I was repairing a vehicle for a friend at a location of his business. I was not able to complete the task in full and needed it towed to my garage. The driver arrived at the time that was predicted and did not hesitate to put the truck right into position for the tow. I explained that I needed to get home and prep my garage for the vehicle to be dropped off because it was a mess and did not expect to have to be able to fit a car in it until that point. I was able to, after initial introduction to my driver, leave him with the keys and my vehicle and get to my garage ahead of him by a small margin. This allowed me the necessary few extra minutes to prep for the drop off. This small amount of time was just enough to then have the vehicle rolled right off the flat bed, and directly into my garage where I could continue the repairs. This was a critical point for myself. Because if not able to do this, I would have had to work on it in my driveway, which is not ideal. The driver perfectly understood everything that I was attempting to accomplish and without hesitation, reassured me that it was no problem.It could not have worked out better or gone any smoother. No issues whatsoever. These guys are top notch as far as I'm concerned. And I would be happy to know they were on the task, should I ever need their services in the future.
My night wasn't going so great after finding my 2 front tires slashed. My insurance company got me and my car home with Rapid Response Towing and Balal, I hope I spelled his name right was quick and courteous. Thank you for helping me tonight.
The tow driver came to the rescue at the estimated time offered by the dispatcher. He was friendly, efficient and careful with my car throughout the tow delivery. I had an excellent experience !

He towed my car (which had a bad starter) in the middle of the night, from Snoqualmie Casino all the way back to Seattle. An unbelievably stress free experience to alleviate a bad situation.

Wow, this team was quick, communication was excellent and overall service was far better than I’ve had in the past. The tow request was initiated by my Insurance company, the entire ordeal was low stress and seamless. Hopefully we keep the towing to a minimum but if it happens again I’m requesting Rapid Response Towing.
My friend’s car died on me near a Shell gas station in Fairwood/Renton area. I was worried that my friend’s dealership plates were going to get stolen if I left the car unattended. AJ answered my call, came to pick me up at my house to get the keys at no extra charge from what I was originally quoted. He literally was able to tow the car within 35 minutes from the time I called Rapid Response Towing! You guys are awesome!!! Thank you.
The tow truck operator (Yaqoob) did an excellent job of towing my motorcycle, verifying it was safe, secure, and not damaged in transit. Highly recommend for towing motorcycle tow.
I really appreciate the quick service! I had a very stressful morning due to my car not starting when I was in a rush and I had loaded my kids up in the car. They were able to come within 30 minutes of giving them a call and towing it where i needed it all within an hour. Made my morning a lot better. I did not get the guys name but Thank you!!
