Hayden and Ben were great. Helped us test our battery even when they were busy. Some guy was there yelling at them and making a scene but they handled it professionally. Kudos to them.
I called O'Reilly when I needed a new battery for my Toyota Highlander. They had it ready and helped to get it installed (fortunately a dry day). Professional and friendly service.
I am in town from Arizona and wanted to help my Dad out and get his dead headlight changed. I bought the bulb and Kalel was so, so kind and changed it for me in the parking lot. I would have had no idea how to do it so I am so appreciative! Great customer service and I will tell everyone to come here!
Went in to get my check engine code read and worked with a nice woman named cat not only gave me the codes but made sure I knew what the codes were for and what was the next best step with my knowledge and what they could provide!
Robert was fantastic. Probably the best service I have ever received at an auto parts store. He is the definition of what great customer service should look like and most likely won my service back the next time I need something. He helped me diagnose my battery problem, pick out a new battery and even installed it for me. Went above and beyond. You have yourself a special employee.

Robert to me showed exceptional customer service skills, when I came into your store on April 3rd 2025 needing a bulb for my headlight, passenger side. I wasn't sure if it was the high or low beam.
He escorted me outside & he checked it for
me, it was the low beam.
I purchased the bulb & was able to do a price match for a better price ($17.59).
Robert proceeded to go back to my vehicle & install the bulb in for me, and made sure it was working properly.
Robert kindness & professionalism went over and above. While under the hood of my vehicle, I noticed there was no cap where you would put oil in my car.
I had no idea WHY was it gone seeing I had not changed the oil in the vehicle as yet.
I asked in his opinion/ expertise should there be a cap & he said yes definitely.
He did not see any oil residue up or around my engine area thank goodness.
We went back inside & he looked up that particular oil cap, unfortunately you did not have it in stock, he said he could order it.
I didn't want to drive any further without one, and expressed, I would stop at another store closer to my home in Kent.
I am so Thankful for Robert for his Above & Beyond Customer Service, checking & installing my light bulb and giving me sound advice to get a oil cap ASAP.

Manager wants to argue about a $4 difference in a price match when it's a commercial account why offer price matching? If you're going to argue about it will not be returning this is becoming my least favorite store

I received exceptional customer service at O'Reilly Auto Parts, located at 4350 NE 4th St A. The manager, Robert, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. After ringing up my purchases, he surprised me by offering to help put the antifreeze in my car, which I honestly didn't expect, as I thought that kind of service was a thing of the past.
Once at the car, Robert checked my antifreeze levels and told me I didn’t really need any. However, while checking some other things, he noticed that my brake fluid was low. He quickly switched out my antifreeze for the brake fluid and then went back to my car to top it off.
I really appreciated Robert's attention to detail and the extra care he took to ensure I was making the right purchase. His willingness to help, even with tasks beyond what’s expected, truly shows his dedication to customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find such outstanding service in today's world. Thank you, Robert, for going above and beyond!

My car died nearby so I took it in here to see if Oreillys could help me out. Aiden was awesome as he helped me with the ODM and even checked my battery, alternator, and starter. My car started up again, so I’m grateful for that but also grateful to know that it wasn’t the battery, alternator, or starter thanks to Aiden’s help! Thank You Aiden!
A clerk named Aiden James Blaylock went above and beyond today to assist me in modifying and retrofitting wiper blade ! Awesome customer service super friendly and knowledgeable! I recommend shopping there to anyone!
Shop anywhere but here. The employees are rude and lazy. The assistant manager clearly does a LOT of meth. From what I've seen, her and the guy in the back deal drugs out of the store. There are some sketchy people that work there. I've also seen personally, very inappropriate public displays of "affection" between the guy who looks hispanic and the girl with bright red hair. Of course this was while people, including myself were waiting to be helped. Do something about your employees, O'Reilly's!
Took my car battery it to get a charge. Was told to return in 1 hour. When I returned they told me the battery was not any good. The cheapest replacement was $180. Pluse tax.
Took the "Bad Battery " home and checked it . It was fully charged. Put it in my vehicle and had no problems. Never will I return to this location.
Renton Highlands 4th Ave NE... DISHONEST STAFF!!
This last week the temperature has been 85* - 90+* . As most should know extreme weather ( hot or cold) is hard on car batteries. This battery that was " dead , won't take a charde" according to staff is still going strong weeks after told it was bad, even throughout 90* weather!!
It was a good experience. Helpful person though he made me spend $25 more than it was nessecery. I guess a good sales man. Overall, it was a good experience. I usually go to auto zone this time also went both places to compare and auto zone did not give me a good vibe at all. I suppose they did not have good salespeople there.
The people there don't have any idea what they're doing. I have better luck blindly ordering parts online. You'd be lucky to get the correct part 20% of the time
Thanks, but no thanks. With the horrible service a person gets from thd manager, and the absolute lack of knowledge, I have no desire spending any more time, energy or money at this location.
The manager at this location is either outside smoking, or talking down to a customer as if it's their fault that their car broke down. Very rude and condescending.
Rome helped me diagnose why my back brake lights were not working. He even fixed the high center brake light which had old bulb parts left in the socket from the last time someone tried to change it. I left with everything working. What great customer service! I will definitely take my business there next time.
Went in to see if they could use the code reader to see what was wrong with my car. Was told that the code reader wouldn't read a service engine soon light. Went across to auto zone and they happily got the code reader and tested my car no questions asked. Go next door to auto zone if you can.
While driving back from the airport, I passed by this location because I had a check engine light. The person at the desk was super helpful and friendly, and gave me a Bosch OBDII reader to diagnose the issue. I told him the codes, and he immediately knew that it was related to oxygen sensors. He quickly looked up the parts needed for me, and shared some of his experiences and expertise. I felt as if I was consulting with a best friend who is an auto expert. If you need anything for your vehicle and are near this location, I'd highly recommend them.
Mary helped me out over the course of a few months with the alternator in my Subaru. She was very knowledgeable and professional and empathized with me and my situation. We ended up trying 4 different alternators only to find out that this particular Subaru doesn't play nice with aftermarket voltage regulators. Her patience and perseverance was a great help, moreso than the actual autoshow I took it to to get looked at. Thank you Mary!
I will never go to another O'Reily. The girls who worked there have no idea what they are doing. They watched me pour a huge jug of oil in my car without checking it and I over filled it by 3 quarts and they didn't say anything about it. I asked for help finding the oil thing and putting oil in, because the dipstick showed it was low. Yes I know it's not their job, but they should at least know the basics. Shame on them for not teaching their employees the basics of car maintenance.
O'Reillys is all about the customers needs. No matter what your looking for the employees here aim to please and satisfy. Their extremely knowledgeable in all aspects. I have never had to look any further because this store really has the competition beat hands down. It's the only one I go to. Service is always outstanding. Store is well stocked. Easy to find what your looking for. This is the cleanest and most orderly store I've been to. Never have had to wait in line to make my purchases. Really go out of their way to help you with your needs.
Great, fast and easy. The store is laid out very well. You walk i and can know exactly where to find whatever you are looking for. This location sells parts you will need for fixing your vehicle, maintaining its appearance ans well as keeping your driveway clean. I would 100% recommend this place to all my friends in the Renton Highlands.
