Hi Keith - last weekend a young man in a white Honda Civic was making his way from Virginia to Tennessee to see some friends for his birthday. A piece of metal (I now know it was a splash guard) came loose and was scraping along the ground. He was nervous and not sure what to do. Luckily, he Googled and came across your shop and in no time at all, you had him back on the road safe and sound. I can't tell you how appreciative I was that you were put in his path to help!! To anyone who may need a shelter in the storm, KC Automotive will treat you right!
I have had issues for about 9 months with my car loosing power and a bad miss. I even took it to Ford Dealership. Nobody could diagnose it and fix it. They kept putting parts on it that wasn't the problem. My brother hauled it to Keith and he put a new fuel pump in it and now it runs great. This was the first time I had met Keith. He is a knowledgeable mechanic and a very polite man. As long as he is still working on cars I will take mine to this shop for anything I need. You should give him a try.
This is a wonderful shop. They do good work, take time to make sure they’re doing everything you need and nothing you don’t - no ridiculous everything-and-the-kitchen-sink estimates or work orders here. They also do a good job answering questions to make sure you understand exactly what’s being done and why it’s important. Then, most important of all, they do good work and stand by it. Really thankful this shop is near us for any mechanical work we might need.
When you need an inspection sticker the garage is supposed to take people first come first serve but when you are the only person there for a sticker and he tells you he can't get to it until 2 o'clock that evening or later that day then it's because he just don't want to do it, I am local and bad to go a the way to Marion to get a sticker, but I would much rather go here than the only other place in town !!
We broke down on the highway with a flat tire and were lucky enough to find this auto service shop! Keith fixed the flat right away for us and we were able to get back on the road in no time! Highly recommend his shop. Say hi to Maggie the dog too!
Traveling from out of area pulling our camper got a nail in front tire of truck losing air fast. KC took care of us promptly. Very nice, friendly, accommodating & reasonably priced.
The guy had an attitude problem when I just ask him a simple question about my wifes tire I would not reccomend to noone. That's ok she took it somewhere else and they fixed with no problems. Thanks
Blew 2 u-joints on 81-s an hour or so before they closed,we call and they told us to pop it's into 4wd and limp over they'll take care of us and boy did they! Price was more than fair, they gentleman was friendly, the dog Maggie was a sweet friendly lady and the office waiting area was clean. 10/10 would recommend.
We had a problem with our car coming down I-81. Keith stayed around after 5 to help us. It was a simple fix, and he wouldn't even let us pay him. Nice, trustworthy folks here and I highly recommend them.
