Cody was a huge help and was patient with our job. We got locked out of the alley the vehicle was in, and waited for us. Eventually during the job when I was guiding him to the destination I was rear ended and Cody quickly took pictures of the incident to help me with the hit and run. Robert was a very professional operator, and clearly knew his equipment well. A $60K pickup shouldn't need to be towed, but a software "update" killed it. Robert took great care of my vehicle, drove safely, and unloaded like a pro. I would definitely use Chappelle's again.

Chad at Chappelle’s was the best! My ‘66 VW decided it didn’t want to start and I contacted AAA. It was a dark, cold and rainy evening. 9:30 at night and he was an hour out. He arrived as scheduled and quickly got me hooked up and towed home. Chad was professional and brought a great attitude. I couldn’t thank him enough. Thanks, Chad!!

So impressed with Chad and his excellent care of my cousins antique model T. The car would not roll because the rear end was locked up. We were not sure how we would get it back home but Chad was able to get the rear end off the ground and get it safely back home. We sure could tell that Chad loves these old cars as much as we do.
