Bandy Auto took real good care of me. I hit a dog and damaged my front end and after the job at Bandy Auto my Subaru looks good as new and a bonus they washed my Subaru and had her shining.
They refused to tow my car because I wanted to hold onto the key fob while we followed behind the car to the shop. They were very rude about it! There was no need for them to hold onto the key fob.
My husband went in on 8-8-24 for an estimate on his F150 that was involved in an accident. Owner stated it would be 10-21-24 as the date he could begin the repair, as he was booked up. We thought that was an extremely long wait, but husband was okay with it.
We took it in on that date. Then the owner (Mark) said it would be 10 days to 2 weeks before it would be finished. Estimate was only for 5k, as there wasn't a lot of damage. Front bumper, right corner front fender repaired and painted,
new driver side mirror and tire rim replaced. That work shouldn't have taken no longer than one week to complete.
A few errors were due to Ford not sending correct parts, other problems with paint etc.etc. were on Bandy Auto. Never returned phone calls, never even a sorry for all our inconvenience with numerous trips back and forth. Work was finally complete and truck picked up 12-21-24. Two months to the date it was first taken in! Total of over FOUR months from the original estimate date.
This was our FIRST time doing business with Bandy Auto and our LAST! I definitely would never recommend this place to anyone.
Maybe our business wasn't appreciated because we aren't Locals to the area.
Brought a vehicle for a repair on the fender and bumper after being backed into. Return to pick up the vehicle to find the bumper wasn’t even replaced as needed, but was given no explanation upon how it was fixed, it sits noticeably different from the other side of the bumper and fender, it does not stay attached to either side fender. The inner fender lining, was cut to fit, but doesn’t. It doesn’t align with how it should if it were to be an oem part. They attempted to go over the car with a polishing wheel, and left brush marks all over my car, as if they didn’t even finish polishing and waxing what had been freshly painted. When asking about these issues and “fixes” I was treated very unpleasantly by the staff, and spoken too poorly, and ultimately being told to leave, without explanation.
Bandy Auto is a classic example of what happens when a business gets too big. The expansion has clearly led to a complete breakdown in communication and accountability. They are too busy chasing profits and growth to maintain any semblance of customer service or reliability. This lack of care for individual customers shows just how far they’ve fallen.
I had an appointment scheduled with Bandy Auto two months in advance, following a verbal agreement to complete work on my vehicle. The appointment was created on March 21st, 2024. On the day of the appointment, I arrived expecting the agreed-upon service, only to be told that I had never made an appointment and no record of it existed. Essentially, calling me a liar and refusing to do the scheduled work.
I provided proof of my appointment through a recording of the phone call, showing that the appointment had been made. Yet instead of apologizing or rectifying the situation, they had the audacity to tell me they didn't need my business. In a harsh and overwhelming tone. It's a very sad day when a business destroys both its credibility and integrity in one fell swoop.
Bandy Auto's accountability is non-existent, and their shady business practices are a blatant embarrassment to the industry. A complaint with the BBB has been filed, and I am not stopping there. Verbal agreements are just that contractual. This breach of a verbal contract wasted valuable time. Time that could have been used at a more credible and accountable shop.
Beware of Bandy Auto. Their lack of accountability and integrity is appalling, and their dismissive attitude towards customers is disgraceful. This is very disappointing as the work I've seen them do in the past is very well done. But if something is off, it goes wrong or if the work isn't properly done correctly. Be prepared. Mark Bandy, I expected better.
The work was done good on my car but there is some thieves that work in that shop. When I picked up my car I noticed some of my old coins and a knife stolen out of my console when I was okay with leaving them in there because it's a garage and should have trust worthy people working there but that's not the case. One pissed customer!!
Cannot thank the guys at Bandy Auto enough for the great work they did on my Telluride! They were honest & up front with everything, had great customer service & very quick in the repairs after an incident I had with a deer. AND they also cleaned it prior to me picking it up!! It was a great and smooth experience.
Best body shop in our area, these guys always do outstanding work and meet their time frame deadlines when they say they will. Very friendly and very cooperative with their customers would highly recommend.
They do excellent work. My 2019 Ford F-150 truck was terribly damaged by hail, almost $9000.00 worth, and they fixed it. Now you can’t even tell that happened. Looks like a brand new truck.. They shined it up and had it all looking good when I picked it up. I highly recommend Bandy Auto. They are easy to contact too. Very nice
You will never walk into a place of business that is more professional than Bandy Auto. And for their work well they do professional work. A+ and for a rating its a 10 highest quality.
While passing through Indy our car developed problems so we stopped at Bandy to have it looked at. Tom, the owner took time from his busy day, drove the car, put it on a lift and found the problem. I can't say enough about how considerate and helpful he was. I recommend Bandy Auto to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.
