We had a vehicle slide off our driveway on Old Jonesboro Road in Abingdon and get stuck deep in a ditch. M&M Towing dispatched a wrecker out to us immediately. The driver assessed the situation, used their winch setup perfectly, and carefully pulled the vehicle back up onto the road with zero damage. They were fast, professional, and competitive pricing.
Our car stalled right on Porterfield Highway in Abingdon during a busy time of day, leaving us in a really stressful spot. We called M&M Towing for a tow, and they arrived much faster than we expected. The driver was professional, got the car loaded up quickly and safely, and made the whole process easy. It is great to have a dependable towing service right here in town when you are stranded.
We ended up not needing their services, but they were very friendly and responsive on the phone trying to help us. Will be saving their number for the future.
They are crooks! They just charged us $900 to get a truck that was stuck in a driveway out. They didn't even tow the truck!!!! They literally came from across the street and wenched it out ,then told us it was $900. When I complained about the price, he arrogantly said if I didn't like the price he could charge me more!!!! We have used nearly every towing company in the tri-cities for our businesses and they be far are the most ridiculously priced service we have ever used. Costly Lesson learned !!!
I honestly wish I could input more than 5 stars for the rating. I was stranded at a gas station on the way to Pigeon Forge. Mr Billy was so sweet. The interaction I had really made me realize they are good people still in the world.
5 Stars isn't even close to enough for the crew at M&M Towing! My best friend, my 2 children, and my myself were on our way to pigeon forge, from Eastern NC, for a weekend vacation to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday when our Turo rental car broke down. The dispatched a tow truck. Mr. Billy came and once he was there I explained we had no replacement vehicle at the time. He helped us try to get everything figured out. Weekend race in Bristol so now rentals in sight. Chase was also a huge help and tried to find us solutions. We were stuck for a few hours before we finally got something figured out but not within Mr. Billy making sure we were ok and safe while also offering us any help he could. His wife and daughter in law even got involved and helped us greatly by getting to our new replacement rental car. These people are wonderful, honest, caring people. They showed me there are good people left in this World, and they are family to us now. Thank you all again for everything you did to help us. We made it to a destination and are planning to most the most of it.
These guys are crooks. They charged a friend of mine $7900 to tow his stolen vehicle 9 miles after it was stolen and wrecked. Yes $7900 not $790. Avoid these people.
These guys are AMAZING. Hands down the best towing and roadside assistance experience I’ve ever had. They were super fast, honest about the ETA, and clear with pricing. I’ve dealt with other companies that left me waiting way longer than promised, but these guys were right on time and super professional. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone in need! Dont waste your time calling other companies in the area
M & M towing is great! I hit a big pot hole on HWY 19 coming out of Abingdon and it was like 1am and I needed a tow because my axles and tire rod broke. they came out fast and not only that has helped me through the whole process of dealing with insurance and VDot. I saved their number hopefully I won't need to call them again, but if I or any family or friends do need a tow this will be the towing place I will use or recommend. Very satisfied wish I could give them 10 stars
Having 2 wrecks within 1 week unfortunately, The 2 brothers working Glade spring and Abingdon locations both were phenomenal to work with! They were extremely knowledgeable, very patient with me and super friendly. Very professional. These guys will definitely be my first call if I ever need these services again! Thank you so much!
Chase with M&M Towing and Recovery went above and beyond. You will not find the care, compassion, or customer service anywhere else. After calling at least 10 places, Chase answered the call and was ready to respond quickly. Not only was he willing to respond late at night but he found additional resources to help problem solve the situation. Five stars is not nearly enough for this business. If you are ever in need of towing, let them be your first call.
I had hit a deer traveling on interstate and my vehicle was damaged and not drivable. I called M&M Towing. The owner was so kind and helpful. He gave advice on how to report my claim to my insurance company, he was very knowledgeable, caring and showed much compassion. I can not express how grateful I am for M&M Towing. Five stars, not even close, a thousand stars wouldn't touch how good they were to me. My torque converter come apart from my transmission and I had to take the immediate exit from the road which ended up being someone's driveway because my truck wouldn't move nowhere. I was left stranded and at risk of the law having my truck towed. This tow company were the only ones that would tow me. I can't thank them enough. Thank God. You guys are a true blessing!!! M&M picked up my daughter in laws vehicle when it broke down in Abingdon. They were there in a flash. The vehicle broke down in a curve on the four lane below Big John's convience store. The tow truck driver made sure she was safe while he loaded the vehicle onto the roll back. If you ever find yourself needing a tow or auto body work done, they are the ones to call. I now have their number in my contacts, if ever I need a tow.
