I read the comments and thought oh I'll get them to fix my car.bad mistake..scratched door..Didn't read the note that said use silver key to unlock.Broke my door window and lock..And didn't hook my fan speed sensor back..also told me it would be 350 got there and it was 500.
By far the best tow service in town from my experience dealing with other tow services in the area. They are quick with their service and do great with small repairs. Genuinely good and honest people who do a wonderful job!
Absolutely, hands down the best tow service you will find. I have owned 3 powerstroke diesels, and they have come and recovered me several times. My wife was in a wreck on I-81, they were there in less than 20 minutes. Towed our car to a local dealership and even brought me the keys after they stored the car in their locked parking lot. (All after hours.) I also needed a 200 mile tow on one occasion. They couldn't come get me, but had a wrecker local to my location there in less than an hour who honored my AAA membership. I have a powerstroke. And a AAA membership. I'm a glutton for punishment, not brain damaged. The owner also sold me a new engine for my blown 6.4 at a bargain and has been a demon of a mechanic supporting the replacement. Oh, and they came and unlocked a cat from my friend's car in the middle of the night, then when offered payment said 'don't sweat it. I was in the area.' You can't go wrong, the name is totally an awesome pun, but their tow and service business is legitimately awesome. As a mechanic my standards are very high. If you're hiring anyone, hire the Camel.
Highly recommended. Got stranded and they were there within less than half an hour taking care of me and my kids. Would absolutely use again, for the biz name alone ?
Realized my car was making a noise and stopped, luckily, across the road from Camel Towing. Tried to find a repair shop that was close. Saw that Matt was open and went over to ask if he thought I would need a tow to the closest repair place. He looked under my car. Said no, no tow required and that he could fix the problem. Asked me to drive across the street to his shop. I did. He did. Practical, kind and efficient. Could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend camel tow service! A couple weeks ago I was traveling through town and broke down, after hours of trying to find someone to look at my car, someone walked through the parking lot I was in and recommended Matt. Called, and he was there within 45 minutes and had us back on the road in no time. Extremely nice man and great service ! We were hours away from home and frustrated, and Matt came through!
Camel Towing REALLY came through for me today. I got a flat tire and my insurance road side assistance communicated that they could not locate a provider in the area. I googled places and came across Camel Towing. I clicked on it because the name made me laugh during a time of panic lol. Matt answered on the first call and came out exactly in the time frame that he said he would. The pricing was very fair. I’m not from Abingdon VA I traveled here from Florida so I honestly was really panicked & stranded, but thanks to Matt/Camel Towing I felt assured I was in capable hands. He even recommended a tire place to have my tire replaced. You can trust that Matt will come through for you!

Absolutely first rate service. My truck quit in a horrible location. Camel Tow's driver was the only one of several I called who hurried to help. His rate was reasonable as well. I can't recommend Camel Tow highly enough.
My wife broke down on the interstate and Camel Tow was there within 15 minutes of calling them. Awesome service!! AAA can never seem to be there when you need them without waiting forever. Use Camel Tow!!
Very kind person who went above and beyond to get us back on the road. A simple flat tire should be easy to change on side of road. My lack of tool kit, and the rim sticking to the hub made for one hurdle after another. He even went and got more tools to not give up! 1000% recommend using this guy!

Camel Tow is awesome! My teenage son broke down and Aaron came to the rescue! He went above and beyond, checking under the hood of the car and letting me know how it all looked, since I couldn’t be there. He gave me advice on insurance reimbursement and made sure to let me know when the car was dropped off at the mechanic. I enthusiastically recommend Camel Tow!

I want to say a BIG thank you to Aaron tonight. I know it was cold as heck, but he went out and picked my car up anyways on the side of the interstate, and brought it back to me. Bless his heart, he'd been running all day. It's service like THIS that counts for SOMETHING!! This company is awesome and if you have any problems on the highway I suggest these guys the driver was really nice and pointed us in direction of really nice people of a mechanics shop to help us and did everything they could to make our move to south Carolina possible after we broke down in Virginia coming from New York!!!
It's hard to find a nice & friendly people we trying to get your car fixed but not only was he super nice but even though he couldn't help me he sent 45 minutes telling me what to do and when I acked he spent another 45 minutes telling my brother what to do know the whole time he wasn't getting paid all that and has never met me superman best experience I've ever had talking to anyone about a car he is now the only person I will recommend fixed my car over the phone for free thank you so much good people or hard to find your one of a kind
