Mike at the Issaquah O’Reilly’s was absolutely helpful when I stopped in tonight. He assisted me with finding the right wiper blades, cabin and engine air filters, and even helped me with the install.

I guess not the employees fault (who are helpful) but they have a policy that they don’t match the prices from their online store, which is ridiculous.
I stopped by at this location last night right before they closed due to blowout head light .
Your store is so lucky to have someone like Alonzo.. he was extremely helpful to find me the right item and offered the replacement it for me. Which was so so helpful as it was dark and raining and I had a long ways to drive. He saved my day. Thank you Alonzo

He was very kind and helpful and assisted me in choosing the right windshield washer fluid for my car. The service was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I would definitely come back and highly recommend Alanzo!
I've always hated going to this O'reillys. The staff always act like it's a chore to help you. Unfortunately a week ago, this store was the closest to my errand run and I went to exchange a jug of oil for a different viscosity. Should have been a straight up exchange, but because i purchased the original jug on a deal (earlier in the day), they weren't willing to give me the "deal." With service as bad as O'Reilly's gives, if I'm not getting a good price, I'll just shop online. I don't need you. You need me. Goodbye.
Unprofessional and arrogant employee..Today 12/09/2025 at 20:34… I wanted to return stuff with receipt that was opened but I didn't use it..to which I received a refusal with an aggressive face...his behaves as if he is the owner...it is noticeable that he was focused on being on the phone and was disturbed.
The worst experience, they have an old guy seems like does not wantt to work there. Helpless and seems really lazy, same with a you g guy who also look really unprofessional about returns same as the old guy seems like they don't enjoy what they are doing. Best advice change jobs for something you don't have to have any contact with costumers.
I had just purchased an older car so I stopped by O’Reilly’s to get the battery tested. Noah was great! He helped me diagnose the battery, which needed a replacement, and he also helped me purchase a new one. The battery on the car was locked in place by a security bar as well as a secured plastic cover. It required a bit of work to replace the battery but Noah made it happen quickly and efficiently. He was super nice and I recommend seeing Noah if you need quality assistance. Thanks Noah.
I stopped by tonight since one of my headlights was dead. The employee who helped me (I didn’t get their name unfortunately) was amazing. They found the exact bulb I needed and even showed me how to install it. Wonderful customer service. This place will definitely be my go to next time I need anything auto parts related.
I went in looking for some wiper blades. Levi was helpful in looking up the correct sizes for my car. After purchase, he saw me struggling to put on the new blades and came out to help me in the parking lot. What a kind gesture beyond his store duty!
Cashier had you wait for at least 10 minutes, before helping. He was just putting a couple items away. Acted has if we didn't exist. Will not be going back there.
Great service and very nice people. I needed two screws for my front license plate. I had no idea what to look for or how to install. Their customer service was great and Juan Carlos volunteered to help me mount the plate to the new front (car been in an accident and the new metal part didn’t have the two holes, only marks where they should be).
A big thank you to Juan Carlos for his excellent customer service! He had my battery checked (it was bad), had my purchase completed (answered all my questions about the different options), and had the new battery installed in under 20 minutes! He was fantastic and gave me a battery changing lesson along the way. Thanks for getting me on the road so quickly!

Be prepared to bring cash to cover the non-optional tip for battery installation. Yep, that happened to me today. It was quite unpleasant, especially since I was told over the phone yesterday that installation was free of charge. If you're going to charge for installation, just be upfront about it and avoid the tipping nonsense. Additionally, when I requested the battery installation, the salesperson seemed annoyed. If he didn't want to do it or couldn't do it, he should have just said so.
I stopped in on the evening of 10/26 to buy some wiper blades. One of the employees appeared to be in an altered state and was loudly talking/laughing to himself, then began inappropriately engaging customers. I sent a note to the store manager, but they ignored the situation. Very disappointed in the way this store is managed / operated.
Ryan really came through today! He helped get me a battery, and since they couldn't install it there, he gave me the name of a friend who could help. Ryan is very customer friendly and I am very thankful for all the help and knowledge! I now have a go-to place for most of my car troubles! Thank you Ryan!
I had a great experience at O’reilly auto parts today. I’ve been have trouble with getting my car to start recently and I wasn’t sure if I had a bad alternator, battery or starter. Mathew helped me diagnose my issue very quickly! Turns out it was the battery! What impressed me was he was willing to take the time and check all the potential problems so I wouldn’t be stranded in the future. Mathew then went above and beyond by helping me pick out a good battery at a price that was within my budget- not just trying to push the most expensive part. After that he helped me by taking out and installing my new battery in a matter of minutes completely free of charge. He also let me know that I can earn cash back if turn in my old battery, which saved me another $25. He was extremely friendly and helpful through the whole process. My car runs perfect now. Thank you Mathew!!!

I went to Brown bear to get my car washed. My license plate screw came out. The clerk was very helpful. I appreciate😊 him. He found a screw, he says if it works no charge. Wow 🤩okay thank you so much for your kindness. I hope he has fantastic days.
Absolutely the best!! Greg went out of his way to be helpful and informative. Helped me with a diagnostic issue that I was dealing with (by testing for the code)...not only explained what possibly needed to be done, but gave me detailed printouts and suggested mechanics in the area that were reasonable in price (I know that they were legitimately good companies because I've used them before and was thoroughly satisfied with the service I received, e.g. Stingray in Redmond). Very very trustworthy. Other service people who were there also asked if I needed assistance when Greg was with other customers, no one was idle...very happy with this store!
On our way from Ellensburg to Seattle we had a windshield wiper catastrophe! This O'Reilly's saved us! They even helped come tighten the wipers when our problems persisted. Highly recommend!!
