Tyler at Evergreen is the best! He was so professional, knowledgeable and a really nice person. He showed up immediately i’d give him 10 stars if possible! He was very courteous and help me out. He towed my vehicle to a shop to get repaired. Everyone should call Evergreen towing if they need help.

Some of the reviews gave me pause for thought, but the world is full of Karen’s. I needed a large vehicle towed, and these guys are the only game on the peninsula. Even so, they were fair, they were reasonable. Was three Gard doll the comments about the lady answering the phones being terse, I sat in the office for about a half hour because I came early for something. I don’t think she’s rude, she’s direct, but she seems friendly enough. Busy. These people are busy. And I think I would point that out to everybody complaining that these guys didn’t feel like they wanted business. I have a feeling that these guys are busy enough that they’re going to be more selective on the jobs they do, and peoples approach probably makes a difference as well. I say this because I contacted them, I was polite, I wasn’t demanding, and they worked with me. When I told them what I was after, they immediately asked me if I could send pictures so they could make sure they would be able to accommodate me. They assured me that they would be able to do what I needed, they came out and they did what I needed. They were nice enough, efficient, enough, friendly enough, and I mean, I don’t expect them to be my best friend; I expect them to come out and do the job that needed to be done, and they did an incredible job. so I may just be one opinion, and I hope I don’t ever need their service again, but I’ll call them without hesitation if I do. And for me, that’s the testament to a quality business.

Repaired the front end, it looks great! It’s a clean ‘04, and they did it right!

I had new brakes and shocks put on and working with them was a pleasure. Friendly people, great price and a quality job. I'll be back? Thank you Dave Sequim

Oh my goodness, what could the worst night ever, turned out to be such a pleasant experience because of our tow driver, Tyler Alderson. He met us an hour before the window that AAA gave us, quickly got my car onto the flatbed and towed us all the way from Sequim to Snohomish. He was very efficient and effective. Not only that, he was so pleasant and really fun to talk with during the long drive. If anyone ever breaks down in Sequim, they should be as lucky and blessed as we were to have Tyler come save them!

My name is Gary sturdevant I called Evergreen collision & Auto Repair in sequim almost 4 weeks ago to set up a appointment with a man name Dave. Dave booked me on the calendar for the following year of 1/7/2025 in that time needless to say we did further diagnosis on the vehicle we have needing repair I had called in on 1/6/2025 the lady seem confused of who I was so I politely asked her to look up my name that I gave her for the 3rd time she asked. She could not find any information and said Dave must know also she proceeded to ask who I was me not understand she finally said on the 5th time what company are you with lol as she yelled this into the phone. I stated again I'm just a single customer in need of repair.. Dave will call you back.. I waited the rest of the afternoon giving I called at 1:30 & assumed we where still on for the following morning that Dave would call promptly well that wasn't the case. So I called Evergreen collision again and politely asked for Dave " Dave is out at the moment can he call you back?" OK I said being calm in my voice and demeanor not to come across agitated now at this point the Receptionist seemed agitated at me. So here it is 6 hours later approaching 2 pm no call from Dave needless to say. So I went on again for the 3rd time to contact Dave with a lady to answer yet again asking my name I told her I will be posting a review and following with a phone call to a manger of the horrible experience I had of getting lost in the system with not one recall of who I was or a concern in anyone's heart thru there voice to get to the bottom of the matter. This is my second issue with them the first was there tow truck operator delivered a vehicle that had been broken into on there property with resulting in a firearm missing with them not knowing anything or having footage of the matter! Goodbye Evergreen of sequim I will never do business with you again. Oh and by the way I have a prominent last name and we'll known in the area!

I had a flat tire on Christmas Day in Blyn at the Seven Cedars Casino. Called AAA and they sent out Evergreen Towing to change the flat for the spare. It was a miserable weather night, with a below freezing wind chill. Dave the owner of Evergreen came out himself and he was amazing! So tenacious, he worked hard to get the spare out from under my Chevy van and would not give up until the job was done! I think he had to use every tool he had in his truck to get the job done! Can't say enough great things about Dave and his company!

My RAV4 was hit by someone pulling away from the right side of the street. Her insurance wanted to total my car. I (and Evergreen) disagreed with their assessment. Evergreen had my car repaired and back on the road in a week. It looks brand new! Thank you, Evergreen for saving me from 5 years of car payments!

They have towed me once, repaired me twice...and I am about to have them schedule for accident repair and body work. They are consistently kind, prompt and have always exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this team!

I had a Allstate Claim and scheduled an inspection through Allstate. I received multiple communications reminding me of my scheduled appointment. I drove for 2hrs (round trip) only to find out they had no record of my appointment and could not help me, their next available date would be in 3 months. They blamed Allstate, when I called Allstate, they blamed Evergreen.. So everyone gets 1 star.. Evergreen definitely made me feel like they did not want my business, or maybe Allstates, not sure?

They came out to rescue me from the snow and ice, were super friendly as about it, and only charged me for the jump start, which allowed me to drive in. Then they fixed my starter the same morning. Great service!!

I LOVE your body work! I’m very happy with my car’s appearance after time under the hands of your able workers on my car. I’ve been to your garage before! You’ll see me again…although hopefully many years from now.

Dave was very patient with listening to what my issues and concerns were with my broken down car. He was able to look stuff up for me to help me get an idea on how much the repairs would cost and what else could be wrong with my car (my car had to be towed, so I had to describe the issue as I could not take it in to have it looked at). He was so kind, understanding and he was very good at explaining things, so I went ahead and scheduled with Evergreen for the repairs even though Les Schwabs quoted the repairs for a bit less. I have been to evergreen before a few times--all times I have needed repairs--and they have always done great work, so that helped too. I really like that they take the time to explain what was wrong and what they did/will do to repair it. -great customer service -very reliable work -honesty -just great!

I wish more tow companies AND mechanics/repair shops were like evergreen. Alex's roadside manner was top notch. Don, Brian and Greg were also very good to us and jumped in to help me out. It was very encouraging after a rough accident. Rob was a gentleman and Shelly was the sweetest Thank you all

This business and their team are exceptional. We had two of our cars repaired in back-to-back appointments last month. In spite of the fact that they struggle to hire enough help, Evergreen provided quality repairs on both cars and saved us more than $1K compared to other body shops in our area. It was definitely worth the hour drive!

Shelly is awesome! absolutely saved us with a car rental. My wife and I came up from Kentucky to take care of my grandmother, Shelly was so on point, no BS, we absolutely appreciate her!! Thankyou.

We were on vacation and had breakdown. 6 people in a van. They came and got us and stayed past closing to help get a rental van. There was a lot more to the story than that but we were very happy with everyone involved!

So I had a break down morning which left me stranded on the 101. I contacted AAA and they sent a truck out from Evergreen. The failure was in the front suspension and such that picking the car up was tricky. The tow truck driver Alex was very conscientious to pick the car up in such a manner as too not damage my car. The drop off point was also a bit tricky but Alex made it look easy. His professionalism and attitude will have me recommended Evergreen without hesitation.

This shop charged excessive storage for a totaled vehicle. Unacceptable. As an insurance company representative who works with shops every day, shops are always willing to negotiate storage, so they know they are starting at outrageous prices. This shop charged more than double a prevailing rate in their area, and refused to move what was charged. Additionally, they failed to notify the insurance company that the vehicle was still there, and was content to sit back and keep charging exorbitant storage fees. If you have a vehicle your insurance will need to evaluate DO NOT GO HERE.

Todd and crew did me justice!! Great body work on my old truck. Price was bid and at the time to make my payment it was LESS than their quote. Happy with the great job, fair price, the time it took and the service that everyone gave me. This is a great place with awesome people......

USAA sent us for repair to this Collision Center. We are not from this area and were skeptical of a small town. Boy, were we wrong. The street appeal is amazing , the service was completed a day and a half before we expected. Claude personally handled everything including updating us every day. What more could be expected? These guys are top notch and know their business. Their prices are reasonable. It is obvious why USAA sent us there. This center gives the quality of service that USAA demands of itself.

Excellent work done. Tony was very responsive and friendly. The reason for 3 stars is because of the rude woman who answers the phones and works the front end, the lack of communication(returning calls) and we were supposed to have a loaner car provided but because someone wasnt there Monday we couldn't get the loaner. Apparently nobody else there could issue a loaner except the one guy who didn't work Monday. Or maybe she was just too rude to want to help.

This is now my second time coming here. Others say it’s expensive but when your insurance covers the cost Minus the deductible it’s worth it. They even have the labor rates in the lobby for all to see. They do a fantastic job. The first time when I had to get my car door replaced they washed and waxed my car after and even detailed ( well vacuumed and cleaned) the inside. I wasn’t expecting them to do that at all. Very professional and they do great work. I’m super happy with them.

These guys are awesome. I needed a tiny house moved to a different part of a very muddy yard. With some creative use of their tow truck and a skid steer they got it moved into place, and even flattened out the tracks that the trailer’s wheels left in the grass. They did it all for a reasonable price and with a good attitude. I would recommend Evergreen to anyone!

Took my truck in for a dent and received nothing short of excellent service. From the person behind the front desk to the service manager I left with a confidence that my 15 year old Avalanche truck was in professional hands. Upon pick up, I was so grateful to see the truck washed and the inside vacuum out! I hope to not have to return here again for a dent but if I need to then this is the place !

For what it's worth. I needed a minor repair and paint on my car. And, I got three different estimates. They were, by far - the highest and would take the longest time to get the job done. Have learned over the years that IF any company for what ever reason, gives you an unreasonable quote/time frame. It's probably because they don't want to do work. They were nice people though...

Great Work! Nice Folks. Had my car into a local dealer for three days and they couldn't find/fix the issue. Evergreen Collision found and fixed the problem within 1/2 day. Back on the road again - Thx. Recommended
