Wanted a mower had the cash and was setting up delivery then they don't call back. Called them back 30mins later just be told they sold it to someone else when we done agreed on a price and delivery. Done with this business

So no buy a RZR from them lol they had price of 25K online which was still 2K more than Bristol and pikeville but it was close I was from Grundy, then go in there they tell me 30k, then I haggle I had all cash the come down to 29k. Called Bristol said I have straight cash they gave me same side by side with better color 8k less. I know they have to make profit but felt real scumbag and gave me some story or how every place has to offer me the exact same amount. Just left bad impression, wouldn’t talk at all it was bad for side by side purchase. Look else where they Jack up the price.

I stopped in to get a hydraulic filter for my Massey Ferguson tractor. The gentleman behind the counter (I believe the owner) was so, so helpful!! I was super impressed by his knowledge, friendliness and professionalism! I will most definitely be doing business there again! They are well deserving of 5 stars!

Not the friendliest staff. Stopped in to purchase trail passes for Spearhead and was going to purchase some Stihl equipment but the counter person was so bitter I decided to not spend any more money there than the passes. Would not do business with them again

Robert is highly knowledgeable on what he sales and what he doesn't. Being in the business as long as he and his family have been, his knowledge base is second to none and you can tell he still has passion about what he does.

Robert had always been very helpful to any of our needs my family has bought a total of 2 four wheelers and 5 side by sides 1 tractor 2 mowing machines and 2 disk mowers from outdoor country over the years and Robert has always been so great to us. Great fast service. Would highly recommend anyone shop from outdoor country.

RZR in shop there twice over 1.7.yrs combined. Once under warranty and once I paid to get it right. It was sent to a clown Rodney Janelle both times and still not fixed. Same problem and when you receive it better check everything. 1st time several bolts missing and the intakes not even sealed and problem not fixed. 2nd time oil full of gasket material debris when I changed it and still same problem burning oil!! Pretty much a rip off in my personal opinion.

Extremely knowledgeable and the best prices around. Staff always anxious to help. We bought our Massey Ferguson from there and the ease of purchase was as smooth as the tractor is strong and dependable. I'd give 10 ⭐️s if I could!

Great place to shop,Robbie and his staff are wonderful help out ,I live in Limestone, Tn,looked everywhere for a 4wheeler for my grandson, they had just what we want,long drive but well worth the trip, I will be back again to buy, great people to work with,

These guys are knowledgeable, friendly and do great work. Our tractor needed a grapple installed with a third function kit and they did a very nice job. Also great on educating and informing customers. Highly recommend!

Good HONEST people, just made a fairly large purchase from them, to satisfy my wants/ needs they traveled to Knoxville to gather components to my liking, kept me informed of scheduling and delivery. Spot on service. Gave me some great working tips of the equipment purchased, & most importantly safe work instructions on the equipment.

Absolutely the best place I've ever done business with. Robert the owner is one of kind human being. My experience was great with him. The process took little longer than expected but he stayed late to finish the deal and made sure I was happy yes he made money but it was a the relationship that was built. I will buy all my powers ports from him . Its far for me but working in that area but the service is second to none

Looking for a shear pin for a Briggs and Stratton engine. They were out but said he could order one. Problem is it's a Dollar for the shear pin and 7$ freight. No thanks.

Poor customer service. Seem to be undermanned for the amount of customers coming through the store. Equipment not always prepared for immediate sale so you could wait several days after purchase before receiving, just be prepared if you need something quickly.
