Chappelle’s was fast and Cody was professional and friendly. My truck was loaded and on its way promptly. I really appreciated that Cody texted me a photo after dropping off the truck at the shop.
DO NOT USE CHAPPELLES!!! They are so over priced it is actually sickening $300 for a .9 mile tow absolutely ridiculous. I don’t even understand how they can get off charging something like that. Never will I ever recommend this towing company

Super friendly gent, very good communicator and solid driver. He was everything that I hoped I would get. Can’t believe AAA sent him all the way from Vancouver, but he showed up when he said he would and was really helpful.
The driver Cody was fantastic. So positive when I was feeling really bummed! Expert driving also! We have a long narrow driveway and he maneuvered it perfectly!

Robert was a very professional operator, and clearly knew his equipment well. A $60K pickup shouldn't need to be towed, but a software "update" killed it. Robert took great care of my vehicle, drove safely, and unloaded like a pro. I would definitely use Chappelle's again.
I had an excellent experience with Chapelle’s Towing! Chad was very personable and pleasant to talk to. He’s also a very skilled driver and operator, he handled getting my van backed into a tight space very very well. There was a very tight gap between the bumper and my driveway and to ensure the utmost care Chad took the time to jack up the vehicle and make sure that everything cleared smoothly. He showed professionalism and care for my van! The response was very quick as well! I had waited for some time for help from another provider and when that didn’t work out, reaching out to Chappelle's I got a response and help within minutes. All in all, 10/10 Would recommend!

I just got done driving 32 hours across multiple states with my 1 year old daughter to see my other 2 beautiful daughters. We stopped at a hotel to check in and then we're headed out to get my other girls. I set my purse on the passenger seat that had my car keys in and got my baby buckled into her car seat. I didn't realize the car locked and I shut her door. I went to get in and couldn't. I was so scared and crying. I called 911 and they sent Chad from Chappelles towing out to me. He wasted no time getting my car unlocked so I could get my baby. I'm so very grateful for Chad and the kindness and professionalism he showed in my time of need. I highly recommend this company. I couldn't start my car last night, so I called AAA. They dispatched Chappelle’s Towing, with an estimated response time of an hour later. I had just got off the phone with AAA when Chad, the driver, called, saying he would arrive in about twenty minutes. He was true to his word. He handled my car with care and agility as it was difficult getting out of the parking garage. If I ever need another tow, Chad will be the first person I call.
Chad at Chappelle’s was the best! My ‘66 VW decided it didn’t want to start and I contacted AAA. It was a dark, cold and rainy evening. 9:30 at night and he was an hour out. He arrived as scheduled and quickly got me hooked up and towed home. Chad was professional and brought a great attitude. I couldn’t thank him enough. Thanks, Chad!!

Chad came to our rescue last night. My daughter’s car needed towing and Chad called to let us know he was on his way. He was friendly, respectful and very competent. I had my van stuck in Portland and needed to tow to Battle Ground. I thought the price was fare for the time it took. Dillon was my driver and did a great job!
Thank you for rescuing us Sunday night when our motor shut off randomly. We were having issues starting it at the grocery store and it randomly worked after 20-30 minutes. Half way home the motor shut off. I ran the codes and it was a camshaft angle sensor fault. $50 later at Napa, she’s back on the road! I didn’t get the name of the tow truck driver, but it was good chatting with him. He’s a Nissan guy so he knew what could be the issue. If he sees this thank you for the tow home! After I fixed it we’re back on the road!
So impressed with Chad and his excellent care of my cousins antique model T. The car would not roll because the rear end was locked up. We were not sure how we would get it back home but Chad was able to get the rear end off the ground and get it safely back home. We sure could tell that Chad loves these old cars as much as we do.

Just had Greg pick my truck up (4/2/24), after a mechanical failure leaving my folks and I stranded after dinner. Cody came out and got my Tucson hooked up and taken to the mechanics shop quickly and professionally. I appreciated how communicative and proactive the entire team at Chappelles was. They made something that could have been very stressful a breeze.
Cody L was a fantastic tow driver! Called me and texted me multiple times to give me time updates, letting me know where he was, quick, upbeat, and professional. Getting a tow is always a stressful situation for a car owner, but Cody and Chappelle's was about the best experience I've had with a tow company through AAA. I've had tow calls that lasted multiple hours of waiting, Cody was there in about 30 minutes I think.

Ticket # 108882 pictured below I apologize I can't tell if its Devon or Deron. It was a stressful night on my end and I was a last min call through AAA he showed up was polite and kind. Took instruction, put up with me and my worry about creating extra damage to the vehicle as it was nose in a barn. He loaded the front on a dolly and we tied the side with no tire down. He pulled it out and we flipped it around so then nose was facing the back of the truck. He was careful and kind. He got my vehicle home safe and double checked all of his tie downs as well as stopping to tighten straps after we got off the grass. Off load we simple and he was able to get home to his kiddos at a decent hour! Thank you for your patients and coming to take care of a last min call. I understand how frustrating last min things can be when you have a family you want to get home to!! You rock bud!! Thank you for all of your help and I appreciate your kindness!
