SCAM SCAM SCAM. Will rip you off!
My son's truck was wrecked and they recovered it for $2700 (billed to insurance) my son still had to pay $350 for the tow (less than 5 miles) kept giving him the runaround about how much it was going to be. My son told the tow driver to take the truck to my house (less than 2 miles away from the wreck) tow driver said he was told by the police to take it to their shop (total LIE) police even said to have it towed to my place. Dont trust anyone here. Still dont understand how shops like this stay in business with the way the do customers. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND ????????
I had an amazing experience with them they got my vehicle in and out and kept me updated the whole time. The beautiful lady in the office was so kind and made me feel right at home.
Our company used them on 7/25/25 did damage on the load and trailer, when we ask for insurance they just took our jeep dolly and left. We call police but even look like police working with them no one giving there insurance or company jeep dolly. honestly I don't understand police and state police is not helping us
They might do good service, but they only take EFS or COMCHECK. So if you small comany that doen't use any of the obove don't even call them. They just hangs up on you as soon they hear you not paying with those payment systems.
