A few weeks ago I walked into this shop crying, after being treated like complete trash at the Windsor Vehicle Licensing place down the road. I was upset because I couldn’t get my license plate off the back of my car so I could put my new ones on and with being new in town I just didn’t have anyone I could ask that I knew. I came across a gentleman at the counter and with tears in my eyes I literally asked him if he could be my dad for a few minutes and help me get my plates switched. Without hesitation he grabbed some tools and came to my rescue. I offered to buy something but he just said he was glad to help. It really meant so much to me. I was completely overwhelmed when I walked in there and I left feeling very relieved. So thank you and shout out to my temporary dad behind the counter ?
If you’re not using Carquest Auto Parts in Moses Lake, you’re missing an opportunity to access a local business with an incredibly brilliant knowledge of automotive parts. Levi and staff consistently help me determine the part I need even when I don’t know what the part is called. I really appreciate that most parts are in stock or available within a day. I love having a local business that I can always count on.
Levi is always willing to go above and beyond to help find what you need. Generally he can get his hands on what you need by the next day if it isn't stocked already.
They always have what I need, and majority of it specialty by the next day. From my Lexus car to Duramax truck, Jeep, snowmobiles, snobikes, dirtbikes and off road jeep. Rob Jones is a certified Fox shock dealer, and can also get lifts, tires, lighter, etc etc. Sign says Carquest, but I do ALL MY OFFROAD, SNOW SAND AND DIRT SHOPPING HERE. I WILL SHOP HERE FOR LIFE! Great customer service, and prices I found to be better than anywhere else. They also are the local LineX dealer, and Rob is soon to open DirtWorx, basically your one stop for ANYTHING on or offroad!
I was impressed with patience shown to me by the staff at car quest, even though the item was inexpensive with little profit. They took extra time to locate it for me. I definitely would return to them the next time I'm looking for an auto part.
Pretty relieved to know they had exactly what I needed. I went there for some sanding disc pads and they had all sorts of paint supplies which I needed. The guy was pretty helpful and helping me find the things that I needed. They have General auto parts, but I think their main focus is paint for automotive. I've had other good experiences with Carquest as well. For an example my friends Sprint car was sponsored by Carquest and seem to be a good sponsor for him because he was getting Auto Parts as part of the deal. For me it's always been over-the-counter business between Carquest and I, but my friends seem to like doing business with them. I tried to do some advertising for Carquest and they seem uninterested. It's apparent that they don't have a huge budget for marketing simply based on the signage and advertising they have around town. Decent parts and decent employees leads to a good service experience.
