What clients say about All American Classics Inc in Vancouver (WA)
I recently purchased an NOS radiator for a '46 Chev from All American Classics. The radiator is perfect, and even in the original box with original shipping tags and all. The packing for shipping was truly fantastic! There was absolutely no way it was going to be damaged in shipping. 🙂 Thanks for a truly great buying experience!
I bought these seats the other day I called and told them they didn’t fit so I took the harness from my seats and they worked…it wouldn’t have been fair to return them after someone took the time out to remove them they do have good customer service thanks
Contacted All American Classic for a set of GM Corvette mirrors & they were great! Fair prices and fast shipping. Packaged arrived well packed for safe shipping. Definitely contacting them again for more Corvette C3 parts. Also, found them on IG. PS. Mirrors were black and I had them painted to match my C3 blue color.
Want to say THANK YOU radio came in today and everything looks and works as described.. Looking forward to ordering from you again. Have a good day and many more.
Great team of people at All American classics. My vehicle purchase was a smooth seamless transaction. Always nice to see what engines are in the show room, for your next swap! I get the pleasure of driving by everyday to see the great stuff coming in.
Worked with me to check some painstaking details and sent me some very nice Corvette leaf springs for a super deal. Thanks!
These guys deserve more than 5 stars!!! Real professionals with great attitude towards customer satisfaction! Great communication and actual desire to help the customer! I ordered a part and paid almost $3k, they were thoughtful enough to point out some of the specifics of the part after I paid which made me discover that I ordered the wrong part. They were very understanding and gave me a full refund.
Great customer service , timely responses and to the point answers 10/10 would recommend for all your classic car part needs
I bought my transmission for my Corvette, C6 And it’s bad Transmission when I contact them they told me we don’t have warranty it’s one of the biggest scam I don’t recommend them and they block me from all social media this way I don’t keep my comment I have the receipt The only reason I bought it because they claim it have 16,000 miles only. It’s look you don’t know what you’re talking about can you tell me what car I install it on? Can you name the shop who installed it? I have receipt At least overhear you can’t delete the review And I reach you before your warranty went out Now I have big doubts about you, because it look like you delete every negative common And I’m over here taking full responsibility for my decision buying Transmission from you and I will learn from my mistake. I will never do that again. It’s OK you can keep blaming me, but I don’t have nothing to do with it
I dealt with Todd and my experience was excellent.I Would be happy to do business with them in the future
I called about fender I needed for my 1986 F-150. I talked to Mark several times about it, he sent me pics on it, gave me a price on shipping (1500 miles) and I told him to go ahead with it. When I received it I was surprised to see how well this was packaged. I could tell care was taken removing it from the vehicle it was on. I would not hesitate to get other parts from them. First rate in my opinion. For Mark, and everyone else involved in getting this shipped to me, THANKS!!!!
been coming for years always had a good experience! always some cool cars parked out front and some cool people inside!
Great part selection, but they sent a “complete” door that was gutted. They also charged a ridiculous amount for freight up to Seattle, were not communicative enough on the pricing, and forgot an additional part that I confirmed with them that I wanted over the phone multiple times. Update: after my review, a team member reached out to me personally to alleviate my concerns and worked to ensure they were all addressed. He was great to work with and they conducted their business very professionally.
I purchased a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado from Todd back in August. I was 1700 miles away so I was totally dependent upon what he described on the truck as being accurate and to say I was pleasantly surprised when it got here, would be putting in mildly. This is one of those times that you got more than you expected. I would not hesitate in doing business with them again. They were honest and great to work with. Thanks again, Todd!
I bought some parts from all American classics! I contacted Tyler on marketplace he got all the parts I needed for my c4 I scheduled a time to pick up since Im from Everett wa and he had everything I needed super easy and fast response! Also they gave me one wrong part and since I live so far Tyler was willing to ship at no cost!! Super friendly and nice guy to do business with! Definitely recommend contacting Tyler!
Friendly folks and great prices. When I'm in the market I'm flying out and driving something back to Missouri
Picked up a C5 HUD unit complete with the bezel, required cables and the switches themselves for less than $300. Great deal and better than what I could find on other places on the internet. If you're local and have a Corvette, you're going to find a lot of goodies here. Inside of the shop is LITTERED with complete drivetrains, engine parts, wheels, and literally anything you might need for a car. Their website is great for searching too. Will be returning for sure!
I have used them several times. Always happy with the transaction. I have been in the old car world for over 50 years. I know how difficult this stuff is. They do try. And , in my opinion, do a great job. They are my go to when I do not have something. There will always be some nancy out there . No one can make them happy.
I have been building old classic cars and Hot Rods for decades and this place has been the go to place if not just the parts for a wealth of information and all of the employees they're amazingly helpful and top notch. Some people like to shop at a store or a mall I can spend hours roaming their yard of old cars trucks and classic parts, but that's just me! 🙂
These guys sold very hard to find 1963 Bel Air 2 door quarter panel trim for a very decent price. I was very impressed on how the packed my items to the insure that they were not damaged by the shippers. I am very happy customer.
These guys are some of the honest, great working people I have ever met. They always worked with me with everything I came to them for and have the best customer service I have ever experienced. As a service member and University student I had many questions but was always left assured by how polite and respectful they were. They withhold a standard of business that is quickly disappearing, you show the same respect they give you and you will have an excellent time with them if that be vehicle or parts purchasing or otherwise. Todd and his wife know what they’re doing here at All American Classics and I can’t say enough to the service they are doing to the Car community not just in Washington but worldwide. I will always suggest them for parts to all my friends in the hobby and I hope to do business with them in the future.
I have an all original, Southern truck, that had an unfortunate mishap (driver's door got punched in).I knew aftermarket panels were not worth their price, and decided after years of following them on social media, knew they would be the ones to have the part i needed. Or so i thought. It took numerous phone calls just to actually get information on what available parts they had (their website is pretty useless for locating parts imo) i found what i needed, and a few more phone calls was followed up with an emailed invoice. I paid, and it was sent. What i received was a very poorly packaged door (laid flat on a pallet to be shipped across the boarder, and the other side of the continent) which resulted in a destroyed door. All damage was noted by the shipper (who filled their own report) yet very little effort was made to have it rectified. So now, $1000 out the door (no pun intended) and i'm left with a very bitter experience in dealing with them. EDIT: follow-up to your response (to which i was never notified by google). Lets clarify your prices first. You're stating USD, i'm stating CAD, which is what the end cost is relevant. As well as the shipping cost being included in my original comment, as it does equate to the cost of buying the door (even though AAC may not pocket the shipping costs). Your counter man, Mark, was the one who told me when i called, that your company crates the door for shipping, as you know some carriers don't pay attention to labels like "FRAGILE". I also don't buy your claim that the carrier wanted photos - their driver took photos (while it was still in the trailer) as he knew a claim was being filed AND called his dispatcher to advise them. I also emailed multiple photos to Lois (more then once i might add) as well as follow-up phone calls. No phone calls or emails were ever made by AAC or it's representatives after the email of photos were sent. 7 weeks after i received the door (June 13/23), YELLOW Transportation filed for bankruptcy, so any responsibility from them (for the damages) would have as much chance of happening, as making a wish happening, when you blow out your birthday cake candles, so i'm guessing this is the real reason behind nothing happening with my claim.
Just happened to be driving by with a carb spring I couldn't find at any hardware or auto parts store. Ditto with the web with a place that carries "10 million springs in stock". So I pull in and show the boys the spring and they didn't have what I thought might be bins full of them. But they say I could go and look in the yard. Nice trip down memory lane for sure...heavy on GM cars, BTW, but nothing for my Mercury. Just as I was getting ready to leave, I spied a '69 Ford LTD and lift the hood and BAMM...there's the spring. I carefully remove it and happier than someone with sliced bread AND canned beer, bring my prize up. Uh oh...seems this place isn't "Pick 'n Pull" where I'm a frequent flyer. I wasn't supposed to pull the parts myself and I apologized profusely but I did relate to them that I"m respectful at salvage yards, close doors, windows and hoods, even when someone else doesn't, and I don't cut wires...you get the picture. Five bucks later and I was on my way, promising to sin no more. I mean, they have signs all over the place in big letters, but I was just so excited to even SEE cars from the '60's & '70's (including a '61 Meteor Montcalm Canadian Ford) that I simply WASN'T paying attention (I didn't even have tools with me). Simply nice, nice people running an honest business and giving new life to classic cars. First place I'd look if I ever need anything again.
Real nice fellows although I knew exactly what I was looking for one of the help was unsure if I would find what I need. I located exactly what I was looking for in minutes and loved the look of the seats as well, thought, "A good deal on these seat belts and I might get this whole interior." I was hoping not to pay for full price for seatbelts so I looked for the more tore up of the sets. Mostly just wanted the convenience of getting what I needed today and possibly getting a deal, ya know instant gratification and all that jazz. Instead I just ordered a full set of four with retractable belts; a one up on the used set, for ten more dollars than I was quoted for with new mounting hardware and belt stays. I hate to take my business elsewhere but if I'm going to be filling an entire 40 ft bus with more a more classic style I think it might be worth traveling for. 🤔 I appreciate the thin attempt at negotiating to keep my business.

I needed One of the hardest parts to find in the world. And they had it. Awsome customer service. Kept me informed on shipping, part arrived as described.I am so thankful. I Would recommend to anyone who needs a classic part go here first 10 🌟
Great experience. Friendly on the phone, called me back when he said he would. Correct part arrived very well packaged.
Great communication, very helpful and respectful seller. quick response time and great parts. Will buy from again and recommend
This company is worth its weight in gold . Really helpful and offer a great service , which is what you need restoring a rare car in the UK .Will be using again 👍
This is hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. I came in to buy a hood and some other parts, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped me make sure that the load was secure when I was loading the hood into the back of a pickup. I had to drive for 4 hours in order to get here, but it was definitely worth it.
I had a great experience! Pat would get the parts I needed and was super patient! Jamie was the gentleman looking up the parts for me and was also patient! I recommend this business!! God bless!!
