. I am now a customer of O'Reilly. I'm not going back other than warranty work to their competitor. I encourage you that this location will take care of you. I will be returning. Their prices were on par with their competitors, but they're concerned and understanding was very, very surprising. I've been coming in regularly for parts for a few years. The cashiers are incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly, something that is incredibly rare in a big-box store. I keep making excuses to come back.

Went there twice on Easter Sunday 2020. Both cashiers didn't ask for my rewards card or card cell phone number. The first time I remembered and got my discount. I forgot the second time. Never had such bad service either. It was like I was bothering them to be there. I won't be back. I'd give it a negative 5 stars if I could. I'll go back to O Reilly's on Auburn Way. A little out of my way but worth the drive.

Absolutely THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I needed help with a check engine light as I was nearly broken down with my 6 year old son... they told me this wasn't a service they provide. It clearly states on the window they diagnose check engine lights! Also when I went in to purchase an item, I was not asked if I needed any help. When checking out, not one word was said to me, not even the total of my purchase! I had to ask how much I owed! The guys were too busy talking with each other. Absolute waste of time coming here.

This for me was a very off putting visit. I miss spoke and was made fun essentially asking for a product then because the associate helping me did not want to get up told me the part number and said it's on the back wall. All while another co-worker is fighting with what seemed to be another co-worker who had a disability. I was not the only customer in the store but this was the least professional visit to a store I have had in a long while.

Simply the best place to go for auto parts, accessories, and advice: my 2000 Ford Escort didn't pass the emissions exam and the service people patiently guided me to the remedy: analyzed the "check engine" warning, sold me the minimum amount of products, lent me specialized tools- all at a cost of less than $20!

Stopped in for some windshield wipers blades, you never know you need them till it rains LOL , so the service rep checked the computer for the right size, then walked me over to show me the sale they had on bosch blades 50 % off which made them cheaper than their cheapest set so saved me & gave me a better wiper blade !!! Thanks Again !!!!

Was making our way back to Vancouver, Canada, when my truck had sprung a pinhole leak in the radiator. Was losing coolant rapidly and managed to limp it over to O’Reillys, and the amazing staff member Keith, went out of his own way to give me a hand in fixing it before I left. Thankfully we got home safe and sound, but wanted to let people know, Keith was such an amazing help.

I'm from out of town and had to get a part for a rental Mercedes Metris. Richard (manager) tried every combination and then sourced the part for me quickly. Only waited an hour and he let me know where to get it to save me some more money. Great service and fantastic auto knowledge. Thanks Richard and the guys at O'Reilly's in SeaTac.
